Congress's Secret March Session: What does Ron Paul Say happened?

The Michael Herzog video from Republic broadcast network claims:

March 13th there was a secret closed door meeting in congress. Concerned members of congress leaked this information to independent news agencies.

1. The eminent collapse of the united states economy to occur sometime in late 2008
2. The eminent collapse of the United States Government finances sometime around mid 2009
3. The possibility of civil war inside the united states as a result of the collapse.
4. The advance roundups of insurgent us citizens that are likely to move against the US government.
5. The detention of those rounded up in the rex84 camps constructed throughout the united states
6. The possibility of public retaliation of against members of congress for the collapses
7. The location of safe facilities for members of congress and their families to reside during this massive civil unrest.
8. The necessary and unavoidable merger of the united states with canada with mexico establishing the North American Union.
9. The issuance of a new currency called the amero as an economic solution

Congress meeting in secret is a perfect opportunity for someone to falsify a leak about what went on in the meeting because all attending members are sworn to secrecy. However, the compelling thing about this possible leak is that it was broadcast on July 7th 2008 long before the banks in america started collapsing and yet they were talking about the eminent collapse of the economy in late 2008.

You know, After watching a Republican President race off to put taxpayers on the hook for debt we did not create, to socialize our banking system.....it just too close for comfort.

What was I thinking! Naw..."our" Congress would not do anything like that. Naw... A "New Bill of Rights".... gee what was I thinking. Whew!

I'm pretty certain it was about FISA. The reason it was classified was because the Bush administration was sharing with members of congress specific things they were doing with the FISA program. One of the complaints of congress was the administration couldn't point to any "sucessess."
