Why isn't Chuck Baldwin on my ballot?!?!?!?

Maybe some Pennsylvanians can help me out here. According to the Constitution Party's ballot access website, Baldwin's ballot status here in PA is listed as "In Court". Does this mean I can write him in or not?

Good job, by the way. They can do it, it just has to be a write-in. That's ok.

I will also be bringing my camera and taking a photo of my completed ballot to have proof of who I voted for. (If they don't allow my camera I'll use my cell phone) Maybe if all of us did that we could contest the count when they try to cheat us? Just a thought.

I live in California too and I'm going to write in Baldwin, the vote should be counted considering it is formally acknowledged.

i really think that write ins wont be counted, dr. paul said not to write him in because they dont really pay attention to that, i want to write in dr.paul, but i know they wont really count it, so maybe if we at least vote for a 3rd party it will get noticed.....what are your guys opinions...i have nader and barr...but i am leaning nader

in all states except two OK and NC. Most states are write in.

im also in california, i dont have baldwiin either, but i do have barr and nader, and from what i have seen i think i will vote for nader, him and dr. paul sat down together and they are on the same page for the most part, i think if you live in california you should go for nader, just my opinion...

Now, we have the irony of Alan Keyes running on the ballot of a party originally created for white supremecist George Wallace and Chuck Baldwin stuck as a write-in candidate in the the most populous state.
