Senator Saxby Chambliss (GA) and GOP goons drown out any questions about bailout at campaign stop

About 20 of us went to the Cherokee County (Northwest Atlanta suburbs) GOP HQ on Saturday morning to confront Saxby Chambliss on the bailout. Half of us stayed outside with signs and greeted his bus, while the rest of us went inside to hear his speech. We were about half of the crowd! When Chambliss finished up his speech, it was clear that there would be zero opportunity for questions. See what happened next! I'm the woman with my back to the camera, shouting, "Answer the question!"

I was furious. I let the two aides, a man and a woman, have it afterwards. I told them how arrogant Chambliss is, responding to letters with statements implying, "Thanks for your opinion, but this is how it's gonna be." And, even though he heard from so many constituents about the bailout, he thinks that he knows more than they do. I booed Chambliss as he sprinted to his bus and hid inside. Some GOPer tried to drown me out then, also!
