First... you get a glass... Fill it halfway with ice....

Then... you look at the glass... and remind yourself that it is half full.

Then you wait til you have to take a crap.

Crap in the glass and then say to yourself...

"This glass is full of the same stuff that comes outta Barrack's MOUTH!"

*you can substitute your own crap with any kind of crap you would like. Just as long as it is crap from some type of mammal or fish. Any crap will do just fine.
