Phil J. Berg has started a law suit, Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083. Which is against Sen Obama, the DNC and FEC, which states that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be president of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Also Sen Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “vault” (original long version) birth certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.
"Furthermore, and actually more important is Obama’s certificate of citizenship that he received when he returned from Indonesia, as if it exists it would indicate that Obama was “naturalized” and also not able to be president."

How is it irrelevant? The law is that only natural born citizens can be POTUS. A candidate cannot simply ignore this law. If Obama does not qualify, then he cannot be POTUS.

Berg is a publicity hound.
Determination of citizenship is made by the State Department, they are also the ones who issue Passports. In order to get a passport you are required to send in a birth certificate. Obama has a passport. There is also a copy of his birth certificate posted on his website and even O'Reilly had a copy sent to him from the State of Hawaii.
A charge like this is nothing more than a smear. Can you prove that YOU aren't really a secret Muslim? No, because you can't prove a negative. That is how these things work and why this one won't go away. I don't like Obama's policies but falling for these stupid tricks and misinformation campaigns is something we should know better than to do and certainly we shouldn't spread them.

I printed the articles of world net daily and gave them to my boss who was voting Obama, he hasn't fully changed his mind, but he opening his eyes.
