THE GREATEST DANGER to the movement at this point is a lack of action and game plan, without one it could start to fizzle.

The Campaign For Liberty only just officially launched a few days ago. We ought to give it a chance. Ron Paul has obviously endorsed the CFL as the next step in our revolution.

Dr Paul has told us time and again that we need to be about the real work of the revolution. We need to obtain and hold the precinct chairs and committees, the city and county committees and the state committees. I believe that we can do this in the Republican party simply by showing up. Starting now. The grassroots of the the major parties seem to be on extended vacation once the conventions and elections are over. The Republicans more than the Democrats are asleep at the wheel in these cases, making that party easier to make our own.

Many will say that we must turn to a minor party to get this done. I disagree. The deck is stacked against minor parties and most of the sheeple vote how they are told by the TV. I believe that we must take over the party apparatus in as many small towns and big cities as we can in the next few years. Knock on doors, educate our neighbors, and prepare for next time.

However it ends up for the next go around, this is gonna be fun!

I agree with your basic premise.

The time for individuals in this movement to get their heads straight is NOW. If we continue to muddle along waiting for Dr. Paul to bring us tablets down from the mountaintop before making any decisions, the movement is doomed.

cause maybe its a better place to put it. well if mccain/palin wins
the elections, (it could happen ,maybe) they will destroy the party themselves. you will never see another rebublican president in the whitehouse in your lifetime.but if they do ok ( wishful thinking) then we should continue to squeeze in our positions and our candidate. i doubt ron paul will even run 4 years from now. even he knows that alot of people will think he will be way too old for the job. i love ron paul, but hes not getting any younger.we need a fresh candidate (maybe his son Rand if he would accept) we need to put someone up who will not be afraid to go 3rd party if he or she does not get the nomination. or we could do like the CFR did and put 2 candidates up for election . one republican and one 3rd party. whoever has the best chance of winning, we unite to support him or her and go all out to win. we have 2 years to take over a good chunk of congress. we need to get every candidate we can in every state district in congress and the senate. we need liberty minded people running in every single slot in these positions, whether they are republicans or independents, the right message is all that matters. and they dont have to agree on every single issue, as long as they are close and on the right track. look, we could hold our own mock elections to pick our candidates on you tube if we wanted to. put up a video saying wanted , inteligent liberty minded people who want to run for office to take back our country . please post your video and state your issues, ideas,and goals for your position in office. then start debates let people comment and ask them questions, real questions! then hold an election to decide who we want to put up for these office positions and back them up and campaign for them. who needs the media? we can be the biggest grassroots movement ever to hit the planet. we have the resources right in front of us, lets use them! i think it would be a blast and people of all ages can participate. i dont know, am i dreaming too much?

I met HUNDREDS of patriots at the rally and the picnic and the free concert. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them was doing something in their area for Liberty. Every one without fail. Some walked or rode for freedom. Some were talking to their legislators about real ID. SOme were running for office, some had run and become delgates or officers for the RNC. Some worked with C4L. One had been in the Freedom from Fascism movie, 2 had written fantastic books (Sam has PROVEN in his, that the IRS is what is responsible for crime and disruption of family in the US, and it is unreal, but it is proved to me)..on and on and on..some doing videos, some writing songs..on and on..every single one of them was doing something. Just because you think there is no overall "plan" and there may be some time, like this rally, the quiet patriots are working and working with one end in sight. If you were working for upholding our Constitution then you would know YOUR plan in YOUR community. Do not expect others to make your plan for you. Make a plan for YOUR city, and start doing it.

And when they get there we beat them to a pulp with baseball bats and pummel them with Baseballs.

right now are....voter reform (get rid of Diebold, utilizing paper ballots, hand counted ONLY), changing write-in rules in my state, etc......the other one is the "kick 'em all out" agenda....
Most Congressional incumbents need voted out....that right there would solve alot of our problems, no matter who gets the Presidency....

If you're waiting for Ron Paul to issue you your marching orders, you're going to be waiting for a long, long time.

Dr. Paul has said from the beginning, and demonstrated in all his actions, that he doesn't consider this HIS Revolution. It's ours. He isn't going to centrally plan, step-by-step, what he wants us all to do. It goes against who he is and what he stands for. He will suggest, as he has, that we work within our local GOPs to spread the message of liberty, to identify and support liberty-loving candidates for public office, or, if our conscience dictates, to run for office ourselves.

Beyond that, it's up to you to determine how the Revolution moves forward in your corner of the world.

I'm planning on supporting the Ron Paul Republicans who are running for congress, as well as state and local office.

Anyone who expected to win in only one election cycle should take a look at Ronald Reagan's career. These things take time.
