A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding the Illinois senator's background, and in today's lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia. Berg also cites what he calls "dual loyalties" due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.

I posted below what it says under Article II about the qualifications to be POTUS...and it specifically says...HE SHALL...on many occasions. I then spent time last night reading the Constitution and amendments; I noticed repeatedly that when speaking of Congressional/other qualifications, it says that PERSON...but repeatedly when it speaks about the President it says HE shall....throughout the document and amendments...sooooo, is Hillary qualified or not??
That's grammar, not Constitutionality
Back before the "PC language" days, common correct grammatical acceptance was to use "he" when meaning "an unspecified person." Unlike the German language, we don't have a "das" to indicate gender neutrality.
In the requirements to be president, no specific gender requirement is indicated. Hillary -- ack; let me rephrase that: a woman may certainly be eligible for the presidency.
I am aware of that fact, fanofwalt,
but, as stated above, ONLY when it speaks of the President throughout the Constitution and amendments does it specifically say HE...with other offices, it says PERSON. If it's a case of grammar, why does it say PERSON everywhere else?? And why does it always say only HE, but not PERSON when speaking of the President? Comprende??

The lawsuit mentions something about the birth certificate that Obama published having been proven a forgery by 3 experts so far.
Very interesting to say the least.
I hate Obama.
But you do not lose your citizenship because your adopted father is Indonesian nor if you take out a second, third, or fourth citizenship. That is bull.
A person can give up their citizenship after acquiring a second after filling out some paperwork and meeting with a consular or other government official who will interview you. You can only lose your US citizenship if you hold a second citizenship AND you either take up a government, political, or military position at a policy level (or take up arms). It is very difficult to lose your citizenship. The courts have ruled that unless an American makes a statement that he/she wishes to renounce, it is assumed that they wish to remain US citizens.

I was always MY understanding that a PRESIDENTIAL candidate HAD to be a native born & breed USA, AMERICAN citizen. A (naturalized) citizen does not qualify. AM I wrong on this subject ?

Well, Article II (I think) of the Constitution where the
qualifications for President are defined also states numerous times....that HE shall.....To my knowledge, Hillary is not a HE....

But I would bet she is the one wearing the pants in the family. I think she has called the shots all along in the Clinton partnership. and would probably be first choice for the NWO directors, not that any one of the chosen 3 will do just fine for them.

but the wording just states about voting being allowed, no matter what sex....nothing about anything else previously stated changing...I should probably get off my butt and read other Amendments...
I would say there is an arguement that the equal protection ...
clause could apply here regarding HRC, but this whole natural born citizen issue regarding Obama will need to be played out.

I think Hillary is going to throw her final jab at Obama to try and disqualify him. I think she got on the ballot just for this reason alone.
