Dennis Kucinich working on abolishing Federal Reserve
I got an Email today from Dennis Kucinich regarding a set of reforms that would benefit "Main Street" (instead of Wall Street fat cats...at our personal expense). One of his planks addresses Ron Paul's favorite subject. Here's Kucinich's statement:

Monetary Policy: It is long past the time that we looked at the implications of our debt based monetary system, the privatization of money created by the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, the banks fractional reserve system and our debt-based economic system. Unless we have dramatic reform of monetary policy, the entire economic system will continue to accelerate wealth upwards. I am currently working on drafting legislation for an 'American Monetary Act' to address these and other issues in order to protect the economic wellbeing of America.

Seems like Ron Paul ought to start sitting down and talking with Dennis Kucinich. Maybe they can begin the formulation of an "End The Fed" caucus in the U.S. House that will finally put this issue front and center, as a mainstream movement.

Debate
You may not support any of Kucinich's ideas, however, good debate by free thinking intelligent people is a good thing. I Think Kucinch rules. He tells it like it is, and that takes balls. Kucinich and Paul are two people in politics that I respect. They could get up there at a "debate" and really have it out. And then we might get some crap fixed around here. No more political posturing... No more BS.

His outline scared the crap out of me. All big government. I only agreed with 3 points in his 16 point plan. There is no way I could vote for the guy.
I got this too, but...
He sets the stage nicely with this, but when he starts describing his actual plans, his socialistic tendencies come shining through.
I can't find it right now or I would include some more of it.
