I have so enjoyed reading forum topics here at the DailyPaul. I have learned so much. But what has come of us? I no longer see anyone posting on the REVOLUTION....and how they can change what's happening. Instead this forum is full of regurgitated news stories and pointless arguements.
Do you not remember how good it felt to be a part of the message? Do you not remember how it felt when you realized you were part of something bigger?
Whether your Libertarian or Republican, Constitution or any other party affiliation if you have ever voted for Ron Paul your a REVOLUTIONARY!
This forum best represents views of people who want change, yet no organization or talk of such is present.
Rallies, marches, picnics, where has all that talk gone? Now is just as good a time as any to group together and continue what was started so long ago.
The campaignforliberty.com site has dissappointed some of you but I bet you haven't really navigated it thoroughly for if you had you would have seen the work that has gone into keeping us informed and educating us on what we can do to keep things going.
You could get a degree with all the info in the video lectures and written papers.
Go take a look at your states tab and see what your local neighbors are doing to affect change in your state and in your town. Know your lawmakers and Judges.
Come on what has happened to the REVOLUTION!

is the next "thing" that is going on. I am working almost everyday to try and wake people up and make a difference. I am traveling 5 hrs to support Adam kokesh and attend a peace rally in oxford MS on the 13th. and then 6 hrs to houston for the end the fed rally and hopefully hear dr paul speak again.
this is a frustrating work. maybe that is because it is my first revolution?

Questions, please
1)Why does the End the Fed site require one to register? There are very few names or information provided unless one gives lot of personal info. There are 3 of us willing to go to Philly for the rally, but I'm wary about who is really getting our stats. Any answers?
2) Does no one think flooding the repub. congress reps with faxes/calls asking them to nominate Dr. Paul as minority whip or even minority leader will work? This thread keeps disappearing.
I know some people do not want to work within the Repub. party, however, it can't hurt to have Dr. Paul in a stronger leadership role in Congress now, can it?

They are all loosely connected and this makes it difficult to predict numbers that may be showing up. This is a true grassroots event. The above page was done by a member of Ohio Freedom Alliance. They are asking for names and info that will be kept confidential. You can still use a screen name if you like. Main reason is a raffle drawing for a Silver Eagle for those who show up in Cleveland. The End the Fed site connects to Restore the Republic where there are tons of people in various groups working for this joint effort. I hope you decide to sign up. But, if you prefer not...just show up at your nearest FED bank, bring a sign and anything for hand out literature you can. Some areas throughout the country will attract more people but even 10 on a corner by a FED bank will add to the nationwide effort!

Thanks for posting this moonslippers and others with similar recent posts. Moral must be at an all time low here at DP and other related forums. I don't come here as much just for that reason and usually it's to bump an important thread, i.e. End the Fed, and try to get donations to help those working so hard to make this happen. Same with recruiting for C4L. It's like pulling teeth to even get a simple DIGG for crying out loud! I appreciate the depression that comes after what many see as defeat, believe me. But, look how far the message has come! This is just one of many battles to come. It's not going to happen over night, as a very wise man told us. I hope and pray that regulars here will take one small step to pull out of this rut and get back to business! The R3volution continues!

Revolution
It reminds me of the stories of the Revolutions beginings, the ones about how Gen. George Washington was so upset and disheartened when during defensive periods the soldiers would be getting drunk, wasting ammo, and other bad behaviors, but he discovered some of his best marksman during that wasting of ammo.
This current phase of the Revolution some how seems like one of those times, but most Americans believe the Revolution was won. Wrong we are still in the Revolution for Liberty, most people don't know, alot of it had to do with monetery policy and central banking, they are tought it was only about taxes. Yet here we are with the cenral banking created crisis and they once more assure Americans that if they had more power and government debt, via tax payer promises to repay, they can help us.
So the troops are again misbehaiving after a loss. Okay as long as they return to thier posts and continue to fight.

I feel going down was easy getting back up isn't. I must admit the Daily Paul is more fun the C4F site. I know I need to go to that site more but I'm afraid he will tell me to go to my republican meeting. ugh! Do you honestly believe we can talk that party over when they won't even invite Dr. Paul to their meeting. I want to do what he says but I have a feeling if we don't get this right there is no going back. I am thinking we may need to really get behind and start working REALLY hard for a third party. Then by 2010 we would have already been on the ground running. The republican party is like trying to claim an outhouse from rattlesnakes.
I, too, am a bit confused as I question
my loyalty to the party. I don't think with Paul's announcement to vote third party he will tell you to do anything for the Republican party that you dont want to do. He knows that the only way to influence FOR third party is to strengthen those of us in the Republican party or atleast thats how I interpret his message about that, could I be wrong?
The third party will NEVER be strong. He knows that and therefore participates in the Republican party. There is alot of power to that approach, atleast his voice has been heard and he repeated that over and over when asked about his Liberatarian views. Right now I, like so many others, am totally disgusted with the Rep. They had who they needed and turned their back and, as you stated, continued to. Best thing I can think is to continue to mix things up by rallying with the Libs and focusing on changing the Rep party at the same time. Thats what he does.
