“Time to leave,” “time to secede,” “Why aren’t people getting it?” There’s an awful lot of angst in the forum lately and perhaps rightly so. Humor me a moment while I put things into perspective.
Some say it is time to leave. Alright, that’s a valid suggestion. Where will you go? What will you do? The arms engulfing us have no limit. Go ahead and try investing in seasteading, if you can muster the funds in an economy like this. Maybe Kevin Costner can help with the design and show you how to grow gills. Before you know it, you’ll have tourists in the form of pirates, troubles in the forms of importation in a world that is against you. Counterproductive. Maybe you can move to Lichtenstein? Oops, I forgot. That’s a completely isolationist country who wants nothing to do with outsiders.
“Maybe we can take over the GOP now that they’ve seen the error of their ways!” This amuses me. When will you figure out that all we have done to date has been a symbolic statement at best? Sure we’ve woken some people up, but apathy is a cancer. We’ve done little more than put some of it into remission. Look at our numbers now as compared to last winter. I rest my case.
Why aren’t the people listening to us and waking up? Simple: we haven’t given them reason to listen. We aren’t flashy enough- we aren’t the bright shiny object that monkeys like to cling on to. We’re down to earth, no bullshit, plain folks who are upset, and out of fear of being labeled, stereotyped or creating a bad public opinion, we don’t do anything except yell and hound a few key figures in politics that most either don’t know or don’t give a shit about. Not even P.T. Barnum would put us in the sideshow.
Listen, and listen close folks. We are a small fish in a big pond. Elevating the metaphor- this country is THE last line of defense. To the globalists, the US is the final fig leaf, the last nut to crack. If they crack us, the game is over, and they are working 24/7 to find a bigger hammer. What are we doing? Arguing, debating on the next gimmick, pondering money-bombs ad nauseum and saying “better luck next time. Things will get better.” Maybe an offering to Janus will help. Good luck with that.
Perhaps it is US that needs to wake up, ever consider that? Things are coming to a head, and I get a feeling that this will eventually get taken outside and settled regardless of the peace-loving people here. Go outside and walk around. You can smell the adrenaline in the air in some places. How much longer do you think the beach ball can be held under the water?
The only freedom you will ever have is that which you are willing to TAKE. They have taken everything from us. As for me- all I have left is my dignity and my oath. I will die before I will let them take that away, and it sickens me the useless banter I see here sometimes. You have nowhere left to run, and you are fast running out of options.
We’re all born with a toe tag, people. The only question is how it gets stamped. Do you want yours to say “on your knees,” or “emigrated and said f*ck it- ignorance is bliss.”
I don’t know about you all, but mine will be stamped “stood up and spit in the face of the enemy and dared them to do something about it.” This is OUR home, OUR country, and it’s been taken away from us. Who here has the guts to take it back? By the look of things, there aren’t many. Prove me wrong.

January 21st/22nd - According to Colin Powell, and echoing Joe Biden's words (as well as other prominent world leaders) Obama will face an international crisis and make a tough decision that most will not like.

We can't let ourselves think that while The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution sound great and really worked well for the Founding Fathers back then and their Revolution was successfull that we can sit back. We are 232 years removed from the Declaration. And yet the Founding Fathers had the foresight to provide the mandate and the provisions for this fledgling Republic to defend itself from enemies foreign and domestic. We focus so much on foreign enemies but the Founder's made a distinction and cited 2 types of enemies. So what constitutes domestic enemies? Foreign terrorists on our soil? Russian spies? A bribed CIA agent? Or perhaps can it also be entire political parties like say, the GOP and the Democrats?
We have been subverted. How long before enough is enough and a stand is made?
How long will it be before the many join the few who are already standing?
How long before the last person is dragged out of their home at 3AM and you're left wondering when your time is up too because no one stood up for all the others?
BTW, if you're waiting on "the" rapture. Get over that. If you thought the political, economic, and governmental situation is a red pill/blue pill thing well guess what, so is the Christian thing. So the GOP leadership has a meeting on the future of the party and DOESN'T invite Ron Paul...Here's to respond: "Gentlemen, ladies, pack your bags, polish your resumes, because very soon you're NOT going back to Washington. Either Ron Paul Constitutionalism is the LINCHPIN of any future GOP, or there will be NO future GOP. We've learned the Zionist trick. We may not be able to elect anybody, but you can't either, without us. The Democrats need you more than we do. The pattern of oil production has been know for a long time. This Williams fellow uses anecdotal evidence that is virtually worthless.

It is a matter of motivation
If the pain from going along is greater than the pain from fighting back then there is motivation; until then, there is complacency.
As long as the economic pie was expanding (which it was during most of US history) we were easy pickings for the swindlers and confidence men who gravitated toward government. As long as they left us a portion of the expanding economic pie it appeared our lives were improving, even though the swindlers took an even greater and greater share.
So now the interesting times have arrived. There are two major factors that may ,,, no most certainly will in fact cause us so much pain that we finally act, and act violently.
The first factor is the collapse of the great debt money swindle. This swindle involved the granting to private banks the power to create and then loan new money into existence at interest, all to the benefit of the banks and the detriment of everyone else. Not only was this a swindle, but it was inherently unstable as a money system because there is no real money, only bank debt which can be defaulted upon, giving the potential to almost overnight wipe out "money".
The second factor is the lack of energy to keep the industrial age operating. It was increased energy prices that probably triggered the debt repayment crisis that we are now experiencing. It was tapping the planets energy stores and other resources that gave the world the last 400 years of near non stop economic expansion (and population expansion as well). We don't need to run out of energy to face economic devastation; all that needs to happen is for the rate of growth in extraction to go negative. Up to this point we have enjoyed the magic of positive growth. Any growth rate produces a doubling period, so if oil extraction is growing at 3.5% per year, in 20 years the amount extracted yearly doubles; every 20 years it doubles again. When the rate of growth goes negative, we face the horror of compound contraction. If oil production falls at 3.5% per year, then there is a halving period of 20 years, which means that in 20 years yearly production will be 1/2 of what it is today. Can you imagine the consequences to the US economy having only half the oil it uses today? And then in another 20 years, it halves again, etc.. Of course hindsight will prove this, but most of the indications are that between 2005 and 2008 we hit maximum oil production and shifted into negative growth. This is based in geology, not economics, but the economic consequences are huge.
This is not some problem that the government swindlers can manage in order to keep their shell game going. Without adequate energy we will reach a breaking point and everything will seem to collapse, virtually overnight, including the electric grid. So when will this "overnight" occur? Probably within the next 20 years. I will leave it to your imagination as to how the lives of survivors will change, but you can be certain that the struggle between what is left of government and what is left of the population they plunder will be one brutal struggle.
This is probably too shocking a nightmare future to be believed. Denial is always the first defense, so if you get past that, there is a large body of research floating around the internet on the topic of peak oil and energy return on energy invested, all of which supports the end of the oil age conclusion and shows the inadequacies of all the knows alternatives, not to mention our inability to construct an alternative infrastructure for lack of energy and resources to do so. When Obama talks about conservation just remember that the next step after conservation is deprivation, only to then be followed by death.
Anyone wishing for revolution will get their wish, and relatively soon; unfortunately it will be one heck of a nightmare. There will be nothing pretty about natures re-balancing the 6.5 billion human population to match a planet capable of carrying less that 1 billion.

This is the way ...
The simple fact this is what we have to do. This is the only way. We must separate from the ignorant and lead by example. The only thing is we must get the right people to come. It's not just about who wants freedom and liberty ... it's about having the right people represent it. There are lots of criminals and degenerative acting people that want liberty as well. Anyone who comes must have their mind and hearts set right or the negative ones will just cause chaos in the order you try to establish.

first. We need to have a media outlet to educate the people, so when you finally decide to pull that trigger, they will not be able to paint you as a terrorist. Media is the first, most important level of attack. They can end our little asses like before we even get out the door. You need to create a foundation through mainstream media, not guerilla media, if you know what I mean.

I have been saying that since 911. A friend and I started CREAM citizens for reform of entertainment and media and have been attending the National media reform convention. I think most of us would agree that the media was Dr. Paul's downfall through all this. I'll say this too, We have a dedicated network on myspace. A handful of us on there are noticing that the majority of the network is falling back into the trap of just pointing out the end is coming or Obama is the anti-christ. We all also know how well that worked with Bush. They need a new focus and direction. I'll also say that it would be a good Idea to get a new focus other then just Obama. We have already noticed his youth brigade forming. Some of them in the form of Ron Paul hate groups. I don't want our network to get sucked into that. It looks like the focus is going to be Still getting Dr. Paul's Ideas out there but also the main focus is going to be getting a movement here against the Media. After this election there just might be a few Republicans left in washington that will start listening now. I think it's time for a organized chat. I think it's time for us to put out the feelers on who in the Media is with us. I thinks it's time to bring some balance and truth back to our Journalism and Media. I will never forget what I saw last year in november through the primary's. On the drop of a dime we could raise millions of dollars or shut down the servers at Fox news and such. The whole world is watching right now. One last thing is that we will have to put party lines aside. The goal has to be to get Truth, Integrity, and a legitimate voice for the people back into our media outlets. I will be stopping back here if anyone has any input. We do have a lot of detached networks around the country. I am confident I can rally some. There is no time to waste.
As far as leaving the country. Not a chance. This is my home. I will say that My family and I are planning on Moving back to Montana.

Slow and steady
Yeah you're right - we're not flashy enough for the uninformed masses. They're easily distracted, easily swayed by style over content and - to quote Tommy Lee Jones, 'A person is smart - people are stupid ... they don't have, need or want a clue.' You can't stand up and deliver a message to the masses that tells them that there's a hard choice they need to make to make things better, because they won't make it. They'll wait for someone else to step up, they'll take the easier path that's dangled in front of them by some spin-mongering a**hole or they'll just ignore you entirely and go back to watching reality TV.
A person though, that's another matter. A person can be swayed, a person can be educated and if you arm that person with the knowledge they need to realise the reality of the situation they and their country are in and show them that there's a growing movement of people who are trying to do something about things to make them better, then you create a powerful weapon in this fight.
I firmly believe that's the way forwards here. As Ron Paul says, it's about a philosophic change, about swaying people's thinking back to the vision that the Founders laid out for them. I think too many people actually believe that the Constitution is outdated and irrelevant. I love what B J Lawson was doing in his fight for Congress (which he won an astonishing amount of the vote for in his first outing, by the way), because we need to reconnect people with the foundation of their country. Us. Each and every one of us. No-one else is going to do it.
It's not glitzy and it's not quick, but I believe that this is the route to real, lasting change. Obama will do all he can to socialise the country, but if we can re-educate people at a grassroots level then everything he ruins can be fixed. All authority to make policy ultimately comes from the people of the nation, so the answer to 'What do we do?' should be that - we bring people back to the principles which will make the United States great again. We get ourselves into positions of authority and then we rebuild everything that the Neo-cons and Neo-libs have ripped apart. And we build it stronger.
The great thing about this is that we have the tools to do it. We have dvds, we have books, we have an outstanding example in Dr Paul (and others), we have training tools, we have experts who will give up their time and expertise to teach us how to do all this most effectively, we have an unprecendented tool in the form of the internet and we even have an active, working framework in the precinct leader programme. It's not going to happen overnight, but exponentially our numbers will increase and if we work at it tooth and nail then we can start by taking Congress back in two years' time. And the Governorships. And Senate seats. And Sheriff posts. And county chairs. And Public Committee leaders. And so on and so on and so on.
THAT's how we get the country back. Yes, we draw a line in the sand, but it's far better to work in front of that line while you can than just to hunker down and hoard bullets till our enemies take that one step too far.

The Bush Admin voted in Jan of 2008 a law that takes away the rights to bear arms if you were ever diagnosed with PTSD! This diagnosis is given out like candy by physicians as a way to give more well deserved "benefits" for Vets.
In most cases it is just depression that was temporary. We will need these people when the time comes. Pass it on to all active duty and retired military to never accept this diagnosis or go down this path so this diagnosis can be given. They want to give you this diagnosis because they want to take away your weapons in case you wake up!

How about follow your recent post and...
consolidate our strength... form your briliant idea of a "Constitutional Zone" and in the most likely states to ratify a "Constitutional State". These will be places that others will feel compelled to locate to...then we can have like minded people together and a place to grow stronger in our ideas and numbers (as well can speak freely without fear of big brother listening). This would be the logical next step after a "Crystallizing Event". The action steps would have to be planned out before the planning of the Crystallizing Event. Always plan it backwards, just like the Globalist have done.

what do you think of...
of forming the Constitutional State as a logical next step to the Constitutional Zone? Seems like if we have a state government behind us then we must be dealt with in a political way rather than as a military target. Could add legitimacy. Maybe we should look at this as a strategy for the election process as well. Focus on a state or geographic region at a time.

we have constitutional states - the issue is holding the feet to the fire. However,
With a list of grievances (may be our own national Declaration of Independence) we declare independence. There are so many cases on state's rights vs. federal. Federal law trumps state law but - federal law has disregarded the Constitution in it's limited government.
Another thought - islands are sold on many occasions. What if we took an area of land and offered to buy it from the county (in whatever state). Let's say we buy 500 acres M/L we tell the county they do not have to provide any services it's ours, we own it and we own it in allodial title (see here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allodial_title ) this is how our forefathers owned land. We then use the land to form our own power, utilities, whatever and we can choose to contract with the state or not.

I started searching Allodial titles. Turns out the way to have actual ownership of land is through the courts by obtaining a "Land Patent". When we “buy land” we do not actually own it.
what we have is...
"equitable interest, title and deed". Property tax attaches to the equitable title and interest in the property and real estate through a hidden federal lien. If the property and real estate is recorded with a deed (i.e., Trust Deed, Warranty Deed, Quit Claim Deed) at the County Recorders office, then its trust property executed and managed by the legal owners the County, State and federal United States government corporation, and its principals/creditors.
All right and title to the unappropriated land was held to the disposition of the United States government to be granted (not sold) to the people. This is how land comes to the people. In the enabling acts, each state republic agreed and declared they would give up all right and title to land. The state has no authority over the land. Except for Texas which never gave up its lands (State Patent Office) or military (i.e., Texas Rangers) to the federal government. Its still a free and independent sovereign state. The federal United States government became the trustees with a power of attorney over the disbursement of land to the people.
The only way to actually own land as the founders intended for us is via the allodial title. An allodial title is bestowed, by law, upon the land with inalienability forever. No government, agency, bank or other sovereign power could place any lien, attachment or encumbrance on land held in an allodial state. An allodial title is derived from the original, federal land patent. "Land Patents" are still today the highest evidence of title and have never been refuted by any court of competent jurisdiction.
All federal "Land Patents" flow from the treaty (e.g. The Oregon Treaty, 9 Stat. 869, 6/15/1846), therefore no state, private banking corporation or other federal agency can effectively challenge the superiority of title to land holders who have "perfected" their land patent.

Guess who actually holds land patents? The largest owners of land in the US... Railroads and banking family members (you know... the Illuminati) . And as holders of land patents they PAY NO TAXES and are exempt from any of these licenses or permits that the rest of us pay when we want to develop or improve "our land" (CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS SH_T!!).

The more I read about Land Patents and who actually owned them the more upset I have become over the last 24 hours.
Bottom line is, if we want to actually "own" land that is free from our governments excessive taxation as our founding fathers intended we can do this through the courts as outlined by the website referenced above at suijuris.net
This could be a legal way of obtaining a Constitutional Zone that the government would have no legal grounds to take away by there usual claim of not paying taxes.

I too would rather die fighting, than on my knees. But is seems that the mob will be against us on this one, and we're greatly outnumbered. Some of us may have the courage, but the millions of sheople will stampede right over us if we get in the way of their "change" - their new world leader, the Messiah - Obama. But the ignorant are weak, and cowardly.
We must waken the force that is being designed to turn against us. Our military people must come to the side of truth, and justice. They must know that they are being used as pawns for the new world order. Anyone who objects to the destruction of America will be labeled a terrorist and targeted. We must let our troops understand who the real terrorists are.
Everyone who knows a military person or veteran must take special action to wake them up to the truth. They are the key. Because without them in the NWO pocket, we will have the power.

that I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution. I intend to uphold that oath and work toward the restoration of the Republic. I do not feel that I can do that from a foreign location.
