You simply must see this 2007 DVD documentary "UnCounted: The New Math of American Elections"
It is the most convincing, professional video ever done on vote count fraud, Diebold/ES&S, poll rigging with officials and whistleblowers galore and closely examines the last 2 elections.
Vote third party, vote absentee ballot, vote your conscience, write in Ron Paul in November -- BUT our votes will never count until every last electronic voting and opti-scan machine has been abolished and the votes are counted in front of the voters.
You saw what happened in the primaries, where Ron Paul's vote count went "backwards" in several counties. This is just a taste of what's going to happen in the "real" election. The software programmer who was paid to write 24 lines of code to flip the votes for Diebold is on the DVD testifying in court just how simple and undetectable it was to do it.
It is showing now on Comcast On Demand (Starz? I think) or buy a DVD and make copies to give to friends, strangers. This will especially strike a chord in Obama supporters once they see this. Get everybody onboard so one day we can have a REAL election where our votes count.

Sabotage the machines ,cut the power cords ,drill screws in the slots ,put cement glue in them ,do anything but vote in them.Its every Americans responsiblity to know his vote is being counted.
How about getting a job at Diebold
as a software programmer? They hire people to write the virus codes that flip the votes.

but it kind of gives the message that only one segment of the population, what's considered the poor and the minorities, are being screwed.
We're ALL getting screwed and there's no discrimination there. Ron Paul got screwed in the primaries and I got screwed trying to vote for him on a ridiculous touchscreen computer. I'm angry that I was never given a chance to have my vote counted.

with the UnCounted documentary.
It showed ALL Americans getting screwed by this sham of voting and the people testifying to the scam were well-respected officials and citizens that didn't come off as being "crazy" conspiracy theorists or appealing to only one segment of the population.

The return of our government may come with criminal charges against those in power. That is a far more powerful message to send.

Brother....I would vote for Putin too, I sure hope he is reading this post, and decides that the United States Citizens are being invaded by our own government, and they will come to rescue us like he did the people from Ossettia, or however you spell it, Americans are in dire need of a government/leadership that is for and by the people, and conforms by our Constitution, unfortunately the big wigs in Washington have changed all of that, and are on a route of destruction. People in America are so stupid they are believing that Russian actually attacked first, and that is because the American media is told by the Washington/The President of the USA to say that, when in reality it was Georgia that attacked first, and Russia simply came in to help, and stop further violence. I don't believe this dog and pony show will play out. I think it's all just a game to keep us interested in thinking we have a choice while the world gets raped.

I feel the same way. The election actually distracts from the real problems. In fact, there has been a constant stream of distraction since (I was going to put a year---but it's as long as I can remember).
So what's your solution?
Don't vote ever again? One of your rights is to be able to have your vote counted. It doesn't bother you that that right has been stolen? Doesn't that count as a "real problem"?
Then again, McCain supporters and people who voted for Bush are very happy with the voting system just the way it is. I can guarantee you there's going to be some angry Obomba people when he loses.
I don't understand how you can't still focus on other problems and not be distracted by the media circus.
Nothing's going to change
until people stop voting. I'd like to see voter turnout drop to 20% or lower. At that point the government try to might make voting mandatory (that's been tried in Britain), but if we're allegedly exporting democracy overseas, we can't cancel elections altogether, and Uncle Sam will have to fix things, at least well enough to get people here at home to vote.
Well boycotting may work for some things
like what if they gave a war and nobody showed up?
But really all we need to do is get rid of the electronic voting machines state by state. Have our hand-written ballots hand-counted in front of us.
It's really not that hard if everyone helps get the word out.
It bothers me deeply
That the elections are rigged and no true American patriot can even get his voice heard. It bothers me more than you could ever possibly imagine (well, on this site, you may know exactly how I feel). At this point it would send a better message if everyone just STAYED HOME for the election.
I am fighting the Fed cartel becuase they are the secret government that is controlling everything. We don't get to vote for them so we have to work to root them out and end their oppression over the world.
Avoiding the media circus is easy: don't look. Or---watch it for the drama it is and laugh at how stupid they all are.
I have decided to stay home also
and mail in an absentee ballot. I know it will just get thrown in the trash but I refuse to use that touch screen machine again like I had to in the primary.
I asked for a receipt and they gave me a sticker that said "I Voted." What a joke.
Everyone has their own battles and vote count fraud bothers me to no end, so I have chosen this one to fight. I hope to see all voting machines abolished by 2011 in time for the next election.
