Time To Start Arresting Our Politicians

Every state except North Carolina permits citizen's arrests.
We know that many a politician has committed high crimes.
Read up on your state's (or the state you wish to make an arrest in) laws.
Write up a charge-sheet/citizen's arrest warrant.
Attempt citizen's arrests on as many corrupt politicians as possible.
We are aren't going to get anywhere unless we start taking some more aggressive action.

-Yes, I know that these 'arrests' will not result in politicians behind bars. The point is to draw attention and wake the people up to the crimes of politicians as well as their right to arrest them (Blind Justice).

Prosecuting politicians
Prosecuting politicians might be a good idea as well. There's a thread around here that was posted a few days ago about some guy (I think a former prosecutor or attorney) who is going to D.C. and will be getting the ball rolling on prosecuting various violations of the Constitution, etc. I searched for a while, but cannot find the thread.
Anyhow, maybe that would be a good cause/action to support.
I'll have to look around for it.

get atleast one police officer in uniform but off duty... the police officer will be able to keep the stupid security men @ bay... this also confuses other police officers who may be in the area as they prob. don't know about the legalities of this
get a judge/lawyer (if possible... most likely a lawyer)
be a minimum 5 people.
Show up, declare that he is under a citizen's arrest

In most areas (bigger cities at least) mayors and police officers could have done the arrests already. So I agree with everything other than the involvement of off-duty police and sheriffs/mayors, unless they are truly supportive.

The Bailouts are perfect grounds for charging politicians with crimes against their constitutional oath. Votes by Congress for globalism are crimes of treason.

Ralph Nader said he was going after the politicians who voted
for the bailout. We need to track him on this and offer our support (ideas/money bombs). Just making an example of one politician will send a shock wave through Congress. Accountability people. That's the Key!

You can't arrest politicians. We aren't living under the Rule of Law anymore. They would end up arresting you instead, and their cops would taser you, and we'd see it all on Youtube.

Citizen's arrest doesn't happen in real life much. To arrest someone you have to take them into custody. When you take them into custody you 'll have to touch them and seize them. When you do that, they can claim you assaulted them.
If you lay hands on someone, it's assault.

Well, following the constitution "doesn't happen in real life much" either.
There are indeed many risks. But during my attempt here in AZ, I was at an event with massive media present. I was planning on getting close to the individual, pulling out my handcuffs and then SCREAMING out "(THEIR NAME) I AM ARRESTING YOU FOR THE CRIME OF...", and then asking them to please put their hands behind their back. I wouldn't ever have touched them, unless for some very strange reason they actually agreed to be arrested. We would all need to follow these guidelines.

The banksters would have a new batch ready on the wait. If you want to start arresting people look towards the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Windsors, etc. People are well aware that politicians are corrupt---we need to go after the corrupters. Your strategy is like arresting the guy selling dimebags while ignoring the distribution network entirely.

I understand your criticism, but...
I'm not talking about fixing the problem by simply arresting all of its perpetrators. Obviously new ones would be put into place instantly. Besides, by "arrest" I mean make a very serious plan, but likely fail in the attempt (but not without maximizing media attention).
What I'm thinking is this: If a dozen or so citizen's arrests happen with a week, it might really wake up a significant portion of the population. And THAT would be a major step in the right direction.

I've been saying this for months and Ron Paul has been saying this for weeks.
DON'T start with the politicians, start with the board of Governors of each Federal Reserve Bank. If you want a politician, arrest Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. You'll probably have a LOT of help from disgruntled law enforcement.

1. Make a list of the charges
2. Cite what laws were broken
3. Provide witnesses, evidence & testimony
4. Present it to a Grand Jury
Only a Grand Jury is Constitutionally bound to hear charges from the people & pass indictment. "State Attorneys" are unconstitutional unless the state constitutions were altered to make them constitutional.
