The next third is up in 2011 and the next third is 2013, These groups will probably will vote yes, because they know Americans have short memories

Larry Craig, Chuck Hagel and possibly more are NOT up for re-election, they have new candidates in their place.

I did sent a note to Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein both, telling them that as dismal as their record has been to date, if they vote for the bailout, it will be the nadir of their careers in public disservice.

Mike Crapo is NOT up for re-election, and he will vote for the bill. He has no friggin' shame. He claims the "experts" (none quoted) agree it must be done. (So, screw the constituents.)
Are there enough up for re-election to scrap the bill? My Congressman IS up for re-election, and he is opposing it, but not really FIGHTING it.

also, a lot of these Senators will do whatever they want, regardless of if they have an election or not. Some of them are just, unfortunately, going to be there for life (like Dick Durbin, etc.)
