It's just not as HONEST as Las Vegas.

Looks like PPT and other managed to achieve a nearly "flat" day (albeit a pretty volitile one.)
Wonder what the weekend shenanigans in the Beltway will cause the market to do on Monday.
(You know they won't be able to resist having some secret "cunning planning" meetings and screwball ideas for the weekend press releases ... although what is still left for them to screw up I cannot imagine... I guess Obama put out some wacko socialistic idea about "bailouts for small businesses" or some other such BS, so maybe they can collude on that.)

I think there is too much attention paid to the stock market.
Buy, sell and invest locally.
There is a better way, every body just needs to take all their money out of the bank, stock market and government T-bills. Then go buy food, supplies, silver and gold. Use the silver and gold to start local businesses and trade. Invest in your local communities and don't lend money to anyone unless you know where they live and can look them in the eye. This is the way it was done when the Constitution was written.
