You may remember this speech from June 26, 2008.
A friend of mine sent me this article from Truthout: In Reversal, Democrats Shelve Iran Resolution
The article says, "The game-changer occurred when lawmakers realized that the resolution would lead to a naval blockade and war." I don't think they came to that realization on their own. We can all thank Ron Paul for that. He was all over H.Con Res 362 before it was even introduced, as we hear in the above video.
Once again, Dr. Paul was way out ahead of the rest of Congress, and the rest of us, sounding the warning. What more can I say, but what we have all said a thousand times?

I remember that day very well
don't want to say much but with that speech Ron quite possibly stopped an atack on Iran.

H.R. 7112, the "Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability and Divestment Act of 2008" that was passed on September 26, 2008?
Was he for or against this sanction? And what exactly does it do?

A prophet in his own land?
Maybe Ron Paul will be the first prophet honored in his own land? It seems perverse that there are so many still rubbishing his statements, let alone those who are still trying to claim that there is no real crisis. They seem to think that "adjustments" will do.

"Wipe israel off the map" was mistranslated Ahmadinejad was advocating regime change.
