Please recruit your friends and family to join the Campaign for Liberty so we can reach the goal of having 100,000 members by September 2, 2008.
It would make our effort more credible to be able to say we have reached our goal and have 100,000 members.
God knows that if we do not reach our membership goals the MSM will make LOVE to repeat it over and over again 1 million times to billions of people. Let's not let that happen!!!

I have been having pretty good luck getting people to talk about important things. I have had my best luck using a tool I learned here. I do not know why I have not been encouraging those that actually listen to me to join c4l.... I suppose it is because I do not want to be too.....overbearing?

College Students Get Busy!
Dorms are filling as we speak. Get on the Internets and reconnect with all your money bomb pals from last fall.
It will be easy to reach and surpass 100,000 members once the young folks get back into the swing of things.
If we sent messages to all of Ron Paul's friends on Myspace
for them to sign up for the Campaign for Liberty, we would reach the goal before September 2, 2008. Ron Paul has 126,541 Myspace friends. If we could get just 12% of them to sign up we would reach the goal of 100,000 members for the Campaign for Liberty by September 2. Who wants to start the campaign to message all of Ron Paul's friends on Myspace?
don't know what happened
one person is admin, and they seemed to just vanish. i don't know their name, i did exchange a couple of messages with them several months ago, when we had a short pleasant chat.
it would be nice if the RP myspace page went active again....it doesn't need to be at the previous pace....but campaign for liberty, the rally, what not.
I think
all those RP supporters that are/have been with the CP and LP should approach all their party members they know, to sign up. Also, there should be at least 10 000 people at the Rally for the Republic. Sign people up, organize joint rides in car and accommodation etc.

If you're bored (LOL) and need a little project... grab your phone book. Look up your local Grange (if there is one). Give them a call, or stop by. You'll find that they're likely to be very likeminded, and good prospects.
Family and friends, of course.
Definitely contact your local JBS chapters, if you can locate them. JBSers are ripe fruit for the CFL (and vice versa).
If your state has a chapter of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies, you may want to contact them. The NFRA bills itself as the "Republican wing of the Republican Party" and many (though not all) members will be RPers or likeminded enough to join the CFL.
Finally, contact your county elections office. Get a list of all Republicans who were precinct officers (whatever the specific title is in your area; here it's "precinct committeeperson" but YMMV) in recent years but who didn't file this time. That's a rich hunting ground for serious, disaffected Republicans; some will have not filed simply because they're now too old to be active any more, but others will be disgusted with Bush-flavored "conservatism" and ready to hear some good news about liberty. Maybe you can think of something to tell them about. ;-)
