This is awful, please change it back. That's not you doing this is it Michael ? Very user unfriendly and there are over 13,000 that are used to the old format.

DP is large enough that Michael should be able to easily see if this new change is having a positive impact. If it increases the average daily pageviews per site visitor that will mean it has actually increased usability by making new discussions easier to find.
Let's not give Michael a hard time about this. Give him the time to gather data and determine if it is best to be kept this way.
