The Olympics are what is right about the world. On this last Friday, the eighth day of the eighth month of the eighth year of the new millennium we witnessed a fantastic spectacle, a peaceful gathering of the many nations of our small blue planet; a competition of the best young athletes from all over the world. The Olympics make us proud to be humans; proud to be citizens of Earth.

Sadly, on this same day, we saw what future historians will count as the day that the Third World War began. It was designed this way, by the evil people who worked hard to begin the war under the cover of the Olympics.

We all like to be right, myself included, but sometimes it is not so wonderful. I have written a series of articles over the last few weeks on the coming nightmare centered on the neo-con grand strategy. I predicted the outbreak of hostilities in Georgia and Russia and said that there is a strong link between what is happening there and to what is about to happen against Iran. I said that the war in Georgia was intended as a strategic distraction for Russia as America, the United Kingdom, France, Israel, and others assemble their large naval blockade of Iran, but a strategic distraction that would backfire. I also described the massive US Naval armada headed for Iran; the make-up of this extremely large and powerful force is as I described it several days ago (this has now been confirmed by Israeli sources).

As Russian troops and air force pilots, and thousands of Russian civilians die in combat in Europe for the first time since 1945, only miles from their homeland (on land that was part of the Russian Empire and Soviet Union for centuries), the sleeping Russian Bear has been awaken and filled with a terrible resolve. The fact that only within the last few weeks have the 1,000+ American Marines - sent in to train the Georgians for this very war - left is not overlooked by the Russians.

The fact that (according to DEBKA the well-connected Israeli strategy and military site) over 1,000 Israeli "mercenaries" are actively engaged in combat with the Russian Army on the side of the Georgians is also not overlooked. The fact that the American neo-con administration and the Israelis have been engaged in a fury of advanced arms sales and deliveries over the last year, and that these weapons are killing Russians on their own historic territory, is not overlooked.

The fact that the Bush administration tried very hard to get its European NATO partners to accept Georgia as a NATO member without success (too many European nations saw the trap and smelled a rather large rat), and the fact that had this neo-con gambit succeeded NATO would be in war against Russia now ~ this also is not overlooked by the Russian bear. The fact that the Georgian Defense Minister is a 'former' Israeli and many current and retired Israeli generals are deeply involved in Georgia is also not overlooked by the Russian bear.

The American-supported, Israeli commando-staffed, attack on the civilian population of South Ossetia ~ where Georgian troops conducted volley-fire artillery cleanings of a number of villages and settlements housing Russian citizens, destroying people's homes and killing 1,500 civilians (and killing 10 lightly armed Russian peacekeeping troops and wounding 30) in the opening stages of the attack ~ is also not overlooked by the Russians. This is the Russian 9/11.

While the Russian 9/11 was taking place, the massive American/British/French naval armada was/is assembling to begin the blockade of Iran (a blockade is considered an act of war under international law), and the European Union, acting under cover of the media coverage of the Olympics, has formally approved a blockade of Iran (not using the word blockade but establishing tough new sanctions on Iran with cargo inspections and intercepts ~ in other words a BLOCKADE). Neither Russia nor China, which gets a large percentage of its oil and natural gas from Iran, are willing to allow this to happen. The strategic distraction for Russia is not going to work; nor is China going to allow its distraction ~ the hosting of the Olympics ~ to rob it of its strategic source of oil and natural gas, so necessary for its economy.

Grand strategy is very interesting and complex. It is rather like space chess or space checkers ~ played on several levels. However, in real life grand strategy, the various levels have players that are often not aware of the nature of the game on the level above.

We have the Israeli population, a majority who support an attack on Iran, "to prevent it from acquiring nuclear weapons of mass destruction", who do not know that the Iranians already have advanced biological weapons of mass destruction with potential kill levels very similar to that of strategic nuclear war. They will pay with their lives for this lack of knowledge. On one level, the neo-cons are all about creating a new Middle East environment where Israel is safe from any regional Muslin power and holds regional military supremacy. On another level, the global bankers are using Israel and the neo-cons to bring about the End Game of their long quest to establish a New World Order with themselves as lords and masters of all those allowed to remain alive.

At one level, the public is told that Iran "must be stopped from acquiring nuclear weapons" and that this is the reason for whatever action is necessary. Of course, we are not told ~ at least by the main stream news media ~ that even the American intelligence establishment (as well as United Nations inspectors) state clearly that the Iranian nuclear enrichment program is but several orders of magnitude below that necessary for a nuclear weapons program. The reality is that the nuclear enrichment issue is but a smokescreen for the on-going neo-con grand strategy. This same grand strategy gave us the 9/11 false flag attacks in America, the 7/7 false flag attack in England, and the Bali and Spanish false flag "terrorist" attacks and the war in Afghanistan and the war in Iraq. The next targets on the hit list of the neo-con grand strategy are Syria and Iran. This has been the plan for years and the neo-cons are staying on course.

If the well-being of Israel is not the reason for the grand strategy at the highest level, we have to ask ourselves just what in the hell is the driving force. Sadly, the answer lies in the wording of the question just posed ~ Hell.

At a certain level you simply cannot separate the military/economic/political/strategic from the spiritual. When you analyze the grand strategy being employed, you essentially have to come to the conclusion that it is either so damn crazy as to be a form of mass insanity by its backers or just plain evil. I think that it is the latter.

The blockade is not being set up to "stop" the Iranians ~ there is in reality nothing to stop in terms of a nuclear weapons program and they already have a global strategic advanced biowar (ABW) program that is as good as a global strategic nuclear war program at a fraction of the cost. The blockade is being set up to cause a war. To cause a war with a nation that has a true MAD (mutually assured destruction) environment with the neo-con controlled nations. To cause a war that will eventually result in the use of weapons of mass destruction throughout the world. To cause World War III.

The "strategic diversion", that is the war between Georgia and Russia, is being set up to drive Russia into the devil's brew of the coming war; you can bet that China will also be given good "reasons" to be totally-committed in the days and weeks ahead.

There are certain global banking families who have made countless billions and even trillions over the last 200+ years organizing wars, economic depressions, revolutions, etc. to profit on everyone's misery. They have been very successful at this. But it is simply too late in human history to be doing this now. The level of mass murder/destruction from 21st Century warfare is beyond our ability to recover. So why continue. Again, we get back to the question is this just totally crazy or just plain evil.

On the 5th of August, days before the attack on South Ossetia, in my article "The Good and the Bad and the Truly Ugly", I quoted an interesting prophecy from Nostradamus, Quatrain X.74 which reads "The year of the great seventh number accomplished, it will appear at the time of the games of slaughter, not far from the age of the great millennium, when the dead will come out of their graves." This could refer to the Seven Year Tribulation, which could well be the time from 9/11/01 to 9/11/08, at the time of the Olympic Games, not far from the age of the great millennium (the beginning of the Third Millennium in 2000/2001), and Armageddon (when many dead saints are suppose to "come out of their graves"). It is interesting that the dates of the 9/11 and 7/7 attacks and now the 8/8/8 attack all have occult meanings.

I suspect that this is all simply unstoppable. However, being human we want to live not be killed in some insane Third World War. The trouble is, time is very short and most political leaders are totally corrupt, bought and paid for time and again by many of the same forces arranging the coming global war. Still, if you want to live, contact your political leaders and demand that they stop the coming war on Iran and the resulting global nightmare. It may be you only hope to stop the events that are unfolding before our very eyes. It has been posted on a truly massive number of web sites and blogs, emailed to hundreds of thousands, and seen by more people than any similar article in history. This was done not by the main stream lying media or by political hacks but by ordinary people concerned about their lives and the lives of their friends and loved ones in the days and weeks ahead. The USS Iwo Jima and USS Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Groups have USMC Harrier jump jets and an assortment of assault and attack helicopters. The Expeditionary Strike Groups have powerful USMC Expeditionary Units with amphibious armor and ground forces trained for operating in shallow waters and in seizures of land assets, such as Qeshm Island (a 50 mile long island off of Bandar Abbas in the Gulf of Hormuz and headquarters of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps).

The large and very advanced nature of the US Naval warships is not only directed at Iran. There is a great fear that Russia and China may oppose the naval and air/land blockade of Iran. If Russian and perhaps Chinese naval warships escort commercial tankers to Iran in violation of the blockade it could be the most dangerous at-sea confrontation since the Cuban Missile Crisis. The US and allied Navies, by front loading a Naval blockade force with very powerful guided missile warships and strike carriers is attempting to have a force so powerful that Russia and China will not be tempted to mess with. This is a most serious game of military brinkmanship with major nuclear armed powers that have profound objections to the neo-con grand strategy and to western control of all of the Middle East's oil supply.

The Russian Navy this spring sent a major battle fleet into the Mediterranean headed by the modern aircraft carrier the Admiral Kuznetsov and the flagship of its Black Sea Fleet, the Guided Missile Heavy Cruiser Moskva. This powerful fleet has at least 11 surface ships and unknown numbers of subs and can use the Russian naval facility at Syria's Tartous port for re-supply. The Admiral Kuznetsov carries approximately 47 warplanes and 10 helicopters. The warplanes are mostly the powerful Su-33, a naval version (with mid-air refueling capability) of the Su-27 family. While the Su-33 is a very powerful warplane it lacks the power of the stealth USAF F-22. However, the Russians insist that they have developed a plasma based system that allows them to stealth any aircraft and a recent incident where Russian fighters were able to appear unannounced over a US Navy carrier battle group tends to confirm their claims. The Su-33 can be armed with the 3M82 Moskit sea-skimming missile (NATO code name SS-N-22 Sunburn) and the even more powerful P-800 Oniks (also named Yakhonts; NATO code name SS-N-26 Onyx). Both missiles are designed to kill US Navy supercarriers by getting past the cruiser/destroyer screen and the USN point-defense Phalanx system by using high supersonic speeds and violent end maneuvers. Russian subs currently use the underwater rocket VA-111 Shkval (Squall), which is fired from standard 533mm torpedo tubes and reaches a speed of 360kph (230mph) underwater. There is no effective countermeasures to this system and no western counterpart.

Addendum 2

The two-ton elephant in the living room of the neo-con strategy is the advanced biowar (ABW) that Iran, and to a lessor extent Syria, has. This places the motherlands of the major neo-con nations (America, France, the United Kingdom), as well as Israel, in grave danger. When the Soviet Union fell the Iranians hired as many out-of-work former Soviet advanced biowar experts as possible. In the last 15 or so years they have helped to develop a truly world class ABW program utilizing recombination DNA genetic engineering technology to create a large number of man made killer viruses. This form of weapon system does not require high tech military delivery systems. The viruses are sub-microscopic and once seeded in a population use the population itself as vectors. Seeding can be done without notice in shopping malls, churches, and other public places. The only real defense to an advanced global strategic biowar attack is to lock down the population as rapidly as possible and let those infected die off.

If this were more widely known, it would be a great casus pax, a reason for peace, as war between enemies both having weapons of mass destruction (WMD) is insane. Hence the aptly named "MAD", for mutually assured destruction, where both sides can cause truly massive fatalities on their enemy in the event of a all out war.

My recent article, WAR ON IRAN: THE PERFECT STORM FROM HELL, carried by several of the leading on-line/non-MSM sites, and read by hundreds of thousands world wide was a frightening eye opener for many to the intense danger from a all-out war between US/EU/Israel on one side and Iran/Syria/Hezhollah/Hammas on the other side. The public has been largely ignorant about the rise of a new type of global strategic warfare based on Advanced Biological War (ABW). Most people understand Biological War (BioWar or BW) as powered anthrax or smallpox and the like. That is really "your grandfather's biowar". Over the last twenty-five or so years, an entire new level of mass killing has evolved. Only this new ABW has a technology base that is far less expensive than than required for entry into the "nuclear club" of nuclear weapon producing nations. Where it costs approximately $1 million to kill a person using nuclear weapons, it only costs approximately $1 to kill one person using ABW weapons. Comparing BW to ABW is like comparing a old Model T Ford to a 2008 Rolls Royce Phantom ~ both are automobiles (or types of biological warfare) but there is a difference of several orders of magnitude. ABW has a kill level in global strategic warfare similar to that of nuclear war.

It is a known fact that when the Soviet Union fell, the Iranians offered US$5,000 a month salaries to a large number of destitute out-of-work former Soviet biowar experts. Not all took Iran up on the offer, but many did. The Iranians have built up, over the last 15 plus years a truly world class ABW program, as well as co-developing with Syria the Earth's largest chemical warfare program. ABW weapons do not require ICBMs and $2 billion dollar per copy B2 bombers to kill hundreds of millions. The genetically engineered viruses are sub-microscopic and can be spread unnoticed in public places and continue spreading, through replication from person to person. An advance global strategic biological war, like a global strategic nuclear war, cannot be kept in control. In fact, the horrific massive death from global strategic biowar will certainly lead to all-out nuclear war between Russia/China and NATO/Israel.

All you are seeing is the issues of the United States being exported to the rest of the world. The dollar jobing was a signal that the EU is taking a hit. The markets in China going down is a signal that our reduction in buying is finally starting to have an impact. The jump in our market is from people banking on a recovery because the fed kept the interest rates at current level.

The only thing of real concern is the war between Russia and Georgia. I can see that acting as a destablizing event to the region and I fear our government is going to spend a lot of money to help prop up Georgia.

As for the buildup in the middle east... I am not really sure what to make of it. It might be a empty show of force but then one must ask why the President of Iran did that interview with an American New Agency if they did not really fear being attacked. Hopefully we do not attack Iran but who really knows what Bush is going to do on his way out.

If problems do start there we know what will happen to the price of oil, and what that will do to food prices as well as the dollar. Try not to go nuts over this, but be wise and prepared.

First off we all know Bush wants to attack Iran. Why? Oil.

If Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan are all under U.S. control, then we have a huge block of land that isolates Russia and China from the Middle East Oil reserves.

The war on terror excuse is wearing thin.

Russia and China both know that attacking Iran is not about the war on terror, it has all to do about peak oil.

Russia and China need oil just as much as we do.

Georgia attacking Ossetia, was a ruse to occupy Russia's attentions, but backfired on the U.S. backed Georgia. Look at Russia's over the top response. They are using this excuse to dominate Georgia, and Georgia's 4 oil pipelines and also Georgia's airfields.

As far as the markets are concerned, its all about confidence, and the rich use the MSM to create false confidence for their benefit. Because the market will crash horribly, after the rich have met their objectives.

If I was the leader of Russia or China, I would fight this war by proxy and make sure that many American ships were sunk, so this is probably what they will do, and blame it on the Iranians. As tensions grew, Russia and China could unite, and most of the world would side with them since we are now perceived as bullys.

Israel, is about to become cannon fodder for U.S. interests, in that they will probably initiate the attack. Sure, we will try to defend them, but we can only do so much, the U.S. is not omnipotent.

Basically, World War III is about to unfold, and the only thing we can do is to protect ourselves and our familys because the sheeple will never wake up until its too late.

A thousand military advisers from Israeli security firms have been training the country's armed forces and were deeply involved in the Georgian army's preparations to attack and capture the capital of South Ossetia , according to the Israeli web site Debkafiles which has close links with the regime's intelligence and military sources. Haaretz reported that Yakobashvili told Army Radio - in Hebrew, " Israel should be proud of its military which trained Georgian soldiers." "We killed 60 Russian soldiers just yesterday," he boasted on Monday. "The Russians have lost more than 50 tanks, and we have shot down 11 of their planes. They have enormous damage in terms of manpower." He warned that the Russians would try and open another battlefront in Abkhazia and denied reports that the Georgian army was retreating. "The Georgian forces are not retreating. We move our military according to security needs."

Israelis are active in real estate, tourism, gaming, military manufacturing and security consulting in Georgia, including former Tel Aviv mayor Roni Milo and Likudite and gambling operator Reuven Gavrieli. "The Russians don't look kindly on the military cooperation of Israeli firms with the Georgian army, and as far as I know, Israelis doing security consulting left Georgia in the past few days because of the events there," the former Israeli ambassador to Georgia and Armenia , Baruch Ben Neria, said yesterday. Since his posting, Ben Neria has represented Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in Georgia .

Have you noticed? Headlines emerging from South America signal a potential threat to the U.S. greater than Islamism and communism combined. By Andrew Miiller

South America is turning its back on the United States.

This is a far greater potential threat to the U.S. than most people would imagine. To understand why requires a clear-eyed look not only at the remarkable shifts in trade relationships appearing in today’s headlines, but also some unsavory facts of history that some have tried to bury. You need this understanding.

Brazil is driving the creation of an economic, political and military union that threatens to exclude the U.S. from military planning in the vast region spanning from Antarctica to Panama. Should it come to fruition, this project would represent the final undoing of a fracturing relationship the United States worked almost 200 years to build.

On May 23, leaders from the 12 sovereign nations of South America met in the Brazilian capital and signed the constituent treaty outlining the legal framework of the Union of South American Nations (unasur). This plan would establish an EU-style government for South America. It would unite the continent’s two major trade blocs—Mercosur and the Andean Community—and create a federal parliament based in Bolivia. A new South American Defense Council would mediate regional conflicts and defend the region from foreign interference.

“We are going to make it so that the strength of South America is born of the union of our peoples,” Brazilian Defense Minister Nelson Jobim said in April.

The treaty will come into full force after it is ratified by nine of its 12 would-be member states.

While there are definite obstacles to overcome, the political, economic and military integration of South America is bound to be far smoother than the rocky road the European Union has traveled for the past 51 years. It is the only multinational continent in the world united by a common linguistic background, a common culture, and a common religion. Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez’s exclamation that “From Mexico to Argentina, we are one whole nation” is an overstatement, but it definitely holds a kernel of truth.

This region is being united by more than just religion, culture and money, however. It is also being united by a dangerous ideology: anti-Americanism.

How Latin America Is Turning Red

One sentiment that emerged during the framing of unasur and the South American Defense Council was that the U.S. is in no way to be involved. “[T]here is no possibility of participation by the United States,” the Brazilian defense minister said, “because the council is South American and the U.S. is not in South America.”

The U.S. has been deeply entrenched in Latin American affairs since 1823, when President James Monroe established the Monroe Doctrine to keep European powers out of the New World. In pursuit of American interests, the U.S. has overthrown no fewer than 40 hostile Latin American governments in the 20th century alone. What many Americans view as a policy of protection and liberation, however, is now seen in Latin America as rank imperialism.

The bbc, in an analysis titled “How the U.S. ‘lost’ Latin America,” summed up the situation this way: “If you were to color a map of anti-Americanism in Latin America, for nearly 50 years Fidel Castro’s Cuba has been the deepest red. Three of the most economically developed countries—Brazil, Chile and Argentina—are now in varying shades of left-of-center pink” (April 3, 2006). It went on to say that Venezuela and Bolivia could both now be considered deep red and that current conditions in Peru, Mexico and Nicaragua indicate they soon may become more anti-American. Colombia is the only country in the region that could be considered a U.S. ally.

U.S.-Venezuelan lawyer Eva Golinger, who has dedicated herself to exposing U.S. intervention in Venezuela, claims the United States has literally lost control of the region. “The backyard of the U.S. has gone,” she says. “It’s created its own neighborhood, and the U.S. isn’t part of it” (Green Left Weekly, May 21).

Former Nicaraguan President Violeta Chamorro contemptuously contends that while U.S. politicians can always seem to find the money to sponsor wars in Latin America, they rarely seem to come up with enough funds for peacetime developments. She claims that even a slice of the money used to back anti-Communist Contra guerrillas in her country would be enough to build a whole new Nicaragua.

South America’s Rising Star

If peacetime investment levels are any indication, however, Germany and its EU allies should be Latin America’s best friends. Even though the European trade bloc is still only Latin America’s second-greatest trade partner (behind the United States), it is definitely Latin America’s greatest investor and its primary donor of developmental aid.

As anti-Americanism increases, Europe is becoming the rising star south of the Rio Grande.

German trade alone across the entire Latin American region had already risen to a value of $55 billion as of last year—making Germany Latin America’s largest trade partner in the EU. Germany has sold 340 of its tanks to the Chilean military over the past 12 years. Industrial giants like ThyssenKrupp AG have been investing in Latin America since 1837. Now ThyssenKrupp is developing a huge, $4.6 billion steel-producing complex in Brazil, intended to supply steel products to both Germany and South American countries. A full 10 percent of Brazil’s industrial gross domestic product is already produced by German daughter companies throughout the nation.

Granted, Germany’s relationship with Venezuela is still pretty rocky at times. Nevertheless, high levels of economic investment, developmental aid and arms exports are forging a strategic partnership between the EU—particularly Germany—and most of Latin America.

This relationship is not completely one-sided by any means, because Latin America is far more important to Europe as a raw materials base than as a simple trade partner. The entire region from the Rio Grande to Terra del Fuego is a giant storehouse of timber, natural gas, crude oil, minerals, precious metals, and especially iron. These are resources Europe needs if it is to continue its ascension to superpower status.

So, what does the emergence of a unified, anti-American, European-oriented trade bloc mean for the world?

Virtual Colonies of a New Empire

Consider the following statement from the May 1962 Plain Truth: “The United States is going to be left out in the cold as two gigantic trade blocs, Europe and Latin America, mesh together and begin calling the shots in world commerce. The United States is going to be literally besieged—economically—frozen out of world trade.”

With the U.S. having grown increasingly dependent on Latin America for goods, especially foodstuffs, it could find its supply of basic staples drastically impacted if the U.S. is frozen out of Latino markets. With American agriculture increasingly plagued by floods, fires, droughts, pests and disease—in addition to the loss of huge tracts of land to urban development and the squeezing of its farmers by excessive input costs—such an event would place the whole U.S. economy at risk of collapse.

Such a crisis would add to a host of other economic pressures, such as the ongoing dive of the dollar and American trade being hurt by restrictive EU regulations. Major creditor nations could pinch America’s already broken economy simply by demanding the U.S. begin paying its debts. In the end, a convergence of several factors could trigger economic meltdown in the U.S. and cause a domino effect across all nations that are significantly dollar-dependent.

Such a combination of events could well place the EU in the box seat. Countries across Latin America, and also to an extent Africa, would then have no option other than to completely rely for survival on the economic ties that a German-led EU is rapidly locking them into.

Either in name or in effect, the nations of Latin America would become virtual colonies of a European empire. It is as T.H. Tetens wrote in his book Germany Plots With the Kremlin, “South America will be conquered by business agents, not by guns.”

The Resurrection of a Secret Plan

Latin America’s growing integration and alliance with Europe at first appears to be the haphazard result of undirected forces. The shocking part, however, is that Germany has had a goal to control Latin America for at least a century.

It is well known that German Kaiser Wilhelm II had planned to use Mexico as a launchpad for an invasion of the U.S. if America entered World War I. It was the revelation of this plan in the Zimmerman Telegraph that finally prompted America to enter the war on the side of the Allies. What is not as well known, however, is that in addition to this proposed alliance with Mexico, the Germans also sought a strong presence in the southern part of South America. Shortly before hostilities broke out in World War I, Otto Tannenberg, the famous German general and propagandist, wrote that “Germany will take under its protection the republics of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay; furthermore, the southern third of Bolivia and the southern portion of Brazil” (Michael Sayers and Albert E. Kahn, The Plot Against the Peace, 1945).

The defeat of the German Empire in World War I brought a temporary halt to these plans. They were resumed, however, once the Nazis came to power.

Nazi propaganda minister Paul Joseph Goebbels wrote in the March 26, 1944, edition of his personal publication, Das Reich, that “Argentina will one day be at the head of a tariff union comprising the nations in the southern half of South America. Such a focus of opposition against the United States of America will, together with Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, form a powerful economic bloc; and eventually, by way of Peru, it will spread northward to place the dollar colony of Brazil in a difficult position.”

It is unsettling how close the situation today matches Goebbels’ prediction. South America is composed of two tariff unions that are about to merge into an economic and political alliance. Argentina may or may not be the head of this union, but it is certainly a major member, and the “dollar colony” of Brazil is already on board as the most dominant member of the forming Union of South American Nations. It won’t be long before this bloc is working under the protection of Germany as “a focus of opposition against the United States.”

How did this happen? Not overnight!

In 1996, the American government declassified a shocking World War II intelligence document relating the details of a secret Nazi meeting of industrialists that took place on Aug. 10, 1944, in Strasbourg, France. The Nazis’ purpose was to instruct German industrialists how to conduct “a postwar commercial campaign” to finance the Nazi Party, “which would be forced to go underground,” thus ensuring that “a strong German Empire [could] be created after the defeat.” These industrialists were specifically told to strengthen Germany “through their exports” and to “make contacts and alliances with foreign firms.” Many of the corporations represented at this meeting, such as Krupp and Volkswagenwerk, chose Latin America as their site of foreign investment. Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach was the chairman of the board of directors of ThyssenKrupp’s predecessor organization, Fried Krupp AG, from 1943 until his death in 1968. He was the man in charge of producing weapons for the Third Reich during the latter half of World War II. Possibly more than any other man of his era, he understood that economic relations could be a precursor to political conquest. He once said his corporation would reverse the old adage that trade follows the flag: In a postwar German Reich, the flag would follow trade.

After Krupp was convicted for war crimes at Nuremberg in 1947, the Allies released him from prison in 1951 and let him resume sole proprietorship of Fried Krupp AG (the predecessor of ThyssenKrupp AG) in 1953. Loyal to the instructions his representative received from Nazi officials at the Strasbourg meeting in 1944, Alfried immediately went to work creating new export markets in Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America (especially Brazil). Although he died in 1967, with his personal copy of Mein Kampf still on his nightstand, his corporation continued to follow the path he had set for it. The current leadership of ThyssenKrupp AG may or may not know much about its corporation’s past association with Nazism, but it is definitely still creating German ties to Latin America as it earmarks Brazil as its largest site of foreign investment.

It is also well known that many Nazi war criminals—such as Adolf Eichmann, Josef Mengele and Martin Bormann—fled to sympathetic governments in Latin America after World War II in order to escape prosecution. Even as late as 1962, Gunther Theodor—an agent of an international organization that was then trying to capture Bormann—told the Brazilian newspaper Correio da Manha that “Neo-Nazism is simply boiling over in South America, operating under the shield of the Communists.”

As the May 1962 Plain Truth further reported, “Germany’s economic conquest of South America has been in the planning for decades. Nazi agents, many of them disguised as ‘legitimate’ businessmen, were rampant throughout South America even before World War II.”

It has been estimated that enough Nazis escaped into Latin America via Vatican ratlines to establish an elite cadre big enough for another fascist regime complete with chiefs of state, cabinet ministers and military men.

Almost all of these Nazi agents have since died, but their children and successors are still working to strengthen the relationship between Latin American countries and the Fatherland. Everything is just a bit more sophisticated than it used to be. The racist political activists of yesterday have become the respectable businessmen and technocrats of today.

The Fascist Threat

It is easy to see that an anti-American, European-oriented political and economic union in Latin America presents a major economic threat to the U.S. Yet the threat is even greater than just that.

Henry A. Wallace was the 33rd vice president of the U.S., from 1941 to 1945. In an article he wrote for the New York Times in 1944 titled “The Danger of American Fascism,” he wrote, “The European brand of fascism will probably present its most serious postwar threat to us via Latin America. The effect of the war has been to raise the cost of living in most Latin American countries much faster than the wages of labor. The fascists in most Latin American countries tell the people that the reason their wages will not buy as much in the way of goods is because of Yankee imperialism. The fascists in Latin America learn to speak and act like natives. Our chemical and other manufacturing concerns are all too often ready to let the Germans have Latin American markets, provided the American companies can work out an arrangement which will enable them to charge high prices to the consumer inside the United States. Following this war, technology will have reached such a point that it will be possible for Germans, using South America as a base, to cause us much more difficulty in World War III than they did in World War II. The military and landowning cliques in many South American countries will find it attractive financially to work with German fascist concerns as well as expedient from the standpoint of temporary power politics.”

This is a chilling, yet very accurate assessment of what could happen if fascism were ever to gain a hold on Germany. As long as Angela Merkel (or someone like her) rules, America and the rest of the world appear to be under no great threat from an imperialistic Europe. If a second Adolf Hitler or a new Charlemagne were ever to come to power in Germany, however, the consequences would be devastating. German technology has reached such a point and German dominance over both Europe and Latin America has developed far enough that America would not be able to weather World War III as it did World War II.

With the help of hostile nations to America’s south, a new German Reich could reverse D-day and carry out a full-scale invasion of the United States, for example, by gathering in Mexico and swarming across the Rio Grande River.

The fascists that have hijacked our government are the perpetrators of chaos in most of the world and they will attempt to do the same here in the US. Then they will attempt to rally the masses under what will be perceived as some semblance of order, but will in fact be totalitarianism. At the end of last week, I sent the thread on "Avian bird flu" to my Mom...she has grown very distrusting of everything and everyone...her doctor, a police officer, the news...and sadly, you DPers. She views most of what we discuss here as fear-mongering...although she freely admits that treachery and evil lives in Washington. She still thinks terrorists hijacked airplanes and did 9/11, even after I had her watch a few films, including Zeitgeist....those films are, in her opinion, edited and manipulated with someone's agenda.
Anyway, I am very happy to be here with you Paulers and truth-seekers, because you all seem to be so observant of world events and connecting the dots. You all see the patterns that I miss. Thank you ....but I sure hope you all are a bunch of crackpots and just plain wrong.

If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention!

Russia gave the US/Georgia alliance a rap on the snout, showing the Russian Bear could be problematic in any Iranian escapade.

I can tell you why China is sinking faster than they can bail. Their recent meteoric growth was fake...more unsustainable than the biggest bubbles in American history and it may be a larger pop than Japan went through after the 1970-1989 boom.

They are collectivists and we were wrong to be afraid they would overtake us. It is a mindset that leads them to believe that they are miles ahead of everyone else...until reality sets in and it all comes crashing down on their heads.

The same with USSR...in 1980, the world was holding their breath because it looked as if the collectivists would beat us....but a decade later and poof goes their progress.

They were fools to decouple from the dollar...they got some short term gains, but didn't happen to think what would happen to the world's biggest export economy when their dollar was worth more than their customer's dollar.

Their days of buying up all the spare steel and oil are over...their boom is being revealed as just games played on paper. It seems that although they have 1.3 billion people...when 1.295 billion of them are dirt poor peasants...they don't have a sustainable economy.

I'm not saying they'll collapse ala USSR any time soon...but the threat that these backwards commies will defeat the very heart of capitalism (i'll admit, that's arguable but we're probably as close as anyone) is gone.

China is quickly tanking and losing all of the ground they've been making on us. Don't feel bad for them...next time maybe they should be more respectful of the individual and less collectivist and they might just make so sustainable gains.

It was a great leap forward...but with collectivists, it's always one step forward one leap back.

Let us take a lesson and not let our country be degraded into The People's Republic of America.

We may be losing our way, but this is still the closest we have to perfect. That's why we can't abandon the US...we can fight and show this world that respect for the individual's social and economic freedom is the only means to sustainable progress.

But it's good to listen to some mindful people.

ideas here and have enjoyed reading and learning. The odd thing that I have noticed is 911 Bush was in a classroom reading a book. 888 Bush is in China watching games. Where's Cheney in Washington behind closed doors. I get nervous every time Bush goes anywhere and he leaves Cheney home alone. Dr. Paul knows what up and we would be wise to listen to him. He is trying to prepare us. I don't see us being able to stop any of thing. I think in the coming months we will have hell to pay. are just a distraction. They are a "dog and pony" show to distract us from what is really going on. They want us to be distracted from the things that are important.

Here's what I find important and of interest. We have been training the Georgian military for a while now (1,000 Marines were there less than 10 days before the conflict started). Israel has been giving them intelligence and arms, and we are flying the 2,000+ Georgian troops from Iraq back to Georgia.

Meanwhile we have most of our battleships in the Persian Gulf and the Mediteranean Sea.

I think that we are gearing up for an all out assult on the Middle East, and these manuevers are just a precursor to war.

The powers that be are trying to distract us and keep us occupied while they do their geopolitical manipulating.
