Hello Fellow Brothers!

My name is Ken and I have just signed up as a new member for the Daily Paul. Being the "new guy", I want to send out a big 'HELLO' to everyone that I have not had the pleasure of speaking with yet.
I feel bad that I haven't signed up until now, but I have been a hard-core Ron Paul supporter in this last, eye-opening year and a half. I come from Michigan and my entire family has fought for Ron in every way that we could. From passing out fliers, to bumper stickers, to yard signs, to meet-up groups, to driving 10 hours to his rally in Philadelphia. But of course I still feel like I haven't done enough, hence the reason I'm signing up for the Campaign for Liberty.
Ron Paul has really simplified the way I see politics, and more importantly, what direction we need to go in to get there. I'm ashamed to say it, but during this last primary, I voted for the first time in my life, and I've never been so proud!
Since then I have developed a voracious appetite for anything political. And with all I've read, watched and learned, I truly believe we are on the precipice of something horrible folks. I don't know exactly what that something is, but nonetheless, coming sooner or later.
I've read the Daily Paul forum on survival and stocking up food. I must admit, that I myself, despite lack of high income, have been stocking up on silver, food and of course, firearms and ammo. As cliche as it may come across; if I can do it with my limited-income, you can do it to, so get on it!
Well, this has been long enough, so I'll stop by saying that no matter what challenges we may come across in the future, even though I don't know any of you, I am proud to stand next to you as a fellow Ron Paul supporter in these times of uncertainty. Hope to learn a lot from you all and hope to interact with everyone very soon.

Don't be afraid to make an a$$ of yourself here. you regarding DP'ers; we are not all brothers - some of us are sisters! Ha! I actually went to high school at Bedford in Temperence, Mich. That was many moons ago, though. Look forward to reading your thoughts. Freedom is popular!

Welcome aboard! It's great to meet you. I am not from Michigan but have had dealings with people in Michigan. The state and county governments there are very oppressive and scarey. I hope you are also getting involved at the local level to start cleaning things up!
