They are trying to make Bush into the Dark Knight
But the MSM and powers that be aren't the good guys...thus, they can't pretend to blame Bush and run him off (ala, Batman in Dark Knight).
Further Bush hasn't been doing things 'above the law' for the greater good. It has made things worse for everyone except himself and his regime.
Ron Paul is the true Dark Knight. Ron Paul sacrificed a lot for the greater good to be ignored, blamed, fought, and chased...and he didn't break any laws...just the code of organized crime.
Ron Paul is the great uniter, the income tax fighter...the military-supported, defender of the border...the political apathy solution and the champion of the Constitution! Doctor Paul is on-call!
MSM: deny and/or embrace
Yesterday (Wed) on the nationally syndicated Lars Larsen radio show, a caller made comments with which Lars said he "absolutely agreed."
The comments were that if someone is attacking your home and your family, you are going to do whatever it takes to protect them, whether it's legal or illegal. Even if your actions are against the law, doing whatever it takes to protect your family is the right thing to do. And that's all that Bush and his administration were doing here, in order to protect the country. So what if false information was created in order to justify war? The ends justified the means.
Lars and the caller were falling over themselves to agree with each other on this point. The basic thinking was, deny that falsification of information ever even happened, but, if it comes to light that it did in fact occur, it doesn't matter, because it was all done just to protect us, and is therefore okee dokee.
Operating above the law
As time goes on, the "secret" and ruthless governement is becoming braver and less-concerned about repurcussions of their actions. George W. Bush and his "crime family" have broken soooo many laws, openly and blatantly, yet most all of them remain in office in full control. This totally proves the fact that impeachment no longer applies or exists. At this point, they can get away with ANYTHING and we just follow along. We holler about it and tune into TV talk shows that are full of debate, but in the end, has it made a true difference? Nope!!! In my opinion, there are only TWO options that are going to save this country. 1) We get a new president in office who will take big measures to straighten out this mess (not likely) or 2) We revolt like foot-soldiers and physically remove the evil and the greedy people who are creating all the havoc and robbing us at insane levels. After all, when you strip away the money, they are only human beings like the rest fo us. They remain in power just because we choose to believe that they ARE more powerful than the average human being, but are they really? We read and we blog. This is good because we need methods by which to unite in our beliefs. But a blog and a talk show are like a bumper sticker, neither of which will not change anything. Actions need to be taken if true change is going to occur. I do not have all the answers or some grand plan for it all, but I know that we as a people have surrendered some level of control to the rich...but only to a certain point. We need to take a serious level of action before an actual dictatorship DOES go into effect. Otherwise, welcome to the world of sheep and slavery!

Pardon
Just more "evidence" of the lies the Bush administration used for an unconstitutional war. This level of corruption is why congress must declare war as specifically stated in the constitution. President Bush will be pardoned for his crimes by the next President just like Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon in 1974. Corruption repeats itself and so too does history.

Bush and Cheney should have been impeached...
on September 12th 2001 for incompetence. W and Dick, allowed a hijacked aircraft to crash into the Pentagon.
W and Dick had forty minutes notice that the aircraft was coming their way. They left the nations capitol undefended.
In fact, not one of the hijacked jets was intercepted by fighter jets on 9/11.
Allowing 19 patsy's with plastic box-cutters and a few towel-heads in a cave, to defeat a multi-trillion dollar defense and intelligence complex is incompetence and negligence of the highest order.
Based on this reasoning, W and Dick should not only be impeached but should....immediately after their impeachment... be castrated, stretched, quartered and maybe even water-boarded until they talk.

how upbeat, happy George Bush was when he went to ground zero and draped his arm over the firefighter and said, "I hear you. The whole world hears you." He wasn't as solemn as he should have been.
Remember when he found out about the planes when he was in the class room. He wasn't shocked. He wasn't urgent.
I think of him sitting in the class room while people were jumping out of a skyscraper for their lives, and then even afterwards when he knew that had happened, he was still upbeat.
Have you noticed how he is always laughing and happy now on tv, as if he is finishing his finest hour. Someone below mentioned that his speeches in the past few days are nervous now-maybe he is finally realizing we are so onto him.
At the very least, Rice should have been fired. Someone definitely should have been responsible for allowing that mess to happen. (Except we all know that is was not allowed, it was arranged.) Why didn't America cry out for Condi to go. I was. No one else was. She is the ultimate one, except the ones above her also, who should have taken the fall. If she was really brilliant and really doing her job, that would not have happened.

Yes, it does seem to be flying around quite a bit recently. I'm not sure what it means, but at the same time, the talk of attacking Iran seems to have diminished considerably.

I think that's what it means. Invoking impeachment, even if coming short of actually doing it, changes the power position of the administration. This gives some members of the military and intelligence community a chance to fight back.
Often we hear people speak of the "elite" as if its some block with a common vision on ends and means of achieving them. Whatever cabal, or even force, is destroying our country, its not uniform. Factions fight other factions for power. With all the characterizations out there about this, I've never heard one reasonably saying that a single man or a single power block is in complete control. If a power block were to emerge that was in complete control, this would be even more dangerous for the other factions than it would be for the common people. History shows that when complete power in a republic is seized by force, one of the first actions of that block is to eliminate the competition. In the years leading up to Caesar's march this happened several times, most notably with Sulla. Ironically, Caesar himself was the most clement when dealing with other factions of the ruling elite. Even so, once power was ripped away from the Senate, the Senators and their families were in grave danger. By the time of Caligula's death, most of the families with Senators during Caesar's march had been destroyed.
Limiting the power of this administration, and by extension the power blocks most closely tied to it, to carry out a false flag attack to get us into Iran will better ensure that the expected transition of power from happens over the next few months. This is a dangerous game. Push too hard and the administration may feel its backed into a corner and lash out. Don't push hard enough and the administration could carry their blood lust so far that it destroys them and the other factions. The people pushing for impeachment at the top aren't our friends, but for the time being we are working in the same direction.

According to a new article on The August Review, among the Trilateral Commission, Obama supporters include Zbigniew Brzezinski (co-founder of the Commission in 1973), Ex-Fed Chairman Paul Volker, Madelyn Albright and Jimmy Carter. All are top members of the Commission.
Among those supporting McCain are Henry Kissinger, George Schultz, Lawrence Eagleburger and Alexander Haig. All of these are ex-Secretaries of State who issued a joint endorsement of McCain early-on in his campaign.

Every major crisis we face today is directly attributable to policies put forth and executed by members of this Trilateral Commission: Banking/lending/mortgage crisis, energy/gas price crisis, food/shortage/price crisis.
