Honestly, SIERRA.
I never doubted the premise. I have some very well connected friends and I pay for my information rather than rely on public forums.
With that said, I am very sad that the time has now arrived. Many of our families are about to have the rugs pulled out from under them. My goal was never to get rich but to save my family if I could.
I would much prefer to have a metal-backed currency and a stable economy and society. Too much of my life has gone into educating myself and preparing for this depression -- I could have been living, loving, and laughing instead.

As an aside...
Tuesday’s WSJ reports, "In an unusual statement issued Monday, the President's Working Group on Financial Markets [PPT], noting that 'conditions in the U.S. and global financial markets remain extremely strained,' said Treasury could "directly strengthen the balance sheet of individual institutions."
The PPT coming out of its cave. How nice.
