3 monkeys in suits and 1 Ms South Carolina--how pathetic. You would think FOX would have someone there who could intelligently engage Dr.Paul. Those folks looked like 'deers in the headlights.'
"Wait a minute, they should regulate the small mortgage brokers." Typical elitist BS--go after the little guy when it was the big guy that gave them permission....
Man,
NO one, can talk economics like RP.
They just keep throwing pitches, and he keeps slamming them out of the park, just like Barry Bonds on steroids....well...um....anyway
Too bad they ALL didn't listen that intently last year.
They're ALL either fools,or tools...
One important factor that no one has mentioned anywhere on TV or the net…
Banks have failed due to lack of the borrowers ability to pay their mortgage. So then if congress approves this bailout of non-liquid bad liabilites (these are not assetts as they like to spout off… assetts bring positive cash flow to the bottom line), where will this new credit created option be able to find non cash strapped borrowers to jump start this insolvent Paulson Plan? With the already tightened lending regulation and the fact we in this country are at a negative rate of savings and inflationary pressures, it is safe to say these bailout benefited banks will still be insolvent due to the lack of credit worthy borrowers that just don’t have the needed cash reserves for an equitable down payment, let alone for food or gas. Paulson/Bernanke know this, but as government always does, they must act (to save face) as if they have a rabbit to pull out of the hat. Except this time my bet would be on David Blaine doing a better job of majic money creation.
I hope you folks have prepared! I have 4 words for you
GOT SILVER AND GOLD?
the public education system is controlled by the federal government.. all of us who went through it have been brainwashed into the keynsian economic domain! as you saw with the lady interveiwer.. blame it on the mortgage companies! it wasn't the mortgage companies .. the blame belongs to the federal reserve and specifically GREENSPAN! I saw jzneff trying to blame the homebuilders today for what is going on! what a joke! people do not understand what is happening! remember during the depression in the 30's cash was king.. the reason why is because the dollar was backed by gold! with what is coming up cash is trash because it is not backed by gold! it is either inflate or die! please protect yourself!
RON PAUL IS RIGHT it is total destruction of our dollar! this will hurt us all! the problem now is as the public figures this out they will panic into gold and silver.. supplies are already strained! I hope you have gotten yours by now!

"I don't know where they are going to get the votes"
Fox News smears the reputation of this great man during the presidential campaign, labeling him a nutcase... and now Fox Business is showing how valuable Ron Paul is in helping Congress dig out of the financial crisis it has created.
This man, Dr Paul, the sole voice of reason and intellect, in a world that has too many robots/drones/sheeple, the challenge is that they do not comprehend what he is saying....bu the good news is that emotionally, in their guts, in their hearts they know that his good soul is shining through!
Too bad, their pre-programmed egos will not let them see, I hope they will let it go and see the light of Dr. Paul. I pray for that day and keep optimism alive.
Maybe they just have a conflict of interest. On the one hand they could do what they are told and undermine Dr. Paul's message. On the other hand they are worried about the devaluation of their ill-gotten, media corp. gains if they succeed and the bailout is passed.
All of his answers were clear and concise while keeping their attention focused on the root problem of the fed. I was especially impressed with his response to the lady who said the problems resulted from lack of regulation. One of the better interviews I have seen in a while.
But he dodged a question.
One of the hosts asked if he attended the secret session and Ron Paul never answered that question. I understand that the congressmen are under threat of legal action if they reveal anything that happens in secret session. Could this be the reason he didn't answer the question?
Or is it because the question was mixed in with other things and Ron Paul lost his train of thought?
I noticed that. I think he simply forgot to answer that part of the question.
He has a tendency to ramble his flood of answers sometimes and forget
previous questions. And for good reason..... the questions and answers to our problems are endless!!!!
A year ago the media ridiculed him. Today, not only do they take him very seriously, but they're pleading on their knees: "Dr Paul, please tell us, what is going to happen!"
He said people in congress are getting thousands of calls!!! Isn't that music to your ears?
P.S. This media attention is great. We should reward them by sending them nice emails so they will keep doing it. It only takes a few seconds.

"We will never give up. We will never give in." - Dr. Ron Paul
Let's face it...The ONLY reason we are here is Dr. Ron Paul.
No other candidate got us this interested in politics.
So...
Since this is our LAST CHANCE to ever vote for him for President...
...WE MUST UNITE and WRITE-IN RON PAUL in November.
FORGET about 3rd, 4th, 8th or ANY OTHER PARTIES.
NONE of the other candidates, 3rd party or other, understand economics like Ron Paul.
But MAKE SURE you verify with your state elections commission, the CORRECT way to write him in so your vote counts.
Example:
In Washington State you must write in the following info IN THIS ORDER:
1. Candidate (Ron Paul)
2. Office (President)
3. Party affiliation (Republican)
Then it WILL be counted here. Each state may have its own rule, so check it out before just writing in Ron Paul.
A vote for Chuck Baldwin is a vote for Ron Paul. He will be his treasury secretary and probably his strongest advisor. I am writing him in because he is already approved to be written in Arizona.
Healthnut4freedom
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5,6
President Paul would likely consider Baldwin for a cabinet position.
In the unlikely event that Baldwin wins a State, or McKinney takes DC, or Barr wins Georgia, or Paul wins Montana or Louisiana, and neither McCain nor Obama get clear majorities, then the threat of a Congressional majority giving it to Obama would give Republican, Libertarian, Green, and Constitutional Electors serious pause, and they could very well settle on a Paul/Palin ticket as a palatable compromise.
So please, don't use the Write-in option except as a last resort. It is about the hardest battle in politics. Instead, attendez:
If you live in Oklahoma, you have no choice. Write-in Ron Paul.
If you live in Montana or Louisiana, rejoice! You get to vote for Ron Paul!
If you live in New Hampshire, please vote for George Phillies (the other Libertarian).
If you live in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, The Dakotas, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming, please vote for Chuck Baldwin.
If you live in Arizona, California, The District of Columbia, or Maine, you have my condolences. You may as well vote for Cynthia McKinney or Bob Barr.
If you live in Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas, you have my deepest condolences. You’re stuck with Ralph Nader or Bob Barr. Sorry.
If you can’t abide my recommendations, then, your State permitting, you could write in Ron Paul, your mom, your dog, or even Bob Barr.
But never Never NEVER vote for McBama!
This decision is rather painful for me, as it will be the first Presidential election for me (since 1976) in which I will not be voting for the Libertarian. It looks as though the Barr Campaign has burned that bridge, and it likely won’t be rebuilt until at least 2010. But still I reach out, optimistic sentimental sap that I am, and hope Barr does well in Georgia and Texas.
