BECAUSE THIS IDEA OF RON PAUL WITH JESSE AS HIS RUNNING MATE IS THE THING THAT WILL BRING US VICTORY IN NOVEMBER.
There is no need to switch party. Ron is on the ballots so that part is done.
But they must announce before the convention in order to raise enough excitement to get more delegates to give Ron Paul and Jesse the nomination. After the convention it is too late because the nominee will have been picked. So the time is now.
WE MUST PERSUADE RON AND JESSE TO DO THIS.
NOW IS THE TIME. So get on the phone, email, AIM etc..
But get in touch with them and let them know we must do this absolutely!

I believe I can see that a Paul/Ventura ticket is a sure fire WIN.

CNN announced today that Norm Coleman from MN will skip the convention being held in his home state! I am very aware of Dr. Paul's #1 concern is his wife's recovery at this time. But he has obviously spoken with Jesse as Jesse is speaking in Minneapolis on September 2nd. Eventually I hope they hook up as a team.

I think Dr. Paul is very much out of this situation at the moment. He has bigger things on his mind right now, as do I. Let's get Carol well and back on her feet and then think about this.

If the two of them would just say, "Given the opportunity, we will run together" and tell all the delegates, then the delegates might get excited about beating the democrats, if nothing else, and actually decide to vote them in. But they are going to have to put themselves out there as a possibility to the delegates.
