I'm looking at all these posts on here and not ONE mentions the protest given during John McCain's speech! I thought that would be all over here tonight, but I guess he put everyone to sleep before it happened! There was one sign that read "McCain Votes against Veterans" another said "talk is cheap" and was held upside down. And there was obvious dissent among the delegates as the Secret Service hauled off a woman for making a protest for peace!!! To which McCain made a snide remark and smirked!!!! Thought everyone here would be all over it!! Am I really the only person that saw this??

I was on my laptop
on DP and was kinda watching. I heard the commotion and looked up in time to catch them throwing aprotester out. I think it was a antiwar protester. Adam Kokesh was there holding up a sign and caused a the crowd to chant USA! USA! It was a anti iraq war/occupation banner of course. GOOOOO ADAM!!! I do'nt think he got thrown out or anything. It's on youtube.

I couldn't bear to watch.
I hope some sharp-eyed videographer got these protests to post on YouTube. I did see a photo of the veteran holding his sign.
There were a few threads
There were a few threads about it, but they must have moved on down. What's disturbing (as if everything about this dog and pony show wasn't) is how I see zero news coverage on it. Its like it never happened. Why am I not surprised.
