St. Louis

It was freaking COLD! At one point I couldn't feel my fingers!

We had almost 150 people turn out. We met in a location a few blocks from the Federal Reserve building. We had some media there doing interviews.

We suited up in our End the Fed shirts, grabbed our signs, and started walking to the Federal Reserve.

We stayed off of the sidewalk directly in front of the Fed, and circled the Fed repeatedly. We had obtained a permit from the city ahead of time so they could not try any tricks. The police had several cars that circled and kept constant tabs on us.

Three local news stations covered the march and two of them had interviews that aired along with the march footage.

We passed out DVDs and literature to the public as we went. We had lots of honking cars.

All in all it was peaceful with now problems at all. We got good media coverage with our march shown on local news seven times. While we did not single handedly close the Fed today, I'd call our day a success.

Let me tell you a story about the first day of the end of days..

Michael,

You used to trust me to post directly to the front page and I never abused that ... anyway, I have something that should hit the front page:

http://www.breakthematrix...

We had an awesome day in Denver. Truly awesome. What follows is my first hand experience of the events:

------ SUBJECT: --------------
Let me tell you a story about the first day of the end of days of The Federal reServe...

I had a few drinks on Nov 8th and came up with this wild idea, BtM should have coverage of
this event and we should get it from as many cities as we possibly can. This poor guy I
know gets up at 5:00 am everyday but I didn't know that so I called him at 11:00 pm and
said "Dude!", the reply "tired", I said "here's what we need to do", "tired" was the reply
again. With a bit more back and forth I had the We Are Change chapter in Colorado Springs
on board. BtM was next.

Off goes a long email with the subject "ASAP response required" to poor overworked Shelly.
Couple of days later she says something along the lines of "We have been planning coverage
of that event but adding in many other cities sounds pretty cool." Today was Nov 22nd,
exactly two weeks after the first thought, and we had coverage from many different cities
with additional call ins from the rallies all over this great nation! In two weeks!

Many thanks to Shelly for getting the central platform dialed in. Many thanks to the hosts
and engineers that helped all day today (forgive me if I miss anyone or name someone that
had other obligations and couldn't make it today but helps out all the time) but kudos go
to Rahn, Shelly, SockPuppet, Kurt, Rick, Non_Serviam, all the speakers across the country,
all the members of the liberty groups in attendance, and everyone involved. A significant
part of this effort was put together in the IRC channels on

irc://irc.breakthematrix.com

so I should send some special shouts that direction with SockPuppet, Uncle_Rahn, and
Non_Serviam at the top of the list for getting everyone's gear functional via IRC; Mark
and Shelly for setting up the systems, and the many others for passing the word around;
we all made it work. Thanks. Thanks to everyone that made today great but to be honest
I haven't seen the video yet and am not sure who made it work from behind the scenes but
Kudos anyway.

Now let me tell you about the goings on in Denver, we setup a few blocks away from the
Denver Mint, in front of The Federal Reserve, a few minutes behind schedule but I shall
blame that on first time field work. I get there a few minutes before my counterpart
Chris (a/k/a InTheoryTV) and call him. "I'm right down the street", he said so off I
headed. I find Chris with gear strewn all over the car, around his feet, and wrapped
around his head. "I'm trying to get it configured, hang on.", was my greeting.
Smiling I said "Let's get up there and then setup." Shortly after we were in front of
the Federal Reserve building and streaming live on BtM. (Great work Chris/InTheorryTV
and thanks for all the trial runs.)

Our first broadcast and we were lucky enough to have the two people actually associated
with Campaign for Liberty (C4L) in Colorado: Jeff Wright (southern) and Carl Bruning
(northern). They each did an interview and explained the problems with The Federal
Reserve; what an incredibly awesome way to start our day off! I must admit to cheating
a little here as Jeff is in our local Ron Paul meetup group a political mastermind; he
teaches us so well. It was easy to get him for an interview. Chris is a member of the
Ft. Collins meetup as is Carl so he might have cheated too. :) It's all good. In
fact it was great! Anyway, after roaming the crowd for a few minutes before a couple
of great interviews and a quick camera pan of the activities we concluded the first
segment of our broadcast.

We may have been on at another point but I was off doing other things if we did. The
last segment came after realizing a problem and trying to correct it. Electricity
doesn't grow on trees. We had some issues arise so we retreated to the car where we
had some solid power and recharged the system for an hour or so. A couple of pale
geeks, sitting in lawn chairs behind a car in a parking lot with gear strewn all over
the top of it, waiting upon physics, the world, existentialism, and enlightenment.
Batteries++, guys you can't have too much power for things. Anyway, after the laptop
was allowed to suckle off the car for a while we were back to the Bank of Enslavement.

There we were met with the Miller Light argument: Taste Great / Less Filling! One
side of the street was yelling "End the Fed" and the other yelling "Bailout me out".
An awesome sight. After a bit of setup we were back up and online where we got to
interview a number of people for the show. Although we couldn't find a passer-by that
was interested in going on camera we suckered more than a few of the people from the
various groups to be cannon fodder. We even got the elusive battlemaiden (Heidi) to
grace us with her presence. She'll kill me for calling her Ms. Derivatives 2008 but
the GDT folks will understand.

/me pauses while the GDT folks laugh

The problem is that she is dead on right. The Fed is trying to monetize the derivatives
and give their buddies a way out of the fly-trap they have stepped upon. A sticky
little trap but my fellow Americans voted to let them slide on giving the banks $700B
in a "No Bankster Left Behind" bailout bill that turns over all of your credit card
purchases to the government. You did that! Do not dodge the fact that you, the
American people, only chose to fire 3 people of almost 500 in CONgress for sending all
your money to the banks on Wall St.. You did that. Make no mistake, the uninformed
public chose to tell CONgress that "No matter how hard you screw me I will listen to
your last minute smear campaign and vote for the same guy on the slight chance that
he is less evil than the new guy.

Welcome to American politics. This must change! If it does not then we can expect
to get screwed in perpetuity. Not exactly an unlikely scenario. Come n people, wake
the hell up! I guess if you are reading this you aren't asleep but do help to wake up
your friends. What happened today was a mere starting point, we have much farther to
go, and the goal can only be attained is by informing the electorate. Your friends,
your neighbors, everyone. This is the time, this is the final call to duty, this is
the call to support our Constitution!

Good time in Helena

Around 20-30 people came and we covered the street outside the Helena FED branch office pretty well. Not too much pedestrian traffic but we handed out quite a few DVDs to cars passing by. Slightly cold but a very good and friendly little rally.

Freedom Rules!

Lovely San Francisco March/Interview video

http://www.youtube.com/wa...

I'm sort of biased 'cause it's my video! but there are some
lovely moments. I always enjoy hearing people from over seas
talk about the founding fathers/constitution...and there is this
amazing sculpture of ben bernanke and henry throwing money
out of a helicopter that you just have to see to believe!

Dallas was awesome!

Alex Jones was there and we had a great turnout! Ron Paul's dear brother Wayne and his wife were also there and we had a great time.

Just noticed

on the Chicago NBC clip that the sign w/ the AJ quote misspelled "thieves" (I almost walked in the middle of the shot because she was kind of squatting down to film upwards at the sign)... other than that it was a nice-looking sign; there were a lot of them. But now I wonder if that's why NBC showed that one first. Good lesson for everyone to spell-check their protest materials.

San Francisco was beautiful

It was a beautiful day in San Francisco. Three friends and I from the Fresno C4L Meet-up drove the 180 miles to "The City" for today's march. There was maybe 100-150 noisy happy people there. As I walked along yelling "END THE FED" I became aware of a lady walking her small dog next to me being very friendly and commenting on the march. I turned and was suprised to see Cindy Shehan. She was very pleasant and did the whole 2 mile march with us. Beautiful weather. Lots of signs. a very loud throng of Paultoids getting the message of liberty out to the sheeple.

I was proud of my friends back home - they decided to just have
a mini protest downtown Bloomington - very well done video - that

Boston

Nice turn out, (about 100) especially considering the 40 knot wind put us in the single digits. We found out that signs wave automatically when the holder is shivering.

Video from Aaroninboston: http://www.youtube.com/wa...

Here is a note I sent to my fellow Beantown Patriots after the rally (special thanks to my fellow Paulites for giving me the inspiration to go out and make a difference!):

Hey Everyone,

Great to meet you all today at the rally. This is the first event of its kind that my wife and I have attended and it feels like we really accomplished something!

While driving home to NH, we heard 3 radio spots on WBZ regarding our event..... yeah! My wife sounded great (if I do say so myself).

I was so wound up about our progress today, that when the WBZ commentator starting asking callers why Hillary is Obama's pick for S.O.S., I just had to call in. I told him the theory about the DNC brokering a deal to offer her the S.O.S. spot to get her out of the primaries early........................

Then I explained to the BZ listeners that virtually all cabinet positions are picked from the roster of the Council on Foreign Relations. He said Obama will get us out of Iraq and I further explained that all policy decisions for either party come from the CFR and nothing will change unless the CFR wants it too.

I hope I'm not blowing my own horn too much. All these wins are wins for the team and I thought you all would want me to share them.

All our best,

Excellent!

You made some great points and some well earned progress!

Did you see Katherine Albrecht? She said on her show that she was going to brave the cold. You guys are troopers! We had at least 4-500 in L.A., but then again our weather is cake if you dare brave the chemtrail haze...

end the fed rally

Yup it sure was cold. That video sends shivers down my spine still. Heard it was 24 degrees and then add in the wind.
The whole revolution started in Boston. Will we be the place that exposes the fed the most or not is the question. The more people we get educated to this - the better.
As IRAs vanish and retirements vanish... at some point people are going to ask "what happened", "why am I in so much debt", "how can I ever replenish what I lost in the market with the higher taxes I am paying". It cannot be done. The middle aged people are about to freak out. And the youngest working people are starting to realize THEY are going to have to pay higher income taxes (for the debt), and higher social security taxes.
Someone handed me a cd today. In it there is a claim that half of our taxes are now servicing the national debt. Is that true??? If so this is another fact we want to get out there for everyone to know.
Thanks everyone for showing up today. It was great to see so many people that were dedicated enough to come to this rally. The Tea Party was a snow storm. Is the weather controlled??? Just kidding.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to the CD

That lecture took place in 1994, I would bet that by the time our taxes pay the perpetual interest on the national Debt, there is nothing left for anything else. The only purpose for the income tax is to pay the interest to the FED on the money it creates out of nothing. Before the FED there was NO Income Tax.

Great to see my friends again! See you all at the TEA PARTY!

DETROIT FED

About 5 Police Cars over 100 people. Very Cold!!! Cops had all these rules for us like, we needed to keep moving, then no crossing the street, and no one in the medan. It was tame. The CFL folks were great. Alot of chanting. Saw Guy Fawkes. One of the the feamale Detroit cops read my sign "End the Fed NO MOre Bailouts!" and she said "I AGREE"

Video coming!

For Freedom!

Denver

we had about 100-150 people, I couldn't count them accurately because lots of people intermingled on the 16th street mall... but we reached some folks. However lots of sheep going baaaaaaa...

great day, quite a few people were very interested! no incidents, gave away lots of DVDS and literature, had a real flute player patriot and a couple patriots on the bullhorn.... and the cops were smiling and chatting, but they had the human dog-catcher van parked on the corner just in case.

I went to the Dallas Rally

There was about 200 people there. I got to meet Alex Jones (got him to sign my sign) and Ron Paul's brother Wayne and his wife. Then we went to Dealey Plaza, you know, the grassy knoll where JFK was shot. On the way from parking to the area some guy started telling us that JFK was killed because of the CIA drug dealers, etc. etc. and he kept looking at my End the Fed sign. As the light changed and we crossed the street, he said "and we still need the a Federal government no matter what you say" He apparently thought we were protesting the Federal government not the Fed. LOL We made sure he got a copy of Fiat Empire on the way back. When I got home I saw the local CBS news covered the event but it was a real short clip. I found this on youtube:

http://www.youtube.com/wa...

http://www.youtube.com/wa...

Jacksonville, Florida

100-150, cops were pleasant.....good food, drink, and convos afterwards.

pictures forthcoming....... peace!

Atlanta

We had good weather and a great, enthusiastic turnout of about 200 or so at the 6th District FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF ATLANTA. I posted 86 photos at: www.myspace.com/roberttaf...

Now it really is past high time to END THE FED!!!

Good turnout at our

Good turnout at our Minneapolis rally too. 100 or so people, maybe more.

I tried to find you

I went too and it was a nice gathering. The wind was chilly, but the warmth of the rally was great :-) In our neck of the woods up here, our branch is located on the north end of the city core, so we did'nt get a whole lot of foot traffic. Car traffic is decent and got lots of honks and a few thumbs down. Overall, it was a nice time.

Report -Charlotte NC End the Fed!

Hey!

We had about 80 people show up on a very cold day! There were so many great signs and I also had a Gadsen Flag! Flyers, dvds, Restore the Republic magazines and brochures were being handed out.

We spread out on 3 corners of an intersection in front of but across the street from the Fed Bldg! There was even a white limo one supporter hired with End the Fed on the doors!!

Sorry, I have no you tube ...but do have some photos I will put up later! There were others video taping the event so I am sure we will see a clip of it soon!

The best thing was to meet so many like minded patriots and I even got to meet a couple Daily Paulers ...live and in person!!

Quite a few people honked thier horns and gave thumbs up and took the info! Can't wait to see how the other cities turned out!!

End the Fed!!!

Good turnout in Chicago

An NBC camerawoman was at the Fed building when we got there -- not sure if it will be on the 5 pm news. Maybe a couple hundred people or so, though I'm not good at crowd estimates. Passed out most of my lit. others passed out fliers and DVDs... Good time.

Buffalo, New York reporting on our End the Fed rally

Hi all,

We had a good turn out in Buffalo, New York. I believe two people came from Syracuse and a big group from Rochester and Buffalo. We had one media station film and interview at Niagara Square in front of City Hall.

At our next location on busy Elmwood St., we covered the four corners with two higher end mega phones, handouts, videos, and numerous signs. We had many beeps, thumbs up, people who were interested in learning and some who yelled from their cars that the Fed IS part of our government.

This is a overcast, bitter cold day with temperatures from the teens into the twenties with a brisk wind. We stayed out from 10 am to 3 pm. We had fun and hopefully will be out again in a couple of weeks. Thank you to all the die-hard Patriots who showed and educated.

C4L,
Tony M

Sounds like you did a great job!

Thanks to all of you for braving the cold. Hope it's on the news.

End the Fed event mentioned on CSpan now

An intelligent older sounding lady caller is talking with host Paul now on the JFK attempt to restore sound money and the event today, how it's just fake bank ledgers. Yea, another nice plug for our event. Having my coffee and will be heading out to Miami branch soon. It's located next to the Doral Golf & Country Club off of 41st ST if anyone lives in South Florida.

Best wishes to all my fellow protesters today.

Thanks for the info.

Just wanted to encourage and thank all of the DPr's as I didn't make it to any of the End the Fed rallies.. I was there in spirit. :)
I remember how exciting Minneapolis was at the C4L.
Highlight of my year..

Digg

I can hardly wait to be around some intelligent ...

people who give a da^^n! I've invited several people to go tomorrow. I'm excited!

I feel like I'm selling out.

I'm actually going to a college football game instead of driving 3 hours to Nashville to help protest..

I was invited to the game by my mother who got free tickets and was really excited and immediately asked me.. My dad is dead and it wasn't Iike I was going to say no cause she didn't have anyone else to go with...

Wake some people up tomorrow.. I'll be telling everyone I meet at the game about this.

Hope you enjoyed yourself....

Even Patriots need some R&R once in awhile. I know I am burnt out...but I can't seem to stay away from the best Patriot site on the internet (thanks Michael) We should all add Michael and the DP to our holiday gift list, hour for hour we sure get our money's worth.

ovural, Hope your team won. :)

Suggestion

I would like to suggest for those of us who can not go to the ralley...contact the tv..news papers...radio...and fax..call..email..asking them are they covering it? Will they be there? Why arent we hearing it on the news...yada yada yada

Freedom is another way to God...A corrupt government is a straight way to hell.
