Supporting The Income Tax
A question comes to mind, why do people vote for the Income Tax. It occurs to me that many of the 45% who support the income tax, depend on the income tax for their jobs. People working in government, law enforcement, contractors all depend on the Income Tax for their jobs, so of course they vote for it. They should not be allowed to vote on this issue due to the obvious conflict of interest. The Income Tax should be eliminated at the Federal level, as well as state levels. Sure, it will hamstring government, but present government needs to be hamstrung. Management of the many, administration of the few.

They are servants of the system and they don't even see it as (il)legal plunder. They serve the system along with all the brainwashed socialists that the education system churns out every year.

No tax in MA
No one with a brain will vote to continue this tax. The state is already a couple billion in debt. Its obvious they cant manage money so why should I give them any of mine? Why should I be forced into feeding the welfare state that continues to breed apathy and underachievement while it punishes success?
They need to learn to live within their means as all of us have.
Maybe a little fiscal dieting will bring them back to sanity.

As a former CT resident last time this was on the ballot in massachucets (when Romney ran for Gov) this one was narrowly defeated. Let's start a trend with states repealing their income tax. Taxachucets you are first up.
