U-S-A Chants at McCain's RNC Speech Last Night

Does anybody know if the U-S-A chanting in the background of McCain's speech last night was supposed to be for or against him? It was really cool watching and hearing it. Many people in the audience and John McCain himself seemed to be uneasy about all the noise. You would see people look over to the middle where the chants were coming from. I hope the future RNC and DNC get sabotaged like this. It was very exciting.

BTW: Did anyone think that alot of the stuff McCain talked about (balancing budgets, unnessary overseas spending, drilling, etc) sounded similar to what Paul talks about----except three differences: McCain is surely LYING, just like Bush did, and he didn't say anything about ending needless/endless wars and monetary change.

Yes, I mentioned last night on another post that

McCain was saying the things Ron Paul says, but of course, I don't think he's sincere.....(maybe they read the slim jims, etc...taken from the delegates)......my instincts told me McCain was trying to win over RP suppporters...

To drown out protesters voices

Yes, they were chanting USA... to drown out the voices of protesters and to draw attention away from the bravest and most wonderful Adam Kokesh who had a sign saying McCain voted against the vets. There were others who had their signs taken away and were thrown out. It made me so happy to see these brave patriots and it did make everyone nervous and McCain said for everyone not to be "distracted by the static and noise" or something like that when the commotion was going on.

Seems to me

"U. S. Israel !" would have been more appropiate.

they should have chanted

U ass hole........ U ass hole......... U ass hole

Seemed to me

that they were chanting at our own Adam Kokesh, Iraq Veteran Against the War, as he was able to gain acess and was protesting with signs and the cameras showed him several times, esp. BBC.
