Central Banks Around the World

I know the history of the USA's fleecing by the bankers and the creation of our central bank. Did governments of all of the industrialized nations in the world fall for the central banking scam?

Do any of these countries around the world have groups like us seeking to eliminate the fiat monetary system?

Is central banking synonymous with fiat monetary systems?
