it's getting pretty bad for me, my healthy addiction to the truth. I have had the same cell phone for about 7 years, you remeber the big klunky ones. I broke down yesterday and bought a blackberry so I could connect anywhere to dailypaul. Yes I have a problem!

Tell me about it
Despite my time being rather consumed with personal and other issues demanding my attention, I find myself sneaking back here at least once a day, but there's so much now that I miss out on since my time here is severely truncated. Trying to stay away from the Daily Paul is like trying to break up with a long-time sweetheart who you really don't want to leave: you know you gotta, but your heart tugs you back over and over again...

12 Steps for Paulaholics

Note: unlike the 12 steps for alcoholics, which are designed to help people get away from alcohol and its effects, the 12 steps for Paulaholics are designed to help get people get closer to the ideals of Ron Paul and the effects of liberty.
The Twelve Steps for Paulaholics:
1. We admitted we were powerless over corruption in the power-hungry as long as we remained apathetic —that our lives individually and as a nation had become unmanageable because we idly stood by while they wove their evil machinations.
2. Came to believe that a Power (the rule of law as laid out in the Constitution) greater than the rule of man, could restore our nation to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to following the Constitution as we understood it (since we've finally read and studied it).
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of our voting decisions and political activism (or the lack thereof).
5. Admitted to God/FSM/NoneOfTheAbove, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our failing to see the light sooner than this. ("I was once a dumb sheeple, too...")
6. Were entirely ready to allow our strict adherence to the Constitution to remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked fellow patriots to help educate and encourage us, thereby helping to remove our shortcomings and strengthen our resolve in the r3volution.
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all (which would be our entire nation, and all the countries we've negatively impacted, by not standing up for what's right).
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, by becoming fully involved in restoring a Constitutional republic to our land.
10. Continued to take personal responsibility for the restoration of liberty, and when we started to slack off, promptly reminded ourselves of the reasons for the fight.
11. Sought through education and activism to improve our conscious support and furtherance of liberty as we understood it, seeking knowledge of the Constitution and the power to carry it out.
12. Having had a Constitutional awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

I'm so addicted to dailypaul
I'm so addicted to dailypaul that my dog learned to bark when she wanted back in the house. I would let her outside, get on dailypaul and forget about her. Now she always barks, just in case. Ha!
I am learning so much
from here and I like that when something important happens there are so many views and I get a better picture of what is happening. That is really funny that you got a blackberry. LOL I spend way to much time here my poor little dogs would love to go for a walk. I think that I will have to impose a rule on myself. No, DP until the after I walk the dogs if I do it before the walk doesn't happen.
have you noticed
that you are about 2 - 3 weeks ahead of the regular news. Friends will tell me things and it's something I read weeks prior. They go how did you know about that weeks ago - I tell them about our dailypaul and tell them to turn of the MSM and read the real news.
