If Obama was born in Kenya, or if he was adopted and became an Indonesian citizen.

If McCain was born in Panama off the base, say in a hospital in Panama proper, and if the law declaring persons in his situation to be natural-born Americans wasn't passed until a year after he was born, which I have heard claimed.

then maybe this election is about nullifying the Constitutional requirement that the President be a natural-born citizen. When the smoke clears, and inauguration is a fait accompli, then we'll be told that because of precedent that part of the Constitution no longer applies.

Next thing you know we'll have a president from Canada or Mexico, and be on our way to becoming CanAmeraMex.

How's that for a conspiracy theory?

for Obama to tie, that his stonewalling is understandable. Once he forged one document, he'd have to keep on going. Berg has documentation of when he went to Pakistan traveling on an INDONESIAN passport. In fact, at that time, Pakistan was closed to Americans. Now, if he was an Indonesian in 1981, how does he magically transform to American citizen in 2008? Also, his academic records are being withheld, for some reason. There must be something in them that will shed light on this.

That's it in a nutshell. The government will not answer to it's citizens. Bright enough? Who give a rats ass about the fact he won't produce the documents; he's not a citizen, he's lying his ass off, or any of the rest of it? The judge in the Berg case came right out and said it in his ruling that agreed with obama's lawyers...

The most frightening thing about that entire article is this quote.

This is the very foundation of our government, the very thing that is supposed to limit what they can and can not do, and a federal judge says we have no standing to enforce it, and none of you care?

Nader should file suit that Obama's fraudulent candidacy has materially injured his run for President.

Why shouldn't we DEMAND full disclosure from our elected representatives and those who seek public office? The onus should be on those who seek public office to prove their eligibility and qualifications. But not here in the United States of Oceania.

Should not electoral decisions be made by informed voters?

If people are uninformed they become more susceptible to manipulation, covert persuasion, and repetitive bombardment that turn political elections into popularity contests. Or, they become so entrenched in their subcultures that they cannot think critically.

I say that we should have a test to vote, just like we have a test for citizenship, which by the way, many natural born Americans could not pass!!!

If you are not informed about the most significant issues, you can't vote...period.

Well, it is an issue - but it's not getting picked up by the mainstream. The issue does have legs, though, and seems to be picking up pace. I just don't know if it will be soon enough before the election.
