A disturbing flyer puportedly authored by the FBI's Phoenix anti-terrorism
task force has been circulating in the conservative community. The flyer
instructs the reader to report as a possible terrorist anyone who asks why
they were stopped by police or anyone who dares to defend "the U.S.
Constitution against federal [sic] government." See it for yourself:
http://www.keepandbeararm...
http://www.keepandbeararm...
So I gave the FBI field office a call. FBI spokesman Ed Hall confirmed the
flyer was produced by the joint anti-terrorism task force in Phoenix. But
he said it dealt with domestic terrorism: "That flyer was put out two years
ago. Someone picked it up, and put it on the Internet like it was put out
this week."
Hall admitted the section that said anyone spotting a defender of the U.S.
Constitution "should call the Joint Terrorism Task Force" was perhaps a
tiny bit ill-advised. "It could have been a bit better foundation worded
saying you're not a right-wing extremist if you defend the Constitution...
or if you ask a police officer why they're stopping you. There's some
misinterpretation there."
He added: "Not that a person who defends the Constitution is a criminal or
terrorist, or a person who askes you, 'Why did you stop me' may be a
terrorist, but certain things, I don't want to use the word common, certain
characteristics that these people who were legitimately investigated
reflect it."

hello all you terrorists
are you ready for the fema camps? who the hell did you think they're building them for?
Hello my fellow insurgent.
Actually after thinking about it, the FEMA camps will be for all the people who aren't smart enough to sustain themselves.
We freedom fighters seem to be a bit more scrappy than the norm.

Sounds like it wasn't meant
Sounds like it wasn't meant for public consumption...
"HISTORY OF THE FLYER
According to Terry Chapman of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office -- whose name is on the flyer as the MCSO contact -- the FBI created the flyer and printed the MCSO and Attorney's Office before the text was approved. He said it was created as a full color brochure to hand out to officers, not for the general public -- and that as soon as he saw it, he urged them not to use it, knowing it had some problems.
"The flyer never got off the ground," said Officer Chapman, "but it did manage to make it's way out -- and maybe it's right that it did." He genuinely didn't like this piece of junk, and he showed true concern about my issues with the flyer, too. "We were not happy with it. It was formulated, I think, for legitimate purposes, but it fell on stony ground because of the way it was worded -- the unfortunate profiles that were put in there outraged a number of people who received it."
"It's dead in the water as far as I know," said Chapman. "I just can't imagine the FBI putting it out there again. It wasn't for the public. The fact that it's circulating again has gotta be by unofficial sources."
Mr. Chapman couldn't name the FBI agent who created the flyer, saying the individual who created it was no longer with the FBI's Phoenix branch, which he described as having "revolving doors." Sheriff's officers didn't like the flyer, either. Said Chapman, "I had a Lieutenant from our own office call me and ask 'Am I on your list?' Am I a threat?' for supporting the constitution?'" Chapman was embarrassed by the seeming targeting of "decent, honorable segments of the community" by the flyer -- he hoped it would never be handed out or go anywhere at all."

FBI Irony
FBI Core Value
• Rigorous obedience to the Constitution of the United States
Yet, the FBI would like anyone that knows the Constitution well to be reported as a possible terrorist.
All fact.
a whole bunch of people
ought to protest this--isn't the FBI part of our gov'ment?
Libera me, let the truth break, what my fears make--Leslie Phillips
You're a terrorist if you request authority for a stop?

So are anti-war protesters...READ THIS story in Maryland!

since when the FBI stood for the constitution?
they are a well organized thugs and want to maintain their power over people.
There is this saying... "the truth will set you imprisoned" get used to it.
Needless to say we all agree
that those who subvert the Constitution of the United States are committing treason and will face a judge some day.
Won't be many "leaders" left now will there?
if this is legit then it's
if this is legit then it's definitely scary...
I might have to call in a report of a "terrorist."
"Hello, is this the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Unit? Yes, I'd like to report a terrorist...."
"OK, who is it?"
"I think I'm a terrorist.... I like and believe in the Constitution and think it would be a good thing if the government obeyed the Constitution. Yup, it looks like I'm a terrible threat to the establishment.... you see, I'm not going to vote for people who don't obey the Constitution anymore.... I guess that's terrorism..... and I'm going to try and get all my friends and family to do the same thing.... so I guess I'm terrorizing them too.... Well, you better come and arrest and torture me before I "terrorize" anyone else."

Guess Ron Paul is on top of this list..their definition of a DT:
Domestic Terrorists
Anti-Government Groups
Often associated with unorganized militias, the Anti-Government movement actually embraces a much larger variety of groups and causes. The extreme fringe believes that the U.S. government is either the enemy or has been subverted by the enemy and must be actively defended against.
Anti-Government Issues and Beliefs
Gun Control is a conspiracy to enslave us starting with the removal of our ability to either defend ourselves or forcefully change our government.
U.S. sovereignty is being surrendered to the U.N., World Court, and World Bank, with the U.S. becoming an economic region of this New World Order.
Anti-Government activists often believe they have never accepted U.S. citizenship or can renounce it.
Federal and State governments do not have the legal authority to levy taxes or interfere with travel or private enterprise by requiring licenses or regulating activity or conduct.
Our local RP Meetup has created a Constitution Class
Comment on the times:
Good news: that we are re-teaching the Constitution and Bill of Rights which enables us to intelligently interview and question campaign candidates and see where they stand and let them know how important an issue it is for the people. Each *student* is given the pocket size to have on hand for easy reference.
Bad news: That we have to re-teach the Constitution.

Very useful tool for Ron Paul supporters at the local state level. We are using this to monitor our state's elected officials and sending it to candidates Pass it on!!
Constitutional TERRORISTS dates back to 1996. This is old News!
Constitutional TERRORISTISM dates back to 1996. This is old News!
However, this is REAL. I believe the FBI only circulated it in the middle to late ‘90s’ in Arizona. The major circulators throughout the Nation were the Constitutional Militias, a group of all able bodied men in America (the unorganized Militia), see my comments link. After you read this comment on Constitutional TERRORISTS!!!

Another good topic, after you read all of this comment
http://www.dailypaul.com/...
The reason we/the people of America (the unorganized Militia) are Terrorists is because the ConstitutionS (State and Federal) were set aside in 1962 when JFK signed into law the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). He hadn’t read it, because if he did he would have never signed it. He tried to correct his mistake and was assassinated Which proves that sometimes there is a good democrat, sometimes, but not vary often.
However it’s the same with the republicans now, e.g.“Ron Paul.”
Anyhow, before the UCC, governments if they declared bankruptcy could not be held Liable for the debt they owed the International Banksters. See FDR’s Bankruptcy of 1933. So the International Banksters created the UCC, had there agents in congress propose it, got it pasted and JFK signed it.
Now the UCC stipulates that when a government uses COMMERAIL PAPER (Federal Reserve Notes, or FRN’s) for trade or exchange instead of LAWFUL MONEY (Gold and Silver), they are LIABLE under bankruptcy law the same as a common corporation. BINGO! They (the creditors or receivers, “The International Banksters”) seized control of all the Federal and State agencies and set aside the ConstitutionS of the united States of America.
Now you are threatening there power by talking about a document/s that has no value to them. And thus you are a TERRORISTS!!!!
JFK tried to stop them by ordering $x number of United States Note (USN’s) Dollars and silver into circulation a short time after he signed the UCC. The amount of silver and USN’s Equaled the price needed to buy out the privately owned Bank known as the FEDRAL RESERVE BANK, see the book “The Creator form Jackal Island”.
Now you know the rest of the story.

LOL!! Funny stuff...
My results:
(Would have been higher if I considered belonging to C4L or RP a cult!)
Congratulations, you are a domestic terrorist. Well, at least you are according to the US government. Consider turning yourself in to your local authorities. There are FBI offices all around they country and they would like to talk to you. Pack your bags for Gitmo because the government doesn't like you.
You scored 57.89% of the possible points for this test.

I was more than a little surprised to find "Christian Identity" under the "Hate Groups" category. I thought that around two-thirds of Americans had a "Christian Identity"? Damn. That's alot of terrorists!
"Numerous references to the Constitution"? Well I think someone should report Ron Paul for that.
Seriously. Phone the FBI, give a detailed physical description of Ron Paul and tell them about his diabolical plot to abolish a slew of federal agencies. Just don't give his name until the last moment.
Doesn't "Super Patriot" sound like the ultimate accolade for a Ron Paul supporter?
-"Ron Paul cured me of my predilection for Che Guevara T shirts."
Christian Identity
is the actual name of a racist group.
this is reason,
Dr Paul is calling it a revolution. for that is what it will take to get our constitution back. what we are reading here is just confirmation of his point.
it is no wonder the FBI does not like and fears the restoration of this document. it applies to them! not us.
our constitution is what defines us as a people. to see that the FED has a need to talk about it in this way........
is not good.
It's all about us
That's us! It's got Daily Paul written all over it. You got your constitution super patriots, you got your doomsday cultists, you got your animal rights guys, and you got your lonewolfs.

This is old news (but it's never too late to become aware of it). There's a leaked video on YouTube of an FBI training session where the trainer tells his trainees that the founding fathers were terrorists. Technically he has a point, in the sense that they were using subversive tactics to rebel against the king, but the king was the real terrorist (this is an example of the "Terrorist, or freedom fighter?" question). Anyway this FBI guy was saying it to teach the others to be on the alert for constitutionalists. If he was a history teacher simply trying to be objective I'd give him a pass, but that's not what he was up to at all.

right wing extremists? What a shitty name to give to people who want to follow the Constitution. We are living in interesting times. Oh, and don't preach about The Constitution if you don't want to be arrested.
According to this....
Ron Paul is a terrorist for attempting to influence people and referencing the U.S. Constitution.

http://digg.com/world_new...
Well, considering these
Well, considering these groups 'might' cause harm to someone.....for example, driving with out a license is just dumb...it makes sense that these groups would be subject to watch. Police dont just arrest nazis, klansmen, or communists on the street for doing nothing....and they arent going to arrest 'you' for doing nothing.
Its scary that this pamphlet exists, but you cant read into it too much.
You "might" make sense someday, but that is no reason.....
...to agree with you all of the time. If the government can target people for defending the Constitution, which is the supreme law of this land, then it is the government which is outlaw. Can you comprehend this? And if the government discriminates against people for defending the Constitution, then the government is making war on anyone who believes in freedom of speech, freedom of relligion, the right to habeas corpus etc. etc. Oh, yeah, that's right, that habeas corpus thing isn't important. It has already been trashed, and most Americans have not even noticed, and many, like you probably, think the government should ignore habeas corpus to "fight terrorism". After all, anyone who would like to have it explained why they have been thrown in jail and kept indefinetily, MUST be a terrorist.
No. There arent calling
No. There arent calling Constitionalists terrorists...they are saying that some constiutionalists may exhibit terrorist tendencies. There is a difference. And I am in no way defending the government. I wrote a 30 page research paper on how the government was commiting more harm against civil liberties than to terrorism.....(dumbed down alot), but I think in order to disagree with something, you have to first understand where they are coming from. They see groups like right wing militias as a threat because they are arming themselves, not because they like the constitution. I personally think those fears are somewhat warranted, somewhat unwarranted.
There are two sides to every coin.
Coin Of The Realm Makes Cents
Your two faced analysis of the same coin still only adds up to barely a penny’s worth of thoughts… it doesn’t add up to the 2 cents you pretend.
‘ All that’s gilded isn’t gold’
Makes sense to you?
Render your debasing small change unto Caesar.
FEAR IS COIN OF THE REALM
http://www.fff.org/commen...
What coin would that be?
The two sided coin you seem to have? Militia's have the right to "arm" themselves. Everyone with the exception of murders have the right to "arm" themselves. If you think, this is misconstrued, you either very naive or completely mental or a big fat stinking troll. Without the 2nd amendment right, the Constitution is nothing more than a Fing ( or is it GDing ) piece of paper. If it's not already, thanks to Fing trolls like yourself.
So you admit, the "militias" are following the Constitution.
And are being targeted by the government for doing so. It says as plain as possible in the Constitution that the people have the right to keep and bear arms. So how could America ever become a nation with that attitude. If the people have to go to the government and say "hey, we would like to have some guns please, because you are trampling on our liberties, and we would like to start a militia", do you honestly think the people running the government are going to give away the guns that will be used to overthrow themselves? I applaud you for SAYING you are attempting to be open minded about this. But your argument is circular. The government does not see the organizations evil for supporting the Constitution, just for supporting what the Constitution says. That is your argument. Yes, there are at least two ways to look at every issue. But coming here and defending the stripping away of your own civil liberties is one thing, but please don't expect everyone to be as happy about having their civil liberties vilolated.
Yep , don`t bet your ass on it!
