Last Line of Defense, Jury Nullification

Kent Hovind has done some work on this. That was before the dumb sheep put him in jail for not paying his tax, and the judge who screwed him over wont even send the papers to the next judge so that he can get an appeal. Seriously how do we get rightous judges?

Tomorrow morning at 8:15 I become circuit court juror #0050. I've been summoned for jury service. In my back pocket will be “Jurors' Handbook: A Citizens Guide to Jury Duty". Yesterday my vote was only one in millions. Tomorrow my vote is one in twelve. Tomorrow I judge the facts and the law.

I have been pretty ivolved with Judicial reform. If you attend jury trials, which in MN they dont allow in a civil dispute (divorce).
anyway the judge will instruct the jury
"you are to judge the facts and I will give you the Law. you will judge the accused on the law as I give it to you"
this is how they skirt around jury nullification!! Getting jurys back involved would be a huge step in the right direction. Im pushing really hard in my own case for one (its civil) however as I understand only a jury can take away a person liberties. This spills in to family law IV-D cases, take peoples kids (no jury) then take peoples money (no jury) then if you dont agree or cooperate, your a deadbeat parent and they take your license (no jury) and sometimes throw you in jail (no jury).
this actually happens a lot!! I think if the parents had to prove the other parent was unfit to a jury, it would maintain a persons innocence until proven guilty. and attorneys could play knowing the judge card, or favoritism.

Yes it a good idea however we still have the same problem; dumbed down sheeple who don't know their rights or their history enough to practice jury nullification.

i would love to get on a jury but have only been called once in my life and was quickly dismissed.
