Girl Texts Boy Her Naked Photo, Boy Gets Arrested, Held in Juvenile Detention

A 13-year-old boy was arrested and held in juvenile detention overnight because a female classmate sent him (and other boys) a naked picture of herself. The best line of the story--"So far only the 13-year-old boy has been arrested."

Beyond the prudery and overreaction, the most outrageous thing about the story is that this boy and only this boy is being punished for something only the girl did. She sent the photo, he gets punished.

This (female) Misfit says....PUNISH THE GIRL NOT THE BOYS
I hope the boys parents sue the girl and she gets the ass beating she deserves!!!

Freedom is another way to God...A corrupt government is a straight way to hell.

if a boy sent a girl a nude picture...he would be a pervert

and locked up and the key thrown away. if a girl does it..."poor girl, how horrible for her. what's wrong with that?..."...the girl is just as perverted to even entertain the notion...let alone, send the picture...

what hypocrisy...

Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

This is definitely an odd

This is definitely an odd situation.

The girl is the one who took the photo and sent the photo, but anyone who received it might be or is being charged?

They released the name of the boy, but would not release the girl's name? Even though she was being charged with a crime as well?

The girl is being charged, or possibly being charged, as a sex offender - for offending herself?

It was only a matter of time before something like this happened.

Girl arrested for exploiting herself and other lunacies.
by CLS

In Newark, Ohio a 15-year-old girl has been arrested by police on charges of child pornography. Both the girl and her victim have not been identified but they are one in same person. Yes, police arrested the girl for sexually exploiting herself because she took a nude photograph of herself.

She has been charged with the “illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and possession of criminal tools.” I assume the tool was the phone camera used to take the photo. The girl could be imprisoned and forced to register as a sex offender. If she is forced to register the on-line listings will simply show that she had produced child pornography leading public readers to assume she had sexually exploited young children. Since being listed on these registries have lead to the murder of various individuals this arrest could eventually put the girl’s life at risk. All because she took a nude photo of herself.

Prosecutors are not finished by any means. The girl in question sent the photo to the phone of a few friends and prosecutors are now considering arresting the other teens for receiving “child pornography”.

Meanwhile the sex hysteria in the UK continues. The school governors of Rokesly Junior School are attempting to prevent nine homes from being built near the school. They argue that the homes will have balconies from which the school playground can be viewed. And therefore the children are at risk from child pornographers.

I quote the insane chairman of the school governors, Nigel Leskin:

We’ve all read of cases where there have been examples of parents, families, fathers who are involved with child pornography regardless of whether they have got their own children or not. It’s not acceptable. In particular these days where you’ve got increased zoom lenses on mobile phones that people can take pictures.

Sure Mr. Leskin has some sort of brain lesion or mental deficiency. Let us assume that some child pornographer actually did move into one of the houses. Let us also assume he owned a zoom lens. But how precisely would his taken photos from his balcony create child pornography? The only explanation I can find is if the school has their children running around the playground naked. If that is the case then Mr. Leskin should be answering a few questions.

The obvious absurdity in this is that he equates being able to see a playground with encouraging child pornography. So apparently he thinks all children playing in public are a risk. I presume children should be forced to play behind high walls but with Google satellite photos that could still present a problem. So perhaps they should be play in the dark or be all forced to wear burkas.

The risk posed to children in this case is so minimal as to be almost non-existent. And if some “child pornographer” wanted to look at children he could do so from a public sidewalk. The idea of banning houses from being built on this pretext is daft. Either Mr. Leskin has other reasons for wanting to prevent the building, and is using this as a false pretext, or the man is totally bonkers. His risk assessment is so faulty that it would justify wearing a helmet to protect one from falling space debris.

One of the great problems with panic-induced policy-making is that is foists stupid solutions on the public. Often it does so by imposing policies that either do no good whatsoever, or inflict harm far in excess of any good they may do. The environmental movement loves panic-induced policies because they are keen on proposing lots of bad solutions But this is true for many issues, the panic induced financial bailout that Bush rushed into law is another recent example. We could argue that the drug laws, the Patriot Act, the Iraq war, sex offender registration laws, and a host of other measures are all examples of the sort of bad legislation that comes out fear politics. This is precisely why authoritarians on the Left and the Right love to promote fear campaigns. A panicky populice will sign away precious freedoms without giving it much thought. And what the Left and the Right have in common is they don't want people to think -- just react.

Feminism destroying America

By Chuck Baldwin

When one searches to find the causes for America's rapid deterioration, there is no shortage of suspects. However, my thirty-plus years experience as a pastor, counselor, and researcher has convinced me that there is no greater threat to America's future survival than the overall negative effect that modern-day feminism has had, and is having, upon our homes and churches.

In just over three decades, the feminist movement has completely uprooted and rewritten the norm for American family life. No longer are women seen as nurturers and helpmeets. The push for "equality" has done much more than move America's women from the kitchen to the boardroom; it has moved them from under the arm and next to the side of their husbands to, in many cases, a place of independence from, and lordship over, them.

Wives and mothers today seem to take pride in their ability to "control" their husbands. At the same time, however, they seem to be oblivious to the fact that they have absolutely no control over their children. But neither will they allow their husbands (or anyone else) to discipline their children. As a result, today's kids are growing up mostly undisciplined, unrestrained, and uncontrollable.

Ask any teacher, Sunday School teacher, coach, or youth worker, and they will tell you the same thing: today's children are out of control! Many people have far more control over their pets than they do their own children.

Sadder still is the fact that the only answer anyone seems inclined to proffer is to put these kids on behavior modification drugs, which, as almost anyone knows, only exacerbates the problem. The problem with most children is not an inability to sit still and learn; it is the inability of parents to make their children sit still and learn. When it comes to making children mind, many parents today seem to be absolutely and totally helpless. I have never seen anything like it.

Please don't misunderstand me. I am not one who believes that all of our marital and family problems are due to women working outside the home. I don't believe that at all. However, I do believe that any couple that places their personal careers or ambitions above their primary responsibility to raise respectable, honest, obedient children is not only failing their children; they are failing our country.

Selfish, materialistic, egocentric children do not make good citizens. They don't make good employees, good policemen, good teachers, good judges, good pastors, good congressmen, good physicians, or good role models. In fact, they don't make good anythings.

Ever since our politically correct society decided that America's fathers and husbands were no longer qualified to be the heads of their families, our society has fallen into chaos. America's dads are reduced to being the butt end of every comedian's joke, the fall guy in every sitcom, and the stupid buffoon in every television commercial.

However, it does not matter what Gloria Steinem and her feminist friends think about it, there is an established natural order for healthy, productive family life. Man has a natural headship responsibility to both his family and his community. When men surrender this responsibility, or when women wrestle it away from them, the entire family and social structures collapse. And that is exactly what is currently happening.

I have a different take -

"Selfish, materialistic, egocentric children do not make good citizens. They don't make good employees, good policemen, good teachers, good judges, good pastors, good congressmen, good physicians, or good role models. In fact, they don't make good anythings."

This sounds like members of congress, (except Dr. Paul, of course), government, business leaders and bankers. I don't think many of these people were raised by women's libbers. But they're still selfish, egocentric, aren't good citizens, and certainly not good role models.

No. Chuck is just a Christian extremist hung up on mommy issues

He's still degrading women.

It's the freaking 21st century...helloooo, McFly!

This is but one of several Christian extremist views this moron has. And for Ron Paul to endorse him really lowers Ron Paul in my eyes. I hope to hell he's not a Christian extremist too.

what changed in the 21st Century?

really what changed? the only thing i see that changed is people want to act like animals.

A hypothetical question

At the risk of throwing fuel onto the fire...

I can't help but wonder: had this incident been a boy sending naked pics of himself to another boy (or girl sending to girl), would there have been the same likelihood of charges and/or arrests?

Makes no difference to me who's sending what to whom, but, I somehow suspect that, had this been a homoerotic issue, it would have been ignored; or, if not ignored at first, then gay / lesbian groups would have immediately come to the aid of the persons involved, and all charges would have been summarily dropped, in view of the perceived danger of possibly violating gay rights.

Anyone else suspect that might be the case, if the situation had involved teens of the same sex?

A hypothetical ponderance based upon what I've seen in certain collectivist thinking. "Some animals are more equal than others." -- Animal Farm

The men/boys are part of this too

I am a woman in her late 30's, divorced and back in the dating world, and I am shocked at the gall of some men who will pretend to treat you respectfully but then will get way too familiar too quickly and ask if you have any sexy pictures to send them! No one, including my ex husband will ever get a naked or semi naked picture of me. I don't ask for naked pics of them! You guys can just keep your memories of intimate moments and be grateful for that! Stop Asking!!!! Didn't your parents raise you better than that, gosh!

Of course I don't mean you DP's, I know you wouldn't do that! But if the shoe fits, wear it!

I can agree with your statement.

and I think the whole episode is complete rubbish. Delete the pictures and let the parents handle it...Oh no my kid saw two boobs!

So basically someone can get a bad, as in illegal, picture on someones phone and then use their phone to send it to everyone you want to set up, and then call the police?

It's bad enough having to pay for crap that you don't ask for, much less go to jail for something you had nothing to do with.

Okeedokee.

--Cliff, Sioux City, Iowa

If it weren't for boys liking to look at naked girls, she

would never have done it. its all his fault. its good for boys to learn that no matter what a woman does, it's their fault. teaches them about marriage.

I would disagree with you..

if I could. But that wife is history, and I still have court dates with her because she can't figure out that the judges orders overrides what she wants. No matter what is said, or ordered, she isstill right and does thing the way she wants to. I stayed single for thirteen years after divorcing, and now I have the most wonderful wife a man could ask for.

I think I know where you are coming from Mike

but it is still wrong. I hope this girl will be taught a few lessons she is not ever to forget.

I know it's wrong. I was just kidding.

The moral fabric of our society is becoming unweaved. It really is her fault for deciding to do this. I guarantee if a bunch of girls got a picture of some boy, none of them would be in jail, and the poor boy would probaly face multiple charges.

Interestingly, Margaret Meade, an early NWO architect, once said, "The hardset question any culture must answer is, what to do with the men."

Locking them up and sending them to war are answers I guess.

I hate this crap!! I know

I hate this crap!! I know something like this that happened in Colorado. TO MUCH LEGISLATION around sex crimes...and issues. They are WAY arresting the wrong people.

ERRGG

A boy gets a girl pregnant. He gets arrested because they can't have sex before the age of 15 in Colorado..

I hate this stuff. People pay attention..it is all over the place.

It is preparing him for marraige to an american woman...

They start the fight...

They get violent...assault man..

Man tries to get away...

Cops are called...

Man goes to jail for assault and has permenant record...

Man loses house, car, and pays the rest of his life.

Woman takes 1/2 of mans belongings and moves to next victim..

This is the American Justice System....

It thinks womens vagina's are lined with Gold or something...

"We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light." - Plato

Hey this is ridiculous

but how did what some little girl did become a tirade on women? Geeze

in some places, including Oklahoma

the justice system seems a little slanted. I've been there, been viciously attacked by my ex wife, where she hit me numerous times WITH WITNESSES, and because she had a red spot on her arm from me holding her away from me, I went to court and paid fines. It is hard to not become jaded towards decisions like this when they are so abundant.

It's not a tyrade on women, but it is a serious issue with our "justice" system.

I don't see the need for anyone to be apprehended over a picture of some boobs...especially when the girl sent them. Let her parents "splain" to her what the problem is.....I bet they weren't exactly proud.

And to think

people don't seem to understand when I tell them technology is evil. My rounds on this great internet have numbered days. I am here to help my country, my fellow paulies, and educate fellow Americans when and if I can. When that is done, and the voting this year is over, so is my, and my family's, dance with the latest technologies.

I eliminated our cell phones about a year ago just because of the ever so minute risk of stupidities just like these happening to us or our son. Our boy hasn't yet, and will not sport a cell phone, as all his friends do. Even our new dog will have his unactivated microchip removed. Incidents like the stupidity in this news story cannot happen if you eliminate the source that allows them to happen. The deeper into technology you go, the more likely you will become a victim of some incompetently written law, voted in and signed for by some personally benefitting politician, that thought nothing of what it may do to the average Joe if it were to be abused as a law. That is,... if he even actually realized that it was wide open for authoritative abuse to begin with. It is likely that most politicians never even read and understand all the pages of what they just voted for. Would you study 500 pages of legal BS? I wouldn't. I would just vote against it until they quit playing games and presented it as short, sweet, and to the point.

Technology is a kool thing, but I am quite confident I can live without it. I did before it was here.

Men and boys have become the

Men and boys have become the scapegoats for this type of thing. The default stance is that males are always guilty or responsible for the behavior, no matter how backward the logic maybe.

Think back over these past 5 years of the women teachers who have been caught having sex with their students. The media wore kid gloves with each instance. The reporting was almost always quiet in tone and the speech of the pieces was normally somber. If a man, of say 46, had had sex with a 15 year old girl, you can guess the tone would have been boisterous and irate (the way someone should act in all of these cases).

This type of story is yet another example of the society that has developed around us. Women are always the victims and men are always the villains, so much so that even "officials" can't seem to get it right anymore. Up is down and down is up. To me it's a consequence of an egotistical populace gone mad, glorifying beauty and exalting "sex power". That power being that women retain all the power. Almost all commercials today frame the man as a complete idiot and the woman as the savior or the "teacher" to the man, whether it's hooking up a DVD player, buying phone service or shopping for food, the woman always knows best is in the right or has to "correct" the behavior of the man.

The funny, if you will, has wore thin...

Exactly

good observations.

thats just the way it is

Women are the stronger sex. The are more emotionally sound. Have a grip on the future. Can think beyond the now and work for tomorrow. They handle stress much better then men do. They are not prone to addiction's of any kind. They are thee most powerful sex.....According to the MSM.

I have seen differently in my walks of life. Hey I'm just a guy who can figure out how to eat right. A woman gets sex's at any moment she deems her liking. Just open those legs and Valhalla. No work at all. I find that weak sauce. Thats how those poor kids get to nail teachers because it is that easy. Those strong women whom seem to never get a real man in their life strike out for the young and defenseless. Then the media covers for them saying "well she had a rough time growing up" or "she never grew up therefore its not her fault". Good o'le media.

???

"A woman gets sex's at any moment she deems her liking."

She must not be married.

All the more reason I am glad I don't have a

dang cell phone. I hate those things. No REALLY. Most people have absolutely no manners using them, no etiquette, nada.

If they convict this poor kid, then some little girl should text a naked picture of herself to every public official involved, and everyone who advocated the boy's arrest and conviction. Then she, or others, should do the same to the Federal Reserve, most of Congress, the entire Executive Branch, the Builderberg group, the CFR, and the Trilateral Commission. Did I leave anyone out? Throw all those MF's in jail, every last one of them.

There's a good use for those FEMA camps for you.

As a side note, how will they convict him? How will they prove the picture? Did they print it out? Make copies off his phone? Seize his phone? If the government is in possession of a picture of a naked child, does everyone who works for the government who 'holds' it go to prison for possession?
