"The prosecution of George W. Bush for murder!

I got the plan!!!!

Each of us will go to our local police station and file charges against George Bush for murder. The police will ask what evidence do you have? Then we will present the police with Vincent Bugliosi's book "The prosecution of George W Bush for murder as evidence.

I honestly believe this will work if we do it in mass and we do it on the same day. Please feel free to give your input either way.

"How Dare They Do What They Did, How Dare They!"

Execution Today in Texas

I just finished reading the book and I find it more than a little ironic that today Texas will execute a man for murder. The truly odd part is the man to be executed was sitting in a car when his roommate shot and killed a store clerk. The man then assisted in robbing the store. Even though he was not the shooter under Texas law he was convicted of murder and sentenced to death.

Although most Texans seem still to think Bush is wonderful, maybe he should be looking for retirement property somewhere else.

Watch these two and tell me this guy isn't serious!

"How dare they do what they

"How dare they do what they did,How dare they?"

If we had any media, any media at all they would be playing that statement like it was music.

hmmmm,

is it time for a Guinness?

BRILLIANT!

setbacks? our serving redress to each representative has been largely ignored or blacked out. but,

there are SOME law enforcement officials who are patriots.

things i think we need.

1. a legal team
2. a money bomb
3. target jurisdictions, how many counties in u.s. and what name?
4. key personnel identified, educated - strategically
5. no press before
6. copies of the book (money bomb)
7. copies of video from non-impeachment hearings, promotion-enhanced
8. healthy debate on the organizational effort be for profit. before i get dunked for bringing that up, consider this:

a. the mass filing for arrest would be a grassroots effort, not for profit
b. the media blitz following it would be
c. what the shareholders spend their profits on is their collective interest, as per a partnership agreement. see b.
d. some profits could be donated to another non-profit entity, hmm, let us say a legal fund!
e. less regulations for political action

etc.

i have some further intriguing ideas, but i must make a call to someone critical to this before proceeding. meanwhile....what do you think?

JUSTCOMEHOME - well done. how do we get in touch outside of this forum?

thanks

I will be at the Club Jager

I will be at the Club Jager in Minneapolis on Sept 1st at 10 pm. Or anyone can get a hold of me at tiptoe809@yahoo.com

People who have had a family member killed in IRAQ

can file charges and receive both JUSTICE AND RESTITUTION! However, you have to have a DA who has the balls to handle the pressure and press that it will bring.

BUT - Bugliosi is offering his services, he is a veteran prosecutor and will handle most of the legal work himself.

I would say a local jury could easily award a million per life. Talk about a Money Bomb!

Bugliosis is saying that murder charges

can be brought in any jurisdiction were a US solider had died in the Iraq war. The process involves convincing a district attorney to bring the case before a grand jury and convince them to vote that the case merits a trial. A state Attorney General can do it also.

Convincing a D.A. shouldn't

Convincing a D.A. shouldn't be hard given that fact that about %75 of Americans want Bush impeached

If you know someone who has had a family member

killed in Iraq that would like both justice AND restitution then here is their chance!

YES!!! Arrest them!! Then

YES!!! Arrest them!! Then impeach..

Should it be

the sheriff in his jurisdiction only. The sheriff is the ultimate authority of the law. I think only the one in Bush's jurisdiction could actually do anything? I think this is a good idea and I have wondered why it has not been done. That sheriff might actually have an obligation. But if it is done, an attorney should be consulted so that we leave no loop holes for the sheriff to back out and no loop holes for Bush to squeeze through. It might not work until he is out of office because of all the executive privilege. But the moment he leaves office, he would have to be served with a ????? that keeps him from leaving the country.

I think you may be onto

I think you may be onto something. Either way I truly believe it's worth an effort, because the truth is our representatives aren't going to do anything. If Bush believes in America and the system we have he'd be happy to appear in court and explain his case. Let's see if he's really a patriot now.

We need

an attorney licensed in Bush's jurisdiction who is willing to work for free for his country. We need patriots who are willing to make the case and give a bunch of time. We need a sheriff with integrity. We need a time line that is very tight. All of these people need to be willing to give their lives for their country. I don't know what jurisdiction would be proper-DC or Texas. I think Caldwell. But I think he is moving as soon as he can and I think he also has a place outside of the country. Many questions, much work.

After thinking about this

there may not be any jurisdiction roadblocks when it comes to intentional murder. Hopefully an attorney will chime in and give his/her assessment and advice.

I would need more time to think about it...

prior to answering....will give you a bump, though...

Thanks

I really think this would work if organized correctly
