Surely there must be some DP'ers
who own land and reside in New Hampshire, North Dakota, Kansas, Indiana or New Jersey. Or some DP'ers who know somebody (liberty minded) who owns land and resides in one of those states. It appears Vermont has someone to run for OJ governor, but no electors. The 5 states previously mentioned here need someone to run for OJ governor. The teamlaw site now will even let you know the qualifications needed if you click on a particular state and ask--you don't have to do that research yourself!!! How much easier can it get? This site appears legit. Using common sense, why would so many people in so many states go through all the trouble of securing the necessary paperwork/etc. to run for OJ governor, or securing the necessary paperwork/etc. to become an elector, or securing the necessary paperwork to vote....if it wasn't legit? It explains at the site why Hawaii and Alaska are not included...which is an issue that could be resolved at some future date...

What credibility does that site have?
You and me can both agree that there are many people across the country involved in this process. If it wasn't legit then i'm pretty sure somebody at some point would have put their hands in the air and said "this is bullshit". But almost 48 states later and no one has done so.
So if your going to try to disprove them do so with facts, not with a free geocities website that focuses more on financial aspects than anything else. The organization needs funds to start up, what organization doesn't?

I have spoken with Senator Madsen regarding the aforementioned site and they are currently in litigation with the site owner.

The catch with land patents
The catch with land patents and property ownership is whether or not the SS# was used when acquiring the property. Whenever the SS# is used it is a trust that is acting and not the individual. The person is merely filling the office of trustee. The property is owned under color of title.
This is true for any thing purchased using the corporations SS#.
Most Land Patents were
in the 1800s, some in the 1700's and a surprising amount in the 1900's including to 1946.
The Land Patents were not secured with SSN. I am almost ready to provide a simple explanation for everyone.

You misunderstand me. There are no land patents being issued any longer. Only the President of the United Sates of America or, in some instances, like Texas, the Governor can issue land patents. The land patent is the highest form of title.
I did not say that the land patent was secured with the SS#, I said that today the Social Security created trust is purchasing land, most of which has already been patented. The individual who thinks they own the land and purchased it with the use of a SS#, merely has color of title. Because, as you had pointed out, corporations and trusts can only own land by an act of Congress. This has nothing to do with the land patent.

I'm not saying Land Patents or Allodial Title aren't the way to go, they are but - Team Law says, "To secure Team Law's documentation we do not need the complete Title, we only need to see certified proof of the most recent Deeds that grant the Land to you. 1. You can't make a blanket statement for all the states because the states each have their own Constitution - which is the law of their land.
2. "Real Estate" & Law are two of my specialties. You cannot use (at least in Florida) the last "Warranty/Quitclaim/Trustee's Deed" because Federal Tax Liens are good for usually 10 years and judgments are good for 7 years and if prior to 1996 they are good for 15 years and if prior to 1985 they are good for 20 years and they can be renewed.
Solution - a Full Title search, usually costing:
20 years = $ 75.
30 years = $ 125.
40 years = $ 175.
50 years = $ 250.
and if you want to go back further, the charge is hourly.
Abstractors do these searches and these are their normal (quality job) rates. There are crooks out there as any business. I know, I do abstracts.
Abstracts show more than land ownership, they show judgments, liens, encroachments, mineral rights, under ground rights claimed, air rights (ex. cell phone towers) and more.
Armed with a quality title search and a quality survey - you can get a land patent a/k/a allodial title.

They are not guaranteeing
They are not guaranteeing clean title, they are telling you what the minimum requirement is for them to produce the land patent acceptance documents to be recorded with the county. It is still up to the individual to search the title back to the original land patent or grant to verify they have perfect title.
You are correct about each state having it's own constitution. However, a good question is which constitution is it? Is it the original jurisdiction constitution or the corp. state constitution? If the state is operating under a constitution that was ratified after that state had it's administration re-organization act, which every state did between 1962 and 1970, then it is the corp. state constitution.
For anyone who may be wondering how they could be in the jurisdiction of a private corporation that is located in D.C., the answer is the use of that corporations Social Security number.

- Fictitious entities, like trusts, corporations, etc. cannot obtain land patents except by express act of Congress.
I'm not in Texas,but if the land they need for the highway isn't in possession of someone with a land patent,then they can just buy it,whether they want to sell it or not(just compensation).
If they do have a land patent than there's nothing the gov. can do,only make an offer.

No i cannot verify this claim, I am simply a Citizen who is trying to spread this message to as many patriots as possible. I am not associated nor work with or for TeamLaw at this time. However, I do plan on taking steps to secure my land patent and run for OJ Governor of the People's Republic of New Jersey.
In my humble opinion I feel there is no reason for TeamLaw to lie, as they provide information and contact info for all elected governors of the united States. So I am taking what they are saying at face value along with the fact they've challenged me to research the facts on my own and dispute their claim. There are members of this forum who have reached out to me and have told me they've personally researched these claims and cannot dispute them.
However, the greatest asset I have is my heart and my instinct. Something has always told me that something was wrong with this country and it is not operating as our founders intended it to, possibly because it was ahead of its time and far ahead of technology as well. With the internet evolving into the communication medium its becoming it will allow us all to gain information directly from one another instead of a news source. I believe that the founders vision is the closet attempt at perfection of human governance. I believe that the system we have here will allow us all to live independently of one another and become our own unique individual and at the same time that very idea will bond us together into one entity. Soooo, to seat an original jurisdiction governor, does one have to be a land owner?? It appears that all that's required is to get a form, have it notarized, record it at the Court House and mail one of the copies to the appropriate person. Is that really all that's involved? And again, does it have to be done by a land owner?

I've looked into the land patent thing a little.The federal gov. let citizens buy public land a variety of ways when the states were formed.It gives you ownership and can pass it to whomever but you still have to pay taxes on it.People might have a claim to land but don't know it.Check the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), General Land Office website - http://www.glorecords.blm...

to explain it. Everyone always says, "Go read it yourself." That is partly because there is too much to "explain." But because there is so much, that is also why more people don't go spend a week or a month to read it and then have a million questions. If it is such a functioning idea, then is it on a roll?? When it gets on a roll, then I will make it my own. Haven't heard anyone say, "This is working for me. Sure glad I did it." All I see, is, "Boy this is fantastic, go read it." The Truth (in so many governmental areas) is fantastic too, you can research it for eternity and when you have all the truth, all you can do is be flabergasted that so many people seem to know it, but no judge will allow anything to be done about it. Is TeamLaw actually having some results? Am I missing results somewhere? For months people come saying, "Go study this TeamLaw stuff." Why? Where are the results. Does it work?

When "property" is mentioned it is not limited to land. Your RIGHTS are your property. While most of our rights and property have been taken from us we still have claim on them. But to activate the claim we must act with knowledge. Reclaiming our rights is a patriot's duty.

Our original government was
Our original government was created by the founders. This original government has the original jurisdiction as defined in the Constitution.
Some bad people came along at diverse times since then and carefully created corporations to mimic (act and look like) and replace the original government agencies such as courts and departments. They have the appearance of the original but are a counterfeit.
Our current government is therefore a look-alike in that it is not the original agency or department but is a false facade under control of private people and not under control of the original government which has been set aside as though on a shelf gathering dust.
The OJ government people as explained on the TeamLaw site have discovered the existence of the original government structure and are working on reactivating it.
