Why not invite this ex-Buchananite to the Rally and give her a chance to explain why we should support her and the dispicable John McCain?....If she disses us,then have Ron Paul and The Campaign for Liberty formally endorse Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin....We will then know she is not sincere in her limited government beliefs as expressed by her former support of Pat...

but even if she doesn't, for whatever reason, there is no reason to believe she is not a non-interventionist. Presidents and vice presidents do not have to agree on everything. Biden voted for the war, Obama opposed it...

On a purely political move that would make sense for McCain. She would not get booed off the stage like McCain and she can go try to mend the fence.
I think this was a brilliant political pick by McCain. I am not going to vote for him but some Paul supporters and angry Hillary supporters willl not go for McCain.

I figured it would be...didn't think McCain would be that smart....still...I'm not voting for him either....At the same time..we ought to invite her and put her on the hot seat...if Ron Paul and the Rally for the Republic and the CFL get dissed,then endorse Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin and warn the GOP how much we can influence a close race in many states....The only thing that seems to work is the threat of electoral loss....Use that power!

First, let me say that John McCain is a neo-conman who is as spooky as Bush. I could never support a ticket that includes him as the imperial president.
That said, I think it's a great idea to invite her.
If she came to the R4R it would be great,
but don't you think McCain and Co. might put a stop to it?
Maybe but....We could challenge her
to come and speak before the people that might make the difference in crucial states...Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin make take at much as 5-10% or more in many states...If they diss us,have the major speakers diss McCain and enthusiatically endorse Barr or Baldwin....
