love how they got some of the WORST

foods possible on the planet to be your next meal after voting....

yeah......go fucking choke down some liquid death and feel good about how far we shoved it up your ass this election season.

you get your's.......

death.......it's on the house.

28 years ago I began working as an

election judge, and have been at it ever since. Yesterday's election was by no means the most voters I have ever processed, or the highest percentage of registered voters in any precinct I worked in three states. It was only a slightly higher than average presidential general election turnout from what I have experienced, however the number of election day registrations was over twice the norm.

The voting took place on a state university campus, so swarms of clueless (and pierced, tattooed, and grubby) students came out to register and vote for their professors' favorite Marxist. I wish my state had a voter registration cut-off that was 30 days in advance of an election so that only the genuinely interested and informed could vote.

After the polls closed, and I had to handle the ballots, I was appalled to find a huge, huge majority of Obama votes. I have never seen the like.

The first election I worked was when Reagan won in 1980. At that time it was fun to be part of the process, but the fun is long gone, and is replaced with loathing and disgust. Handling Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, and Obama wins has gotten to be more than I can stand. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself.

A vote for the Constitution Party in Philadelphia

and predominantly Libertarian for local offices
btw little difference in attendance from previous elections

OBAMA HAS WON! Now all of

OBAMA HAS WON!
Now all of our monetary problems will be solved, right? Right?...
:(

Well

I voted for Chuck. My parents decided to cave in at the last minute and vote for McCain... my dad never donated to him or the RNC, but he did donate to Ron Paul in one of the money bombs.

When possible, I voted for people who weren't incumbents.

Acording to ABC, Obama is raping McCain based off of 30% of precincts. lol we are screwed.

Success!

I voted for Baldwin as planned. My wife, whom I love dearly, the old president of her college Republican club, my wife who voted for Bush not once but twice, who supported Huckabee throughout the primary, finally dealt with her conscience and typed in a write-in vote for RON PAUL! After putting up with my rants, proetst marches, sign wavings, meetups and watching videos - she has had a break through today - and explains how she completely gets it. I'm at peace and will sleep well tonight.

Sweet Dreams for you & your wife.

:)

2 FOR BALDWIN

And now I'm feeling like if McPain wins I will have helped by not voting for Oprahma. I'd prefer Oprahma only because I so despise McPain.

all of us voted

for Baldwin and emailed to the yeah voters of the bailout. In response to their robocalls soliciting our vote for Congress, we told them of course we would listen to their pleas for votes just as they listened to our pleas on the bailout.

Voted in Houston

I wrote in Ron Paul. Baldwin seems to pander to the christian right and that's something that Bush tends to do. Puke! I do believe in Jesus, so…

I also voted according to the bailout.

The Campaign for Liberty turned out to be a huge letdown. The Free State Project in New Hampshire has a better activist model that we all should emulate or join.

Voted # 9 this morning

After a 30minute wait for the doors to open.

Got to vote for:
3 Libertarians (state offices)
1 Constitutional (US rep)
1 R & 1 D (local challengers)

...and one DAMNED FINE MAN FROM TEXAS!!!

Voted for Chuck Baldwin

I also voted for a lot of the US Tax Payers party, in Michigan they are aligned with the Constitution Party.

I voted for Scott Bowman over Carl Levin. He was on a flier that CFL had sent out.

I so wanted to vote for Ron Paul. My son asked me about voting third party and that if I knew they were not going to win why not vote for the best candidate of the two? I told him, If Satan were running against Hitler and you KNEW one of them were going to win, but Jesus was third party and he had no chance, would you still vote for Satan or Hitler even though neither represented his views? He said that I was stretching it and I told him really, when you vote for someone that doesn't represent your views, you lose your country. I think he got the point :-)

It still felt good to vote against all the incumbent garbage.

John in Michigan

My husband and I Voted

Chuck Baldwin for president, and for all independent's on ballot. I voted for my husband as a write in on all judges, that felt good :o) The one odd thing that happened was, we had different machines!! these didn't have a paper trail!! like the one's we used in the primarys. I asked the poll workers were's my slip of paper?? and they said these don't have any and I said, what happened to the other machines we used before and they said these are the one's that they brought us. (I'll be checking on that in the morning)

I posted earlier that I voted for Baldwin here in Nevada

However, with only an hour and a half left before our voting closes, I'm still getting "celebrity" robocalls. The latest was Giulani, and Palin called about a half hour before that. Also heard from Mitt Romney today and a sports celebrity I've never heard of....and a few yesterday including Dean Heller..... And, jeesh, for fun, I answer them like they are on the line.
Dr. Paul did say to have fun.

IT'S DOABLE

Just Voted

Just voted and feeling kind of depressed. I voted Barr for pres., Baldwin not on the ticket here in NY. The presidential election is not what bothers me, it's all the others. I think I cast 14 votes today. State assembly, state senate, 2 propositions, 4 state supreme court justices, 2 county court offices, pres., house of rep, and a few local positions. It is nearly impossible to research all these candidates. I have 3 kids (oldest is 5) so spare time is not abundant in my house, But I made a concerted effort to find out what I could. Unfortunately that what upsets me. One local office the Democrat was the guy who lost the Republican primary to the incumbent, one person ran unopposed on the Dem, Repub, Conservative and Independent ticket. Now that's just absurd. I really think this is all by design, Make a big circus around the presidential election and then throw all these other offices on the ballot and rubber stamp the well-connected politicians through. I really tried my best to get the word out about my congressman, Ackerman, who voted twice for the bailout, but he's a shoo-in for all those voting democrat across the board. If he had to run next month in a separate election I could've made a difference, hell I might've run against him. This whole system needs such a large overhaul and with all the financial troubles we face I don't think we have time to do it slowly. Maybe it's just the reality that Dr. Paul will not be our president setting in, maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.

Me and the ole hide both voted

for Baldwin. (she is one awesome ole hide to boot!)

WA. State

Here In Massastupids ( Previously called Taxachusetts )

Chuck was on the top of the list of candidates and he got my vote and my sister's also, and I was very thankful to have such a man of integrity to vote for.
We both also voted against "The Creep" Kerry who was for the bail out.

A great day weather wise with large turnout.

Newly named as Massastupids to reflect the mass of stupid people here in this state who voted to have the state to continue to take their hard earned money each and every week out of their pay check!

No list

of write ins on the ballot. Not good. Only three candidates visible.
No line whatsoever. Friday at 3pm, early voting line was out the door and down the walk about 150 feet.

McCain just spoke for the last time to reporters supposedly with Cindy on his shoulder and Leiberman right at his back. He is so supported-this was in the aisle of a plane where you would think he would go alone, but no. It's like he cannot stand up alone.

That's the point of "write in": they aren't listed on the ballot

at all.

The only way someone knows to write them in is if they have researched the matter beforehand, or have seen some campaign ads, literature, etc.

Just got back...

wrote in Ron Paul in California. Obama zombies out in force. Did my last minute pitches about 3rd party at work today.

Busiest Election I've Ever Seen

Voting here in Bluffton, South Carolina and the lines were out the door and down the street. It was a 2 hour wait at pretty much every precinct in the area all day. Part of this is due to a large population growth here, but also we have a very diverse population between hispanic, black and white. People were cordial as I explained I was voting for Baldwin, although I really wanted to vote for Paul. I'm certain SC will go for McCain, but lots of Obama support and 3rd party folks in line as well. I happily voted against Lindsey Graham the traitor. I hope he loses, but they already called him to win with like 1% of the precincts reporting. Typical.

NC

May get knocked for it, but I wrote in Ron Paul. Yeah, I know in NC he is not a certified write in, but the fact is, I like being able to hold my head up and say I voted FOR the person I wanted to be president. Thank you Dr. Paul for giving HOPE to those of us who care about liberty.

10:00 AM in hillbilly rural Missouri

My wife and I waited 10 minutes, but the turnout looked much heavier than normal for out here. As usual the average age of the crowd looked to be about 60; very few young people can survive out in these hills. This is the Bible belt, heavily Republican, but not necessarily freedom loving Ron Paul type people; plenty of neocons.

We voted for Baldwin for President, because of Ron Paul's endorsement, plus I do not like Barr. All the rest of the races we voted Libertarian if one was running, except for our state senator and state representative. The senator is a rare free market Ron Paul type Republican.

Except for a constitutional amendment mandating English as the official language, we voted against all propositions and taxes.

Wrote in Ron Paul, skipped to end, and submitted

This concludes the Ron Paul chapter in my life.

If another candidate with a solid constitutional record comes up, I'll be back.

My self, my daughters, my

My self, my daughters, my spouse and I think my daughter's boyfriend all voted for Chuck Baldwin today on a paper ballot. The lines were not long when I went around noon. My spouse tried to go before work today when they opened (6:30am) and the lines were to long for him to make it to work on time so he went after work. The woman working there said they had an extreme amount of requests for paper ballots. Many more than she has ever seen before.

Van Zandt County Texas

I voted at 10:30 am this morning in Prec. 1 and was voter#106 as I fed my ballot into the machine. I voted for Chuck Baldwin as a write in as allowed in my county. Voted also for my congressman Hensarling. He voted AGAINST the bailout/handout
welfare for Wall Street.

NY Voter here

I voted about 2 hours ago for Chuck Baldwin, I had to write him in of course. People were really shocked to see I wasnt just gonna put a Obama vote in as I didnt know how to write in a candidate on our old machines. I'm hoping in some way Obama looses because he will have a huge Roosevelt like mandate which I am fearful of.

The Deed is Done!

Wrote in Ron Paul and was #388 at my polling place (Van Nuys, CA 3:15pm),
Everything was running smoothly, no line (3-5 people), friendly staff. Asked one about write-ins just to check them out and they consulted and came up with the right answer. Voted for the Libertarian for Congress too!

Upset!!!

Voted absentee ballot for Baldwin...

about a week ago. Today I accompanied my daughter to the polls to cast her vote for Chuck Baldwin. Yay!

Ruby in Iowa

I had to vote against Ginny Browne Waite

even though she did not support the bailout.

She did support that vile HR 1955 Homegrown Terrorist Act and The Patriot Act. Another huge step toward a socialist police-state. Sorry Ginny, but you gotta go girl.

Threw my vote to Baldwin.

voted in Idaho

2 votes here -It took all but 5 minutes, it is a small community and we voted for Baldwin almost wrote in Ron Paul but changed my mind at the last
second because it wouldn't be counted and Ron endorsed Baldwin. Also voted for Rex Rammel constitutional party and Gregory Nemitz write in instead of Republicans Jim Risch and Simpson (who voted both times for the bail out). Felt good as it could be -since in my heart I so wanted to vote for Ron Paul.

socal

i voted for Chuck Baldwin.. and no on prop h8.....my mom said she voted nader because she didnt want to vote mccain and obama and hopefully she convinced my dad to vote for a third party instead of obama

Here in Akron, Ohio

I proudly filled in the bubble for Chuck Baldwin.
I gleefully voted against congressional traitor Tim Ryan (who twice voted for the bailout)
Also, I was pleased to vote for another constitutional candidate, Robert Owens, running for Ohio Attorney General.

Voted Absentee last week

On the presidential side I cast my ballot for Baldwin though I seriously wanted to write-in Dr. P. My wife voted for our cat(!!!) in the write-in slot because she didn't really like anyone else besides Ron Paul.

Then, My wife and I both voted for Robert Owens for Attorney General also, and this morning I sent out a mass text message campaign to about 40 of my closest friends and garnered at least 10-15 more votes for Robert Owens. I also filled in everyone in my office about Owens and gained another 5-6 votes there. Also started a book club at the office earlier this year and our first read was: The Revolution A manifesto by Ron. Converted at least 3 people to liberty-lovers. One is now battling for freedom hardcore with all his friends and family to restore the republic. This year has made me realize it's the message that wins people over. How can you argue with LIBERTY!

Our state rep, LaTourette voted against the bailout twice, but I still voted against him due to his support of Iraq spending, patriot act, etc. One vote right before an election does not make up for his unconstitutional past votes.

Amen!

It IS the message, indeed. Thanks for spreading the fire, my friend.

Vote for Baldwin.

Kinda froze for a second and held my nose and voted for Bruce Lunsford over Mitch McConnell.

The vote for Chuck felt good tho.

A vote for Baldwin in RI

Also, voted against all of the state reps and senators who supported the bailout.

I waited in line for 2 1/2

I waited in line for 2 1/2 hours to vote for Chuck Baldwin here in Indiana. I also voted for Andy Horning for Governor. He is a libertarian. It felt good to vote for him. I am glad I voted my conscience and not the lesser of 2 evils!! I am in the middle of Obama Nation here as I am 35 minutes from Chicago.

Waited 2+ hours this morning in SC, but the good news is

Chuck Baldwin WAS on the ballot. Also I had the opportunity to vote against Lindsay Graham and against our Rep. Clyburn who both voted FOR the bailout!

Keep us posted on how Lindsay Graham does. Thanks.

Voted straight Libertarian on CA Propositions and state...

candidates, except for one GOP who is a Ron Paul Republican (Siegrist) and wrote-in Baldwin/Castle at the very last minute (was planning earlier to write-in Ron Paul/Gail Lightfoot).

I didn't get a chance to read all the coments but..

Isn't it illegal to offer a 'reward' for voting?...
Channel 58 news in milwaukee did a story on how it is illegal, eventhough the companies don't back a certain candidate..
Meanwhile channel 12 is hyping the free give aways up..
Anybody?

Illegal?

Illegal according to the united states of America Constitution? No.

Wasn't sure about write-ins being counted

And since Paul said he wasn't gonna run if he didn't get the Repub nomination, and I'm a long-time Libertarian Party member, I went ahead and switched party affiliation back to Libertarian and voted for Barr. Better than McBama!!! If I was sure my write-in vote would be counted here in MD, I would have written in Ron!

MDlibertarian

edit: yup I voted against incumbents and especially against my district's democrat - there was a libertarian running so I voted for him, which was a nice surprise.

I thought I'd vote Bob Barr...

But when it came down to the wire, I chose Chuck Baldwin instead. Voted Libertarian for every office in which they were running. Republicans when Libertarians weren't running, and a sole Democrat just because she was the only candidate running for that office. Voted out every judge and voted No on almost every proposition except one that was for my county to review and amend its charter. And one that made English the official language of government business.

Tried to vote before work, but the line was WAY too long. Went back after work and it had shortened quite a bit. Took me about a half hour. Electronic voting machine even though I had the choice, just because I had to see what all the buzz was about. I'll use paper in the future since my curiosity is satiated lol.
