cut through the verbage and the plain text is: foreigners and foreign banks do not own the federal reserve banks, only local banks and S&Ls.

So who owns the local banks and S&Ls? How come no facts there? That's like answering half the question, and omitting the second half because if foreigners can own local banks that in turn own a federal reserve bank...then what's the friggin diffeence?

Regarding supporting Hitler. It gets ever more wild when you see that the Rothschild family supported both sides of every war. Even leading to the death of fellow Jews.
