OK, I'm a Christian...and I have to say...
STOP DEMONIZING ISLAM! ISLAM IS NOT TO BLAME FOR THE TERRORISM IN THE WORLD!! EVIL PEOPLE ARE TO BLAME FOR TERRORISM!
So the doll says "Islam is the light"...BIG DEAL!!! What really offends me the most is that if the doll cooed something like "Jesus is the Light" it'd have been pulled from the shelves faster than lead tainted baby toys from China.
People, Islam is not our problem. Our collective apathy and lack of involvement in our government from the local level on up is our problem.

I know more dangerous Christians than any other religions combined. The post was to show the magnitude of fear, hate and stupidity. I suppose I should of elborated by telling people what to think here.
But, I always try to leave it up to the person viewing or reading to come to their own conclusions.

We used to have four time zones
but people decided to consolidate for purposes of commerce.
It used to be that western mainland Alaska was 6 hours behind the east coast. Now it is just 4. There used to be a total of four time zones in Alaska, now there are two: Alaska time (99.99999999% of the state's landmass) and Hawaii-Aleutian Time, which encompasses the very tail end of the Aleutian chain and only a few hundred inhabitants (plus some other rinky-dink state whose name I forget).
Now, if you want more opinion, ask me what I think of stinkin' Daylight time, which is completely unnecessary here....but I digress.
Oh yeah, while I'm at it:

In the summer here, daylight time puts solar noon at anywhere from 2 to 4pm, depending where in the state one is. Solar noon at 4pm just screws up our body's internal clock. Having combined the time zones (so that our one major time zone spans the same width as three time zones in the lower 48) was bad enough. Daylight time on top of that is just stoooopid.
