I just watched Ted Nugent on Glenn Beck..

When asked his thoughts on some political matter, "The whole world sucks, America sucks a little less."

some of us who have busted our rear's to get ahead in life (while most sit on their duffs thinking everything should be handed to them on a silver platter) ...and now are seeing the Governments (federal, state, and local) steal everything from us and impose tyranny upon us in the name of our safety...are getting VERY fed up with it. we have watched as our government has stolen all of our inheritance from our parents and grandparents, and they say we owe more...

they make us pay rent on our own land that we have bought and paid for. this "rent called property taxes was supposed to be temporary to pay for WW2...HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR WW2?

and for all of you "no-war EVER" people, i ask you, was the Revolutionary war a "just war"? i agree with Ron Paul that wars should be declared by congress (and that we should not be in everybody's business in other sovereign countries)...for that must happen by law. But Ron Paul has never said that there is no case for ANY war...ever.

i am a peace loving person...but there does come a point of self-defense. we are trying the peaceful route of the Ron Paul Revolution right now, and will continue in that path for as long as it is possible. for we know that if an actual "Revolutionary" war broke out in this country again that Russia and our other enemies would not hesitate to destroy us during the conflict.

yet we cannot just stand by and watch our children be taken from us. our wives and kids "frisked" in airports by perverted security guards of the government, watching law abiding citizens and children being treated like criminals for "their own safety", while the government no longer has ANY laws it has to obey....their will be a point of no return...and the government is pushing that edge every day. for any man who's GOD given role it is to protect his family, who does not do it, is not a man. which is what our government has tried to condition us men to be (weak slaves).

i stand for the Constitution of the united States of America which is the guarantee of the government to the people that they will defend the GOD given rights of the people. they have broken this contract...it is time the people to hold them accountable. they should all be thrown in jail for breaking the supreme law of the land...the Constitution of the united States of America.

from the time i was born in 1967...i have watched as this country has gone insane...yet i retain the right to defend my families life and property...those of us who think this way are NOT kooky, hillbilly,backwoods, metaphors. we are the hard working people that made this country great, by GOD's grace and blessings. and the Rights given to us by GOD spell it out...our lives are ours...not the governments. our privacy is ours...not the governments. we are to be secure in our property from warrant less searches and seizures. we have the right to defend ourselves, to keep and have arms. the right to peaceably assemble. we have the right of free speech....and all of the other rights granted to us by GOD....our governments ought to read the Declaration of Independence, and tremble....so...after my rant...you can see that i understand Ted Nugent a little bit.

Ted's a phoney! He talks a good game but it's all just words. He's a NeoCon at heart. I contacted him a month ago and asked him why he was not scheduled to play at the Rally. I told him anyone that really believes in freedom and Liberty would be there. Guess what, no reply. Just another selfish self centered entertainer.
PS. Have you ever looked up the root origins of the word entertainment? It literally means "no think". So when you give it some thought, all these entertainers we hold in such high esteem are basically making a living off keeping our minds occupied so we don't think about what's important. Nugent can go to hell as far as I'm concerned!

I like allot of what Ted says... but it's hard to believe someone who lives that lifestyle would support McCain...

Last Year he was at our county Fair> One of us got into the concert and handed him an RP T-shirt and later that person stood in line in the back waiting for him to come out. When he called out to Ted and said Ron Paul Ted just shook his head. Not an RP person!

I got a real negative feeling about the whole thing. It is just like everything else with the owned media. They say things that sound like they totally agree with us and then say vote McCain. Nuge said vote McCain and that McCain is beginning to understand and try to work for the people. I didn't like it at all. He said Barr wouldn't cut it even though he likes Barr a whole lot. This is a propaganda method. Pretend to understand and then steer them towards one of the owned candidates.

gotta love uncle Ted! I think he does go over a bit on the foreign policy side as being a neocon. but when it comes to freedom he's good!
