Ron Paul is the person of the year. May his lessons in Constitutional Government, God given Liberties, and Limited Government find their way to the "Sleeping American Masses". When the GOP goes down in a fiery inferno this election cycle, may those lessons be remembered, and let a new Constitutional Republican Party rise from the ashes. May we learn that a Council on Foreign Relations candidate is the same whether Republicrat or Democan. May the NWO fail miserably, and may the people rise up.

Does anyone know
the criteria by which Times decides who is Person of the year.
Is anyone NOT connected to Times keeping track of the responses and how many votes have been cast for which person?
My logic tells me that it is the most votes but for some reason I suspect that Times might say that Ron Paul supporters once again are messing with the youtube request..lol.
Going by the responses it has to be Ron Paul, and if anyone deserves it, it would be this gentle incredible human being.
Just added another vote for Dr. Paul!
It would be so cool if he won it. But if Obama wins the Presidency today, he is a shoe-in for person of the year.

The reason
Ron Paul is not doing better is because many youtubers that support RP don't even know about it.
This video was placed in a predominately Obama space. You can tell by the related videos to the right.

The comments under the video indicate Ron Paul IS doing better than McCain. That other site I posted yesterday is just a poll.
SoBe, have you found another way to see who's ahead? I assume it ends at midnight (I don't know what time zone). Today is supposed to be the last day. I've noticed many people are posting over and over again, under Paul and Obama. Probably not a good thing, but maybe they aren't actually counting, but rather want an indicator. Who knows.

The other site I mentioned yesterday with the %'s is just a poll, and it may not be right, unless this was decided in advance. Paul is getting a lot more comments. And please notice my comment above this about Comedy Central-just watch the Paul video-no sign in. We can do that easy. It end tomorrow, I think.

I just noticed that on the Time Magazine site, some of the new posts for Ron Paul are saying (off to the right) "not predicted". I assume people are supposed to be clicking the "predict" button, and not the "post" button. I don't know what they are doing, but the time runs out tomorrow. Oh well.

I voted for Ron Paul for
I voted for Ron Paul for Times's Person of the Year. While desirable but not absolutely necessary, the C4L does not need the MSM to get Ron Paul's message out -- the Internet is where its at today. The implosion of the Republican Party this election cycle will provide a once in a lifetime opportunity to return the Party back to its roots of limited government, non-interference in the affairs of other nations, sound monetary policy, and individual freedom.
The current financial crisis will culminate in the perfect economic storm in the near future when the majority of baby boomers reach retirement age -- if hyperinflation does not do us in first. They will have virtually no retirement income due to losses in their retirement funds and very little, or no Social Security benefits. When that happens I predict the MSM will be begging Ron Paul to appear on their shows. No doubt they will be looking for someone to blame. Ron Paul, wearing his white stetson, mounted on his white stallion, will ride to the rescue. Ron Paul is my Person of the Year.

I am tired
Tired of trying to beat them at their game using their rules. If he does not get the cover and title the CFL should come out with a magazine with him on the cover to sell. Our own magazine of the people, by the people and for the people. This would be to fund a campaign in 2012. We need to stop funding these icons of Government propaganda and misinformation and start our own.
