If Ron would have given direction concerning the delegate process in the beginning we would have had this election wrapped up already.Still possible but the disinfo tools are hiding this at DP. My opinion is that the delegates that have been bound to vote for McCain 1st round that are now enlightened by Paulites or just the plain old truth have to vote their conscience and vote Paul first round to stop McCain from getting the required number first round. Damned people are still telling people to vote first round McCain if they are bound.This is really important and we are just about out of time and I think since there are only 11 days left. I encourage all the delegates to revolt and also try for a vote of no confidence motion in McCain from the floor before ANY voting even starts.This could make the difference in McCain not getting the required amount and winning the nomination.

NOthing new learned here, but VERY well put . I agree 100% with this post. But we are back to sitting JUDGES, again. JUDGES administer the LAW . THEY are to be THE PEOPLES voice against TYRANNY. THEY have failed or are bought off.... OR they LIED, under oath, abouut their alliegence to the PEOPLE.... THEY control the PRESIDENT'S use of the LAW. JUST like a J.P. can over rule a policeman's use of the law.. THEY are not there to do the GOV'Ts bidding.

why the US is lost. "Delegates the fate of the USA is in your hands"...The fate of the USA is in YOUR hands, not the Delegates.

I've been attaching the message below onto a few threads, and I'd also like to put it here. I'm putting it here because I know what the author (?) means. I hope you can understand it too...

An email I just received, being on the email list of "We the People for Independent Texas".

I'm not even gonna try to correct the typos and whatnots, just try to dumb yourself down to the Texas Redneck level...in that way it becomes perfectly readable. (hint want often=won't, correct punctuation is time consuming, ect.)

"Doing a search of the web for district courts of the united states and the United States of America returned nothing. The return was always UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT. It is evident that the UNITED STATES is a Corporation 28 USC 2003 (15) once a Corporation always a corporation till terminated. Therefore all the UNITED STATES COURTS are Courts of the Corporation.

The same is true in Texas John Adams that was the clerk of the TEXAS SUPREME COURT not to be confused with the Supreme Court of the State of Texas stated in a letter to me and a letter to a friend that there were only Corporate Courts in Texas. That may be the reason he is no longer the clerk.

Now we have all these alleged patriots that claim to know it all and a lot of them are on radio, T.V. and writers for news sites and books, make videos etc,. They have all this information of all the crimes committed by the criminal agents of said corporations most of it is true and they can prove it. To name a few yes I will name names Alex Jones, John Statdmiller, Devvy Kidd, Larry becraft and a host of others even a host of preachers that claim to be Christians, such as Tex Marrs, David J. Smith and others that claim to be men of God.

Now I have named a few of the freedom fighters who mean well and are doing the best they can with their limited knowledge because they refuse to listen to any other counsel then theirs or to only those that agree with the same ideals as theirs. That is not to say all their ideals are bad just not complete.

They know of all the crimes and wrong doing BUT CAN ANY ONE OF THEM GIVE A REAL TRUTHFUL SOLUTION BY LAW. THE ANSWER TO THAT IS A RESOUNDING NO! BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU THE ANSWER IS IN THE CORPORATIONS COURT'S USING COMMERCIAL CORP. ATTORNEYS. WHAT A LIE!

I will now name some of the criminals the list is long so I will only name the groups. 501c3 Corporations all other corporations the cities, counties, STATES and UNITED STATES their members and officers of the above including the courts and all theirs officers including all the attorneys yes Larry all the attorneys. All the voters all the licensees and all the other idiots that support the Satanic head CORPORATION the UNITED STATES.

Now to those of you that have eyes to see and ears to hear and a mind to reason. Most have eyes and ears but the reason part is where most fall short.

First let's talk about the law created by the people known as a republican form of Government by constitution. No not the Federal Constitution that was a compact between the states and the United States. The people created the constitution within each state that was the people's law for the created. The people are the creators and the offices that were created by the state's constitutions are the created. The officers in those offices are also the creation of the creators the people. Then the officers the created, created the corporations I want go into the reason the people allowed the corporations to be created only to say it was for the tax revenues to support the officers aka Government that were to protect the people. Now the corporations that were created by the created are creations of the created of the creators.

The officers of the states got together and said let's create a government for us so they entered in to a compact together and became the States united which they called the United States. So the compact created by the created they took to their creators for approval. The creators said no you can't do that. So they said what if we agree not to over through your rights by agreeing to this bill of rights for you creators so the creators said O.K. but you must take an oath to always a here to the constitution you have created between your selves. The created, created another creation and call it The United States which is a creation of created of the creators the people.

I want cover the State's constitutions here there are too many to discuss here. I will only cover the federal constitution and the people bill of rights.

Now we go to art I Sec. 8 cl 9 of the federal constitution which says the officers can only create tribunals inferior to the supreme Court (the people's Court). It has to be the people's supreme Court, the people are supreme to the created the U.S. Congress so it is must be the people's supreme Court. Now we go to the amendment that you very seldom hear about the seventh which says any cause tried by the people can't be questioned by the State's courts.

Now here is where the reason has to be used. The people created the States and the States created the United. Now do you understand the pecking order here? So now tell me how a creation of the creators or a creation of a creation ever get jurisdiction over the creators.

So now what are you going to do about your court being closed by the creations? If you are in Texas you will find the authority of your Court at ART. 5 Section 15 of the Texas Constitution.

If you refuse to help us open our Courts then you deserve exactly what you are going to get. One of the founder said if a man is willing to give up one of his rights he should lose them all. "Thomas Jefferson" If you don't step up and help; I hope he is right.

I'm almost 50. Until I 'discovered' RP late last summer, I lived my life with my head in a bucket..totally uninterested in ANYTHING political. I'm now fanatical about this movement and thowing the bums out!!! I still don't understand our American process; what exactly IS a delegate? Can I become one? How do I contact MY delegate in order to tell him/her to take their head out their bucket and get up to MN and throw a "vote of no confidence" toward McFlame, and get our man on the ballot!! I Googled "NC delegates", but can't find what I need...any help?
