Massachusetts is about the last place one would expect a tax revolt, but that's what's brewing in Beantown. The state board of elections recently certified that citizen activists have gathered the 125,000 signatures required to qualify an initiative for the November ballot to eliminate the state income tax.
The Small Government Act would repeal the 5.3% income and wage tax, as well as the state capital gains tax, which reaches as high as 12%. The ballot initiative would replace the $12.5 billion in taxes with . . . nothing. "One of the points here," explains Carla Howell of the Committee for Small Government that is driving the referendum, "is to force the state legislators to start cutting the bloated state budget."

Moved from NY...I haven't paid state taxes in over 20 years! It's wonderful.
So, should we protest the artificial person status by burning our Social Security cards? (Kinda like they burnt Draft cards to protest the war? - which the next generation may have to do...)

Since the Federal Constitution can not abrogate the obligation of contract, they are using contract law to abrogate the Constitution.
The word person is defined as a form of identification for the purpose of contract. The Persons (I.D.s), all parties to the contract, have obligations, benefits, and REMEDIES (if a party does not comply with the obligations). These disputes are resolved in a court of Equity (contract Law) and not in common law courts.
There are two kinds of persons natural and artificial. The natural person can only be a living breathing human being. The artificial person is a corporation, like Ford Motor Corp., GMC, Coca-Cola, and a LIVING HUMAN BEING.
Now a natural person retains all of his or her God Given Rights, but an artificial person has ONLY PRIVILEGES.
In the 1800’s after the 14th amendment was past the Supreme Court ruled on two things:
1) Whatever congress creates congress shall rule.
2) That “when the word person is used in a document it is always to be understood as a natural person UNLESS OTHERWISE DEFINED IN THE BODY OF THE DOCUMENT”.
ALL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS AND LIESECES (which are contracts) DEFINE THE WORD PERSON AS “ARTIFICIAL”, rarely if ever as natural (you can say never).
Now as a corporation you are tied into the Federal Governments 1933 Bankruptcy and thus obligated to pay on that debt (Bingo, state and federal taxes).
The 1935 Social Security Act defines the word person as “artificial” never uses the word “natural”.
So you traded in you Private Christian name for a corporate name and are thus obligated to pay taxes.
Knowledge is Power! Learn what the Republic is and you will know what the Democracy is not..

We have God given rights as spelled out in the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation as will as the Northwest Ordinances, the Constitutions of the several states and the Federal Constitution.
