Georgia Congressmen
Senator Isakson- voted for bailout. Told them I will be voting for the other guy in 2010 and that I would like to see him resign. Will be fired in 2010.
Senator Chambliess- voted for bailout. Told them I will be voting for someone else. Also, if he would be so kind to go ahead and resign and not seek re-election. Will be fired in 2008.
My congressman Price- voted against bailout. Office said against bailout still. Staff wrote down about auditing the Federal Reserve and reforming the monetary system.
Congressman Kingston- voted against bailout. Unsure of current bailout. Intern had no clue what I was talking about when I mention the Federal Reserve and reforming the monetary system.
Congressman Broun- voted against bailout. Probably will vote against current bailout because does not address enough reform and over sight. No clue about auditing the Federal Reserve and reforming our monetary system.
Congressman Gingrey- voted against bailout. Probably will vote against current bailout. No clue about auditing the Federal Reserve and reforming our monetary system.
Congressman Barrow- voted against bailout. Unsure of current bailout. Will call me about auditing the Federal Reserve and reforming the monetary system.
Congressman Scott- Voted against bailout. Not authorized to release his stances. WHAT BS! Passing on the concerns about the bailout, auditing the Federal Reserve, and reforming the monetary system.
Congressman Bishop- Voted for bailout. Will vote for bailout because of retirees and the need for foreign investment in our debt. No clue about the Federal Reserve and reforming our monetary system.
Congressman Westmoreland- voted against bailout. Will probably vote against it. Will mention auditing the Federal Reserve and reforming the monetary system.
Congressman Johnson- voted against bailout. Will vote against bailout. Would be for auditing the Federal Reserve and possibly reforming the monetary system.

Federal Reserve
I asked who owned the Federal Reserve and I was told no one. Then why does it charge interest to the Treasury when it prints new money? Then was told I am unsure.

Their own site. So many inconsistencies.
"Who owns the Federal Reserve?
The Federal Reserve System is not "owned" by anyone and is not a private, profit-making institution. Instead, it is an independent entity within the government, having both public purposes and private aspects.
As the nation's central bank, the Federal Reserve derives its authority from the U.S. Congress. It is considered an independent central bank because its decisions do not have to be ratified by the President or anyone else in the executive or legislative branch of government, it does not receive funding appropriated by Congress, and the terms of the members of the Board of Governors span multiple presidential and congressional terms. However, the Federal Reserve is subject to oversight by Congress, which periodically reviews its activities and can alter its responsibilities by statute. Also, the Federal Reserve must work within the framework of the overall objectives of economic and financial policy established by the government. Therefore, the Federal Reserve can be more accurately described as "independent within the government."
The twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks, which were established by Congress as the operating arms of the nation's central banking system, are organized much like private corporations--possibly leading to some confusion about "ownership." For example, the Reserve Banks issue shares of stock to member banks. However, owning Reserve Bank stock is quite different from owning stock in a private company. The Reserve Banks are not operated for profit, and ownership of a certain amount of stock is, by law, a condition of membership in the System. The stock may not be sold, traded, or pledged as security for a loan; dividends are, by law, 6 percent per year. "
"An independent entity within the government" kinda like

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?
What would happen if we showed up to a GOP event with
bodyguards.
That way we could get up on the stage with Issacson with a bullhorn and shout "Issakson voted for the bailout!"
When the GOP faux-security tried to shout at me and approach me, my bodyguards would step in front of them and tell them to back off. None of us would get violent.
Ooo, we could handcuff ourselves to a politician and then refuse to budge.
This might be the civil disobedience that we are struggling to choose.
They would arrest us all of course...but we'd be all over the internet and on the MSM...and get some messages out.
Field Trip
Probably a field trip to Gitmo with extra water boarding. I would like to officially change Johnny Isakson to Johnny ISUCKson. Also, maybe Saxby Chambliss to something like Suxby Shameless
Kingston's my rep....
I called his DC office this morning. Told the lady there to tell him to vote NO on the bailout. I believe he will probably vote no again.
I told Chambliss and Isakson they need to find new jobs!
