Dear Dr. Ron Paul,
I’ve watched many of your speeches now and have come to the conclusion that you are just covering up the real people behind the real problems. I’ve watched two video-clips recently where you stated that if we continue down this road the government/country would go bankrupt. Dr. Paul they already are bankrupt, it happened in 1933 and they have never come out of receivership. The creditors took control in 1962 with the passage of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Wherein, the code stipulates that whenever a government uses Commercial Paper (FRN’s - Federal Reserve Notes, since 1913) instead of lawful money as a medium of exchange, then it is liable as a simple corporation under the bankruptcy law. They went into receivership when that law was passed.
If you want to really shock those people then you might say, “they are coming very close to going into foreclosure.” Which would be a good thing!!! And you have pointed that out, but in foreclosure the Creditor would lose all the power that they have on those people. By that I mean the lending of the monetized bankruptcy of 1933. If the whole thing goes illiquid the bad debit gets wiped clean, then the corporation known as the United States would be dissolved. WOW!!! EUREKA!!!! You’re a GENIUS Dr. Paul!! I needed to write this article to see where this was going. The CORPORATE democracy is dissolved NOT the Republic, YAHOO!!!!

I have read about the "straw
I have read about the "straw Man" arguments. I have not tried to get my original birth certificate. This makes sence to me. However everyone i talked to who tried to "claim the straw man" said dont touch it, you will go to jail.
I know the government takes everything we are "natural Person" and tunrs us in to a artificial entity so they have jurisdiction. I have read this with my own eyes:
Marriage, institution between god and man and woman, state comes in and says, use a licesed pastor and get a marriage license. So when if you get divorced the state has jurisdiction over your dissoulution and your kids.
Birth certificates- jurisdiction over your kids
Drivers license, you have aright to Travel, google it, its a basic fundamental right. However the state says your a employee of the state so you need a drivers license because your vehicle is a registered motor vehicle. so if you get pulled over they can write you tickets and fine you and have jurisdiction.
I could continue but every aspect of your life is controlled through this system take a natural person trick them in to signing a secret contract. If a person enters a contract my understanding is if there are parts to the contract that affect a party, or take away a arty's libeties they must be given a tenison waring, meaning all these contracts are viod because of fraud.
Heres the reall problem.....if you dont cooperate yu go to jail, as individuals we dont have enough power to take on the strong arm of the government (the dictator) I think we need to organize in each city in numbers of 100 or more and take these arguments to the courts, when the courts, judges, police, any public officials violate your rights and thier oath and commit a crime against you, you arrest them through citicens arrest.
We need to exhaust all remedies before we excersize the second amendment.
I think doing citizens arrest could be the next big move from this movement but they must be dont by the book.
im going to be talking to some Sheriffs over the next couple months and ask them to teach me how to do citizens arrest before I do one in thier county, that way when I do it, I can say Mr sheriff told me how to do it and I followed it to the T.
the bottom line is it doesnt matter if you tell he thief, its not lawful to steal, a thief doesnt care. The dictator government we have doesnt care what we say, they have had no accountability, we need to bring that to them through the citizens.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the premise of the bond thing and that Merril Lynch has been traced to be in possession of those bonds and uses them to make money on them/us as bond servants.
I have to admit, it did sound credible and worth looking into. The guy talking gave several websites to visit though, I, myself haven't done that, yet. I do intend to do some research into the matter this coming week.

If the movement could focus more on how "the powers that be" have their power/control over us and the solution, it will definitely be a Revolution, but until then "they" are laughing their butts off at us.
I am new to this subject area myself, but I realize we don't have time to worry about what "they" are doing(including the elections), because that makes us five, ten or more steps behind "them". We have to go the direction that "they" don't want us to go and by doing that we begin to take back the Republic.

Now the question that I have is about the last highlighted bold text. The "number of who's name"?
Did you know that the S.S. number is the number of your name? If you put that number into a SSN formula your name, your mother's maiden name, your father's name and the place of birth are encoded in that number.
If you don't have and SSN you can't SELL your services as an employee and if you can't sell your services you will have no money to BUY.
Another thing that is interesting is "mark in their right hand" most people do business with their "right hand". And "in their foreheads" most people have their SSN memorized "in their foreheads".
I tell you the truth from my own experiences, one can only survive as a small business man running a cash business with out a SSN. And it is hard!!!

The constitution is the foundation of law and order in this country. They don't even follow the constitution. They can re-write the law any way they want.

I fear the only possible way out of this cycle of unconstitutional political despicability and economic decimation is armed revolution.
