A pool videographer shot this 11/14/08. The Defendant is a syndicated radio host at FreeTalkLive.com - on trial for refusing to make his tenants move a couch.
He receives 30 days for the "slow sitting" alone.

This is the norm cause we let it happen.
Some people in the area need to immediately go to the court house and declare a "Citizens Arrest" for the judge and the baliffs for "dereliction of duty, failure to uphold their oath of office and misuse of taxpayers money. Remember, THEY are YOUR employees. YOU and I paid for that courtroom, the judges underwear, the bailiffs uniform and the paneling on the wall. These government robots have forgotten where their paycheck REALLY comes from....SO have all the politicians and cops. The day is fast approaching where unruly mobs of citizens are going to take back their liberty by force.

in the past, if the judge treated me like that i would have gone ape and told tell him to f*ck off.
but now that I'm more mature, i would just comply and go to jail for thirty days ..............and then go to his house (no bailiff) go ape sh*t and tell him to f*ck off.
