Try to Imagine a world at peace for even just one day,
Total peace, noone dying by an angry hand
no plots ,no agendas , no plans
Just people helping others learn to finally understand.
On The 21st My friends in my peace coalition Windsor/Detroit all get together at Belle Isle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belle_Isle_(Michigan) and place a huge peace symbol on the ground in the park and spend the day just talking to people and listening to there concerns. It's not much but it's something.That is the purpose of this september 21st . It's the "international day of peace"

is approaching I thought I would bump this thread.
My Peace day...
September 21st is the prep-day before my fall classes, so I will be quite industrious. I'm teaching a 3-week pistol course. Ironic I guess in a way- honoring peace by teaching the community to defend itself. You can join hands and have fun- I'll be busy arming the masses.

I will be wearing a batik shirt with peace sign on it -
trying to tell as many as I can about voting for Chuck Baldwin -
a peace candidate ... if we don't do something major in the USA -
who cares about meeting with all these on nations (especially the UN)
that isn't going to do any good except for a pleasant thought for one day.
While the USA may become the NAU or some other.....
It doesn't matter what it is
As long as you know that anything you do is a further step towards a result.
