I was wondering where or what happened to the billionaire who was asking to support Ron Paul in his bid for the Presidency ?
Do you honestly think that Ron Paul would let FAUX news have his story, I don't think so isn't this the same tabloid news network who wouldn't allow him to be in a debate in New Hampshire, I believe that the bomb Ron Paul will drop tomorrow will be so big that the Republicrats will be in big trouble.
I don't care what the tabloid MSM news network has written or reported, Ron Paul cares so much about us his supporters and OUR beliefs that I think if
he isn't the one who will run, then the billionaire play's the field with major money support which will damage the Republicrats choice.

you can find the truth about that- there apparently was some truth to the rumor- it was some guy whon was willing to produce infomercials for paul, but he wanted concessions on platform elements, (which obviously Ron wouldn't do). I'll find the link to the story.

RP won't run as 3rd party presidential nominee. If he did he wouldn't be able to be on the ballet in some states. It would be interesting if he was able to unify the 3rd parties and either be a VP for Barr or Baldwin or have Barr/Baldwin ticket. Any of these scenarios and I'm in on it.

i just saw this video on youtube by the antirobot (who uploaded the one posted above) check it out its on the video responses, the second one (named campaign for liberty 100,000 members) anyways there he says ron paul could make obama and mccain come to his debate if he promises to donate 1 million dollars to veterans if they do. Gave it a thumbs up. After watching Dr. Paul on the interview a short while ago, it seemed to me that the announcement might not be as major as advertised, and I truly hope I am wrong about that.

Dr. Paul already holds the key to the election with purple/swing state Montana, where he is on the ballot. You can know the GOP headmasters are scared of Paul's announcement/newsconference tomorrow, therefore they will ignore it. They should know that with 16% in PA 25% in other central states etc. they have no chance to win if the Paul supporters all vote for a third party. They may have ignored Dr. Paul at the RNC, but now the RP supporters are going to ignore them on November 4th. Blowback time!
PS: I wonder if the four parties will remain their identity, but field one ticket, perhaps Barr-Nader that would represent all 4 major third parties?
Or would Gary Johnson be involved? It is going to be interesting...and significant and exciting, I am sure!

Finally Ron Paul seems to be understanding how to get himself and his message noticed...too bad he didn't create any sort of buzz of this nature early in his campaign... BUT BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!

in March or something, the novelty would all wear off by now.
But by waiting till now, with only 56 days left till the election....he capitalizes on the publicity like no man ever has before in the history of third party politics.

What if sticking to his guns means that "he is 99% sure he will not run" or "no, I don't see much chance of that". He could still stick to his guns, because his guns left a little possibility of a run.

He cannot qualify anew, if he is to use his wiggle room, he would have to replace an existing candidate. But he said he would not run as a third party...

There is no law or restriction on how much Paul could raise, as long as it is not more than 2300 USD per person, but there are sore loser clauses in 4,5, states, like TX, preventing Dr. Paul to run AND - more importantly - the time for ballot registering in many states have already expired, thus you cannot be on the ballot anymore, even if you want to run how bad! Capito? The only theoretical way would be if Barr/Baldwin would step down, and they themselves cannot decide it, the LNC and CNC have to decide. Also, listen closely to Dr. Paul's answer and reaction.
