Can we prove RON PAUL is RIGHT?
One of my bumper stickers says, "LIBERTY, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY."
We are supposed to respect everyone's freedom, and therefore, we are not supposed to be confrontational, however, in reality, I have met some of the most confrontational people among Ron Paul supporters.
But, if we could respect everyone's freedom, even with people who try to cling to popular opinions, and be non-confrontational and if we stay peaceful and if we prosper, I think we will prove that Ron Paul is right. Each one of us will become so popular like Ron Paul and freedom will come naturally to this country.
But, at this point, I don't think very many of us are like Ron Paul, even though, we all support his ideas. It is like Ron Paul is the grandmaster in the philosophy of freedom, but many of us are only freshman who just enrolled in his school of freedom. In other words, perhaps many of us do not, yet, deserve freedom like Ron Paul does.
Benjamin Franklin said, "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."
Ron Paul is definitely capable of freedom. If more of us become capable of freedom like Ron Paul, I think that freedom will come naturally to this nation.
So, going forward, I will try to become more like Ron Paul in my own way and that is my plan.
What do you think?
LIBERTY, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY!

I'd like to introduce The 80/20 Principal to Daily Paulers

This audio book is one of the best books I've read(listened). For this book, I think the audio version is much better.
So, this book explains that there is this 80/20 principal pretty much everywhere in our lives and I agree. For example, in our case, probably about 20% of Daily Paulers make 80% of the posts. Or, 20% of Ron Paul supporters probably did 80% of the work to promote Ron Paul. The ratio is not likely exactly 80/20, but the point is that a vital minority tends to contribute to the majority of the outcome. Therefore, in order for us to be effective, you need to focus on the minority of important things and you can be quite lazy about the majority of things that don't make much difference, in terms of something that you want to achieve. This took a lot of stress out of my life. First of all, I can now justify myself to be lazy about a lot of things that are not really important for me and this gave me a lot more time and energy to focus on a few things that make huge positive impact in my life.
I want to introduce this audio book to Daily Paulers and I want you to apply this principal to achieve more for less!
I'm exactly like Ron Paul
My co-workers and friends actually call me Ron Paul. I'm not confrontational at all. I walk around grateful for what I know and humble enough to not be pushy or paranoid.
They laughed at me at first, then
They said he would never make it, then
They said they screwed him, now
They say, maybe there is another way to get him in.
Dr. Paul never tells others
Dr. Paul never tells others what to do or what to think....of course he does offer strong opinions...opinions backed up by years of experience as a Washington insider....probably the only Washington insider whose principles of honesty and staying true to oneself, to ones principles, has never changed....politics and the corrupt environment have not changed Ron one whit from the humble country doctor, the loving father and husband which he is to this day....freedom is the right to choose, both for yourself and for others....if others choose a different path from what we would choose, they will, as we will, have to deal with the consequenses of their actions....an article by Tucker Carlson comes to mind, which he wrote while travelling with Dr. Paul in Nevada during the campaign....he was very impressed by the good doctor....google: tucker carlson ron paul nevada....

The great thing is that
The great thing is that circumstances will prove Dr. Paul is right. Eventually, both on an economic level and policy level, he will be proven right, just as he has been for years. For years people have ignored him however, if you have noticed there are more and more articles written that declare "we should have listened to Ron Paul". I find that extremely encouraging.

Great post
I agree wholeheartedly and I am the first to admit I do not live up to the example that has been set. I get outraged when people fall into the groupthink mentality that they should be allowed to steal my property because a majority of others say it is the right thing to do. I am constantly confrontational especially with family members and friends who have a differing opinion. I am getting better though, better able to fight with philosophic skill and wisdom as I continue my studies in liberty. The most important thing I need to do is come off less harsh and know-it-all, (ironically the same thing I get so outraged over!) I need to be more humble, and each day I attempt to improve myself so in the future I too can take a leadership role in the tradition of Dr. Paul. We need to be calm and rational and win the "hearts and minds" of our fellow americans, there is no other way to achieve success in the revolution than through the example of MLK, and Ghandi.
