Foreign troops on US soil

I am sure most here have read an article or visited a website that tells of foreign troops already here in the US manning those FEMA camps. Now I am not saying those reports are true or false, I just don't know.

I would like to know from people here if anyone has actually seen with their own two eyes troops here in this country.

If you have, please state where and when.
